I know fast food doesn't get great reviews but I believe people expect too much of them. They aren't a fine dining experience. They provide food quickly for relatively cheap. Lately I have been ordering from the Cravings Value Menu and have been satisfied. It always fills the Taco Bell hole in my heart. I went yesterday for dinner. I ordered on the app for pick up and got the 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt, Classic Stacker, Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, and the Cantina Chicken Burrito. Made a mobile order. Waited and waited, even after I got a text that my order was ready. Finally get someone's attention and my order is sitting at the metal table at the drive thru. Clearly says Mobile Order Pick Up at the counter! This throw back menu is a disaster, too. None of this is as good as they were back in the day. Everything that we ordered had onions and tomatoes on it when we got home we live about 40 minutes from the restaurant we called and Alejandro said that there was nothing he could do about it so basically lost out on $50 no compensation no call back no nothing. just wanted to say ashley at the taco bell drive thru is AMAZING. like fr she made my whole day better just by being super nice and chill. Came here last night through the drive through and ordered a Crunchwrap, Mexican pizza and a bean burrito. The staff was really nice and brought out the food really fast. The amount of ingredients they put in each food item was amazing. I love Taco Bell. It is my go to fast food. Please just give me all the chalupas and ALL the mild sauce. This Taco Bell...well I don't have any love for it. Barely any chicken, and instead of nacho cheese they sprinkled the tiniest sprinkle of shredded cheese humanly possible. Soft taco supreme was a log of luke warm meat with no sour cream and barely visible cheese. Completely inedible. I thought the point of getting fast food was for it to be cheap but I could've gotten anything (ANYTHING) else for cheaper, and I could've actually eaten it instead of throwing it away and going hungry. I have never left a review but this pissed me off enough to make it a first. Someone behind my car ran into me today while I was ordering at the speaker. I attempted to get out and exchange information with the the other driver and was RUDELY told that I needed to pull forward because their order time was being clocked and somehow seems the employees felt they were gonna be penalized and rushed me, rudely, through the line. I know this policy has been in effect at Taco Bell for a while... but in no way does that policy matter more than my vehicle or the safety of its customers. The manager at this Taco Bell location needs some customer service training and training on how to talk to the customers .I can't understand how you can not understand the simple request of the customer.And on top of that not admitting his mistake, but have audacity to argue with customer when he is wrong.
