Every time I order from this location, they are always happy, REALLY nice, appreciative and make this location my favorite. After each encounter I always tell myself I'm gonna write a positive review, and then proceeded to forget. I really don't write a lot of reviews on yelp. But today I finally did. Why did I finally write one today? well, I was ordering through the drive-through and what I was ordering, they said was going to take a little bit longer. They asked me to pull around and park and come in. When I got my food, they thanked me for being so patient and gave me a coupon for a free "any taco of my choice" in the future. I went to this location at night, an hour before closing. The employees had locked the door, even though there was still an hour more left of their work. My friend and I saw an employee inside, and she made a motion with her hand waving us away from the door and towards the drive thruu, accompanied by a motion associated with driving. Obviously, my friend and I assumed that meant that we had to order through the drive thru, even though we had come on foot. So, we go to the speaker, and wait for someone to ask what we would like. We wait for a long time, thinking that it might be a problem with the sensor. We go up to the window, and the guy there ignores us! Then, not even 5 minutes later, 3 cars come through the drive through and the person on the speaker takes their order right away. Seeing that this could be our opportunity to order finally, after 15 minutes, we go up to the speaker after the last car. Surprisingly, though I shouldn't have been because of how rude the staff had been earlier, no one was at the speaker now. We wait around, chatting, wondering what the deal with this is. Then, very suddenly, the same guy who ignored us yelled, "NO CAR NO ORDER!" we were taken aback, because after all this time of pretending we were not there, he explodes with a very rude remark. Mind you, this location still has 45-60 minutes left to operate, AND just took three new orders. Again, the guy yells, "NO CAR NO ORDER GO AWAY!" My friend and I left this location feeling ignored and worst of all, hungry. I do not recommend this place at all because of the rude and definitely slacking off staff. read more

I went there a few nights ago around 1am and this location doesn't close until 2am and when we got there we walked to the location. When we got there they had already locked the doors, even though they don't CLOSE for another HOUR, they ignored us. Then the worker finally locked eye contact with me and my friend then gave an annoyed look and made a driving wheel gesture to suggest going to the drive thru, even though we didn't have a car. Then we walked to the drive thru intercom dispite being embarrassed, and then got ignored. So then we walked over to the window to try and catch their attention, thinking it was simply an issue, then turned around to see a car in line, and suddenly the worker is talking to the person in a car, taking their order 2 seconds after previously ignoring us. So then we just deal with it and walk back in line. Then finally after the 2 cars are done ordering in front of us, we finally are in front of the intercom again, and we ask respectfully if we can order, mind you we've been here for 15 minutes at this point attempting to order in a drive through that we shouldn't even have to be in if they would have stayed true to their closing hours, then we keep asking if we can order because the person on the intercom stops responding. Then finally after waiting for 2 minutes the worker screams into the intercom "NO CAR NO SERVICE BYE." and repeats it twice extremely rudely. I believe their customer service was terrible, and if they wouldn't have served us without a car in the first place knowing we were on foot and not allowed in, I'm not sure why they would waste our time asking to go through the drive through just to ignore us the first time then scream the second. The classic Taco Bell specialties hit the spot / were fresh and executed with care. Dining area was clean. Food came out in a literal minute. The multilingual young man working the counter / drive through was very patient, kind, and helpful to myself as I tried to order a discontinued item and to the mentally handicapped kid next to me. Only knock is the soda fountain needs higher carbonation / soda mix button like they used to have. I hate to pile on but if you are going to this Taco Bell and order some food I recommend checking your order before you leave. If you do the drive thru maybe pull over into the parking lot to check. While I was there, I ordered via mobile for pickup. Kinda weird because they accept the order and say come pick it up. Took another 5 mins before it was ready but I think that is an app problem possibly. It also could be because I went on a Monday at 1pm it was busy. I would say maybe 6-7 cars deep in the drive thru and constant. I ordered my food and I got exactly what I ordered so mobile order might be the way to go. While I was inside one person who did drive thru showed up and said the order was wrong and they wanted to get the stuff they ordered. Looks like they got the wrong bag. Also while waiting I saw one person in the drive thru who checked their bag and was missing something. They made it for them but obviously that delays the rest of the people behind them. Reading the reviews seems like this happens often it seems. I mean the place was pretty busy and I can see that they were busy and working hard so it's not due to lack of effort I think. Thanks to the workers for getting my order right although I did have to wait for my drinks but once I let them know they got it for me right away. They seemed like they could be successful anywhere and clearly superior to any other fast food place I have been to. So the reason I gave it 2 stars for this coronavirus-era of drive-thru is because the food that happened to be in by bag was decent and they had 3 of the literal items I ordered. However I just through the drive-thru for the first time since before coronavirus caused all these takeout/delivery changes, and I have to say if this renewed first impression is anything to go by, they're not handling it well So I ordered a crunchwrap Supreme combo, added a bean burrito, two soft tacos, and a Supreme chalupa. What I got, when I went home and opened my bag in the car, was 2 or so chalupas, a burrito with doritos (I guess) in there, and like 5 crunchy tacos, along with the soda that was supposed to come with the crunchwrap Supreme. So what's up with that? Did I accidentally get someone's takeout order by mistake? The mistakes here seem too bizarre to have been a single/2-item mistake/bagging issue. I was very disappointed with this. I can only assume I got 12 dollars worth of food so it still feels like a waste of money. I didn't do anything though, because between being unsure how food complaints are handled with quarantine, feeling bad for fast food workers during this and being appreciative of them continuing despite the pandemic, and the food still being sufficient for my hunger/cravings, I let it be and just ate what I could without overstuffing myself. I'll check back in a few months, I think, and see if their accuracy has improved by then. read more

The manager I spoke today that I need to show proof and " we will take care of it" I was not given a receipt which was odd. I've seen two employees put out a joint behind a dumpster and then walk back into the Taco Bell. Then it made sense. This review is coming from someone who had not eaten Taco Bell in over 10 years. All of a sudden I've eaten here a few times in the past month, mainly out of convenience. Thankfully, I haven't had any issues with the food at this restaurant. The quality is as good as I would reasonably expect from a Taco Bell. However, service counts for a lot. The last time I went to this Taco Bell, the cashier said that my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. I ordered tacos straight off the menu (nothing special) so I asked the cashier why it would take that long, which I thought was a valid question at a fast food restaurant. I was genuinely curious, but when I asked, the cashier replied, "That's just how long it's gonna be. Take it or leave it." So...I left it. I don't plan on going back here. This Taco Bell has been my main go-to location ever since they offered breakfast on their menu. To start, Taco Bell definitely does a better job with breakfast burritos than McDonalds. At $1 for most breakfast burritos or tacos, you can't beat that price. Any of their breakfast burritos are tasty and tender. Their hash browns (also $1) are cheaper than McDonalds ($1.89) and taste just as good, if not better. The only disappointing thing is that not all $1 items that I could order on the mobile at were at this location. Furthermore, the mobile app errored out and I had to place the order in-person. Despite the inconvenience, the service is great in the mornings and the interior is clean. Can't wait to order more for next time! read more

It's 3:00pm and i go to their drive-thru to be informed that they don't have beef. Call me crazy, but beef is an ingredient in about 90% of their menu. So how do they give you a side taco with your meal that you order if that's the case? Also, I'd have to pay extra to substitute for chicken or steak in my meal? Call me crazy but shouldn't they have beef at all times if this ingredient is pertinent to serving their customers? If you walk up to the counter after arrival, someone will mention your name in the back, but no one will make your food. After 15 more minutes and going back to the counter someone will again just mention your name in the back and do nothing about it. Then you will wait another 10 minutes and ask what's up and why it takes 30 minutes to make two tacos and a burrito and they will finally make your food. Unfortunately.
