In lieu of the Ratatouille movie I watched last night I have decided to channel my inner food critic. I recently visited this taco bell at about 12 midnight and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly (despite me ordering a decent amount of items at such a late hour) the food was served fast, hot and fresh. What is up with the area Taco Bell's? Place is filthy, floors were sticky and the place smells. 10 minutes standing at register to order, no employees to be found. Finally ordered, then another 10 minutes to receive food. The food had a fowl smell, threw it in trash, what a disaster. The owner should throw in the towel, they obviously have given up! read more

Food was fine, the place not so much I arrived a little early, the dining room doesn't open until 10:00, today more like 10 after 10. I already knew what I wanted, their Grande Toasted Breakfast Burrito with Sausage combo meal, so I headed up to the counter along with the person who unlocked the door. I had my food in just a few minutes. I got a look at the dining room and it was in need of a good cleaning. While I was there eating my food, nobody was working on it. Sounds like this Taco Bell might be better during the day, but I wouldn't even bother going again if I was back in this area another time. My husband and I stopped here before 11pm when we were staying in the area. There was a big line at the drive-thru that was not moving. As we got closer to the windows, we saw why no one was being helped - there was one worker dancing up a storm with music blasting and another one headed to the bathroom and stayed in there for at least 20 minutes from what we could see. No care or concern. No clue if anyone else was on shift, but a lot of people gave up including us, because when we got to the speaker finally, we found out they were out of a ton of things also. Just a big waste of time. I would recommend the McDonald's nearby instead if in need of a late meal. read more

I wish I got the name of the man who prepared my food for me tonight. It is Tues the 30th though... about 8:00PM if that helps. I frequent taco bell pretty often. (Various locations.) It's always a mixed experience...sometime's my food is okay and sometimes it's totally disappointing. Well, tonight it was fantastic. This was easily the best burrito I've ever gotten from Taco Bell. I didn't ask for anything special but this guy made sure my potato's were hot and fresh. My burrito was hot and crunchy and wrapped neatly. He obviously cared about presentation too which you rarely get that in fast food anymore. Huge shout out to him for his kindness and for the awesome food. I just want to say that people like him are the reason I will keep going back to Taco Bell! Wow, who runs this location. Absolutely awful. The taco shells were clearly stale something that has never happened to me in my life. The inside is foul smoky like a men's room near the urinal. The more is gross stuff spilled all over the sauce packets. The floor is gross. The only redeeming quality is that the employees are nice. Visited late at night around midnight. The door was open so walked up to the register to order. Was told they were only serving drive through customers. We walked from a near by hotel and did not have our car. we asked if I could order through the drive thru and was treated rudely and mocked by what appeared to be the manager on duty when we asked if we could order on foot. As We walked out a female employee made fun of the fact that we did not arrive with a car to the other employees. She could have at least waited until we were out the door to speak negatively about what could have been paying or repeat customers. Definitely not a good business practice to speak poorly or negatively about customers who are not able to receive service in an ear shot of them in the store. read more

This Taco Bell was an exquisite experience. I had to run and grab some food late. And even though chipotle is listed as open until 10 all of the employees were lounging around and playing loud music. I came to Taco Bell as I was absolutely famished. And was given the best fast food experience I've ever had. From the time I ordered and got to the window. The woman took my card and then immediately handed me my food. It was maybe 30-45 seconds that went by. I don't know how they did it, but my food was piping hot and perfectly put together. After having nothing but bad experience after bad experience with businesses recently getting here at 10pm on a Tuesday and having excellent, quick service with fresh hot food really made my week. read more

If you are looking for a great place to do your drugs and relax in a booth this is the place for you! Currently sitting in a booth with a guy across the lobby nodding off. The managers and employees are walking by and not saying a thing even though we are nodding at them that it is bothering us. This is a family fast food place. No one wants to come in and sit next to a person high or drunk. How is it you can allow someone to do this?! Great place to order from usually but I wouldn't order through door dash after 11pm. Most stores have a cutoff time that you can order BEFORE THEY CLOSE. Not sure what staff was working on Feb 5.22 but they obviously were not happy with us ordering late. Not only did they forget the drink but after inspecting the food we noticed it was messed with. From Hair on the Nachos to one Taco being Sopping wet and another smelling like pickle juice maybe? All I know for sure was my Pitbull didn't even want the food so into the garbage it went uneaten. In a Post-Covid world this staff is probably very fortunate that their Higher-Ups don't check the Surveillance footage regularly. Definitely lost a repeat customer, maybe if I go in and can see them preparing my food but probably not lol. Normally I am a huge Taco Bell fan, but this location was super disappointing. We got the nacho fries, and there were barely even 8 fries in the container. It's my normal late night go-to guilty pleasure-this one didn't quite meet the standard. My mouth was watering the second I pulled in the lot, and I couldn't wait to load my burritos up with a ton of my favorite fire sauce and get down to business... when asked if I wanted sauce, I said my usual, "tons & tons of fire sauce pllleeeeeaaase!" Which led me to be quite surprised at looking into my bag only to discover a measly 3 packets. Whhhhaaattt?! The food was good. But I also wanted an Iced Coffee which is on their menu but the woman said they "weren't serving any coffee at this time". It's 9:30 in the morning, that makes no sense. I live close by and go there frequently to get a snack at night. Service and food are consistently good. I either order two regular crunchy tacos and one soft chicken or cheesy, beefy, potato 1/2 pound burrito. They always do it right, no trouble.
