    A great deal of
    Jolens V.

Taco has got a new offering. It has a lot of goodies in it. It was really tasty and the deal was very nice. I've the soft taco and it even came with a drink. The offer was not available in this particular location but the server made sure that I got the advertised special. The store is clean and they made sure that , that I knew that they were making my food.

I love that Taco Bell, I love that Taco smell! One of the smaller Taco Bell slash KFC's out there, but this location has some of the basic menu items. I've never had an issue with the service here personally, but I've seen others mix it up with the staff here, which blows my mind; don't start nothing, won't be nothing!

My soggy hard taco shell taco pack. Did they drop it in water? Not crispy tacos. Fell apart.

Well apparently I was craving tacos at the wrong location. Normally when I came before pandemic, the service was good and good workers who got the job done. During pandemic it's probably hard to find good help. The cashier was distracted with the kitchen and didn't attend to me standing there waiting to order. The manager motioned to the young man that line was forming and he should take my order. He was not attentive. After I order it took a while for my order to come out. When I picked up my order and brought the home to eat since I was famished. I was disappointed. The tacos felt like no one sealed the bag of tacos because it was not crispy. And it was wet as if the tacos fell in a sink with water or something. None of the taco shells remained one whole, it was cracked and fell apart. :( I was hungry so I ate 6 of them and all were pretty much the same. I don't know what those young workers doing. Plus who plays music on cell phone while making my tacos? What happened to serious workers these days? At least they were wearing their masks and gloves. Taco Bell had a steady stream of people ordering. Maybe I should have got fried chicken instead because no way it would have been soggy. I probably will not come back here for tacos. If I do go to Taco Bell, I would try another location. I went here last month and I haven't been back.

    burritos and tacos!

Decent food options and good Cantina varieties. Portions can be bigger. Rice is hard sometimes or don't seem fully cooked.

Been here for years. It's a place to get fastfood close to the sunset. It is nothing special, but it hits the spot when you crave junk food.

For once in my life, I was forced to eat like a civilized man. On the outside, everything looked normal, but in the inside it was anything but normal: I had to open my third eye center so that I could ascend my primal instinct of going to town on this burrito. Equipped with a knife, I sawed thru that behemoth methodically - too fast and she would burst open, too slow & she would give me the cold side eye. I am the burrito slayer. Cash only, was very very well priced for the size (about $13. Receipt didn't make it out alive).

I have dined here many times in the past, and this is a cash-only restaurant. I ordered the Regular Burrito with Beef Steak ($10.25). The regular burrito comes with a flour tortilla, rice, beans, salsa, onions, and cilantro, plus your choice of meat or vegetarian. Meat choices listed on the menu: * Al Pastor - Marinated Pork * Carnitas - Deep Fried Pork * Chile Verde - Pork Green Sauce * Chorizo - Mexican Sausage * Carne Asada - Steak * Lengua - Beef Tongue * Pollo - Chicken * Cabeza - Beef Head * Tripas - Intestines I asked the cashier which meat was most popular, and he recommended the beef steak, which had a slight hint of spiciness. The burrito came with pinto beans and rice. I forgot to ask if I could substitute black beans. The burrito wasn't too salty, and the beef steak was just okay. I also think the $10.25 Carne Asada burrito is a good deal. At other taquerias, carne asada is often an additional charge or the burrito costs more when you choose steak. I usually ask for a receipt even when paying cash. When I checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged an additional $0.25 for "Bolsa To Go" (bag) even though I was dining in and didn't receive a to-go bag. It's not about the $0.25, but I think it's important for a business to have integrity and charge customers only for what they actually receive. I hope this isn't something being charged to other dine-in customers as well. Overall, I would come back to try a different meat, but next time I'll make sure to clearly say dine-in and check my receipt to make sure I wasn't charged for a to-go bag.

I got my food about 10 mins after ordering. I went with what was popular. The Dorada (toasted) super carne asada burrito was great, but I wish it was more toasty. It was softer than it looked and I assumed that was because they are frying it in lard ? But overall solid and great burrito. I thought the tacos are slept on here. Both asada and lengua tacos were incredible. Tortillas were really fresh and yummy, and they stuff it with a lot of meat (). I ordered my usual, regular carne asada burrito. Well, unfortunately, the beef was dry and had little black charred pieces. I only could eat half and threw the rest out. If I tried to reheat the next day it would be more dry. I give La Taqueria two stars for the hard working people there taking care of hundreds of orders a day. Quality control has definitely changed from when this was my favorite Mexican restaurant thirty years ago.

A lot of people mentioned about the service, the mole, and birria. I am a big fan of birria tacos so I decided to give it a try. Because I would be coming from Philadelphia, I called to see if they have a reservation. Jose, the owner, who answered my call was super friendly and nice. He said that there's no reservations but he promised to secure some seats for us because the week prior they were really busy. At that point I knew that the service would be excellent. When I got there Jose and staff were super welcoming as if we've known each other for a long time. He gave 2 small plates of rice, red enchilada sauce, green enchilada sauce, mole with chicken tinga, and birria. Everything is super flavorful and authentic. It transported me to Mexico because I could taste the homemade cooking in it and the passion and love in preparing this amazing food. They take pride in the quality of their cooking. Both the chicken tinga and birria meat are tender and fresh. You can order the food at the touch screen at the counter. You can select your preference for the filling. My friend asked to separate the meat from the tortillas and separate consommé. Jose gladly accommodate her special request. Definitely above and beyond service. They provide complimentary chips and salsa. The chips are fresh and thin with 2 green sauce and two red ones. The staff warned us that the red onesie are hot. The salsa is very fresh and homemade. The mole sauce has a flavor that I can't find anywhere else. I could taste the chocolate but not very sweet. It's very unique and delicious. The red and green enchilada sauce are also phenomenal . Not too salty, yet light and packed with flavor. Their birria tacos are now one of my top ones that I've ever had. Very flavorful and not salty. Definitely recommend it. Guacamole is also a good appetizer because it is very fresh. The restaurant is clean with seatings at the front and back of the restaurant. I still cannot forget the taste of the enchilada sauce that blew me away. I left my heart in Cocina Mamá Cholita. Thanks you for a memorable dinner.
