The workers treated me like crap and my tacos came completely crushed and when I was trying to explain the situation the worker got very aggravated with me. The atmosphere shown by the employees was hostile, and I have worked in the cu service industry and I understand the stress he may have been under. I wanted to cry I am 15 and I don't deserve to be treated like I don't know what I am talking about I will not be returng with that employee still there read more

The entire interaction over the intercom was very disrespectful. Clearly, the online orders are the only things that they care about. Worste place to come and order food from at night seems like the employees don't wanna work or make food I spent about 45min to a hour waiting for my order and when I ask for my food they say that they are still working on it read more

In lieu of the Ratatouille movie I watched last night I have decided to channel my inner food critic. I recently visited this taco bell at about 12 midnight and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly (despite me ordering a decent amount of items at such a late hour) the food was served fast, hot and fresh. I know people tend to only leave negative reviews and thought this was worth a share. 10/10 read more

What is up with the area Taco Bell's? Place is filthy, floors were sticky and the place smells. 10 minutes standing at register to order, no employees to be found. Finally ordered, then another 10 minutes to receive food. The food had a fowl smell, threw it in trash, what a disaster. The owner should throw in the towel, they obviously have given up! read more

Food was fine, the place not so much I arrived a little early, the dining room doesn't open until 10:00, today more like 10 after 10. I already knew what I wanted, their Grande Toasted Breakfast Burrito with Sausage combo meal, so I headed up to the counter along with the person who unlocked the door. I had my food in just a few minutes. I got a look at the dining room and it was in need of a good cleaning. While I was there eating my food, nobody was working on it. I assume some shift will wipe off the tables. The burrito was pretty good and the square of hash browns oily and ok. It wasn't a large amount of food but enough for me this meal. read more

Taco Bell - waiting - Fast Food Near Me - Sarasota, Florida

Sounds like this Taco Bell might be better during the day, but I wouldn't even bother going again if I was back in this area another time. My husband and I stopped here before 11pm when we were staying in the area. There was a big line at the drive-thru that was not moving. As we got closer to the windows, we saw why no one was being helped - there was one worker dancing up a storm with music blasting and another one headed to the bathroom and stayed in there for at least 20 minutes from what we could see. No care or concern. No clue if anyone else was on shift, but a lot of people gave up including us, because when we got to the speaker finally, we found out they were out of a ton of things also. Just a big waste of time. I would recommend the McDonald's nearby instead if in need of a late meal. read more

This place was very filthy, the tables weren't clean, everything needed to be wiped. This place is not very sanitary. I don't recommend dining inside, but overall the food was great. read more

I wish I got the name of the man who prepared my food for me tonight. It is Tues the 30th though... about 8:00PM if that helps. I frequent taco bell pretty often. (Various locations.) It's always a mixed experience...sometime's my food is okay and sometimes it's totally disappointing. Well, tonight it was fantastic. This was easily the best burrito I've ever gotten from Taco Bell. I didn't ask for anything special but this guy made sure my potato's were hot and fresh. My burrito was hot and crunchy and wrapped neatly. He obviously cared about presentation too which you rarely get that in fast food anymore. Huge shout out to him for his kindness and for the awesome food. I just want to say that people like him are the reason I will keep going back to Taco Bell! No matter how many times my food is mediocre, I will always return in hopes to experience that amazing burrito again. lol Truly, thank you. :) read more

Worst fast food experience ever. Stopped to get grandkids some dinner and waited 30 minutes. As someone else noted, go to drive thru. Do not try to go inside and order: no one will pay attention to you!!!! read more

Wow, who runs this location. Absolutely awful. The taco shells were clearly stale something that has never happened to me in my life. The inside is foul smoky like a men's room near the urinal. The more is gross stuff spilled all over the sauce packets. The floor is gross. The only redeeming quality is that the employees are nice. Had them remake as soft tacos and they tasted so bad I couldn't finish them. Old lettuce, no cheese. read more

Horrible horrible. "Crunchy" was not crunchy. Shell obviously old and out in the air too long. Barely any meat inside. For that matter barely any cheese. Mainly lettuce & diced tomatoes. Counter person was an a*hole. When she called out what I thought was my name, I asked her if she had said my name because I'm hard of hearing and forgot my hearing aids. She gave me the nastiest look like I was bothering her. She then proceeded to yawn with her pie hole opened wide and didn't even try to cover her mouth. Disgusting! Oh, and she didn't give me a cup. I had to remind her I ordered a combo meal. Why do you bother working girl? You obviously don't give a shit. And so much for wanting everyone to be inclusive. I guess that only applies to race & sex - not disabilities! F* this place. Please spend your money elsewhere! read more

Visited late at night around midnight. The door was open so walked up to the register to order. Was told they were only serving drive through customers. We walked from a near by hotel and did not have our car. we asked if I could order through the drive thru and was treated rudely and mocked by what appeared to be the manager on duty when we asked if we could order on foot. As We walked out a female employee made fun of the fact that we did not arrive with a car to the other employees. She could have at least waited until we were out the door to speak negatively about what could have been paying or repeat customers. Definitely not a good business practice to speak poorly or negatively about customers who are not able to receive service in an ear shot of them in the store. read more

This Taco Bell was an exquisite experience. I had to run and grab some food late. And even though chipotle is listed as open until 10 all of the employees were lounging around and playing loud music. I came to Taco Bell as I was absolutely famished. And was given the best fast food experience I've ever had. From the time I ordered and got to the window. The woman took my card and then immediately handed me my food. It was maybe 30-45 seconds that went by. I don't know how they did it, but my food was piping hot and perfectly put together. After having nothing but bad experience after bad experience with businesses recently getting here at 10pm on a Tuesday and having excellent, quick service with fresh hot food really made my week. read more

Great place to order from usually but I wouldn't order through door dash after 11pm. Most stores have a cutoff time that you can order BEFORE THEY CLOSE. Not sure what staff was working on Feb 5.22 but they obviously were not happy with us ordering late. Not only did they forget the drink but after inspecting the food we noticed it was messed with. From Hair on the Nachos to one Taco being Sopping wet and another smelling like pickle juice maybe? All I know for sure was my Pitbull didn't even want the food so into the garbage it went uneaten. In a Post-Covid world this staff is probably very fortunate that their Higher-Ups don't check the Surveillance footage regularly. Definitely lost a repeat customer, maybe if I go in and can see them preparing my food but probably not lol. The Clark Rd Location hasn't gotten an order of mine wrong yet so that's where I'll be going from here on out read more

If you are looking for a great place to do your drugs and relax in a booth this is the place for you! Currently sitting in a booth with a guy across the lobby nodding off. The managers and employees are walking by and not saying a thing even though we are nodding at them that it is bothering us. This is a family fast food place. No one wants to come in and sit next to a person high or drunk. How is it you can allow someone to do this?! But I will say the bathroom and area is clean, so it's a sterile environment for drug user. read more

It was good and yummy. The service was a littlee slow. I would totally recommend if you like Mexican food and plus it was cheap

Normally I am a huge Taco Bell fan, but this location was super disappointing. We got the nacho fries, and there were barely even 8 fries in the container. The Crunchwrap supreme and soft taco had barely any meat or other toppings inside, and everything just had a very bland taste. Skip this location, and save your money! read more

I called to mention they had missed over half my order, when riding in an Uber and no chance to turn back. Also had asked for extra sauce and received none. When calling the store the man that picked up promptly replied "f*** you piece of s***". Never been treated that way at a drive thru in my entire life. Completely astounded. Would never recommend this Taco Bell. Not even the simple tacos I actually got were made correctly. I work in food industry so I know how it is. Only called to let them know, never had anyone talk down to me that way in my life. DO NOT GO HERE read more

It's my normal late night go-to guilty pleasure-this one didn't quite meet the standard. My mouth was watering the second I pulled in the lot, and I couldn't wait to load my burritos up with a ton of my favorite fire sauce and get down to business... when asked if I wanted sauce, I said my usual, "tons & tons of fire sauce pllleeeeeaaase!" Which led me to be quite surprised at looking into my bag only to discover a measly 3 packets. Whhhhaaattt?! I politely asked for some extras and the middle aged window woman scowled at me and dropped an additional 3 packets into my bag. C' mon, I find it hard to believe that I'm the only one who likes to cover every inch of their taco hell with that delish hot sauce! It got worse, I bit into my burritos only to find them both about half full, floppy, and mostly tortilla. Disappointed. read more

The food wasn't terrible. Well, the food that they didn't mess up! Which was 90% of what I ordered.

Took 20 mins to get fast food and the food was burned and there was so light on all the stuff in the food

The man at the counter acted like he didn't want to be there and was giving us a horrible attitude. We didn't receive most of our order and our family was disappointed when we got home. I am very upset about my experience at this Taco Bell. read more

The food was good. But I also wanted an Iced Coffee which is on their menu but the woman said they "weren't serving any coffee at this time". It's 9:30 in the morning, that makes no sense. If you ran out of coffee that would be one thing but to suggest that the time was unreasonable is ludicrous. Then rushed me through the drive thru even though I wasn't finished ordering. Didn't even give me a receipt either. This Taco Bell needs customer service training ASAP. read more

I live close by and go there frequently to get a snack at night. Service and food are consistently good. I either order two regular crunchy tacos and one soft chicken or cheesy, beefy, potato 1/2 pound burrito. They always do it right, no trouble. Any complainers must not know how to order and say what they want. Getting tacos is not difficult. If you can't order properly, stay home. read more
