We sent it back, and when round 2 came, it was just as overcooked. Round 2 was delivered by the owner who said "i don't know what happened, we cook our food to temperature," but he never said "I'm sorry." We then were charged full price for the 2 meals that were decent, although not great. To add insult to injury, when we were leaving, the waitress almost ran into my mom, who uses a cane, and screamed "WHOA!" instead of apologizing for almost running into her.
