Several years ago this place was staffed by a number people who were really on top of their game. They seemed like they could be successful anywhere and clearly superior to any other fast food place I have been to. The customer experience was always excellent, and the food always showed how good Taco Bell food can be. Fast forward to today, All of those people are long gone. This is now just an average place serving average-tasting fast food with an average customer experience. Meh. I still come here because I have a soft spot for this americanized Mexican food. read more

New queso with meat dip for $2.50 and their cantina chicken tacos with a mango brisket tea for under $10. Came here basically to use the bathroom and get something to drink. Plenty of parking and service was quick. 2 stars because they forgot my drink so I had to go inside and correct them by showing them my order since they didn't believe me. read more

It's Taco Bell, we all know what we get. But this specific Taco Bell has the best employees. Every time I order from this location, they are always happy, REALLY nice, appreciative and make this location my favorite. After each encounter I always tell myself I'm gonna write a positive review, and then proceeded to forget. I really don't write a lot of reviews on yelp. But today I finally did. Why did I finally write one today? well, I was ordering through the drive-through and what I was ordering, they said was going to take a little bit longer. They asked me to pull around and park and come in. When I got my food, they thanked me for being so patient and gave me a coupon for a free "any taco of my choice" in the future. They totally didn't need to do that, but they did and it was really nice of them. Again, this is the BEST Taco Bell and best service on a consistent basis. read more

I went there a few nights ago around 1am and this location doesn't close until 2am and when we got there we walked to the location. When we got there they had already locked the doors, even though they don't CLOSE for another HOUR, they ignored us. Then the worker finally locked eye contact with me and my friend then gave an annoyed look and made a driving wheel gesture to suggest going to the drive thru, even though we didn't have a car. Then we walked to the drive thru intercom dispite being embarrassed, and then got ignored. So then we walked over to the window to try and catch their attention, thinking it was simply an issue, then turned around to see a car in line, and suddenly the worker is talking to the person in a car, taking their order 2 seconds after previously ignoring us. So then we just deal with it and walk back in line. Then finally after the 2 cars are done ordering in front of us, we finally are in front of the intercom again, and we ask respectfully if we can order, mind you we've been here for 15 minutes at this point attempting to order in a drive through that we shouldn't even have to be in if they would have stayed true to their closing hours, then we keep asking if we can order because the person on the intercom stops responding. Then finally after waiting for 2 minutes the worker screams into the intercom "NO CAR NO SERVICE BYE." and repeats it twice extremely rudely. I believe their customer service was terrible, and if they wouldn't have served us without a car in the first place knowing we were on foot and not allowed in, I'm not sure why they would waste our time asking to go through the drive through just to ignore us the first time then scream the second. I wouldn't recommend this horrible insensitive location. read more

placed an order between 10:30 and 10:40 PM on March 11, and the order was completely wrong and incomplete. Because of this, I had to come back from home again. In the end, I received a refund, but there was no apology and no sense of responsibility shown regarding the situation. As I mentioned, the girl with glasses working there did not care at all and did not apologize in any way. If she had apologized and tried to make up for it, I wouldn't be sharing this post. The management is ridiculous. Something definitely went wrong during this shift. read more

I went to this location at night, an hour before closing. The employees had locked the door, even though there was still an hour more left of their work. My friend and I saw an employee inside, and she made a motion with her hand waving us away from the door and towards the drive thruu, accompanied by a motion associated with driving. Obviously, my friend and I assumed that meant that we had to order through the drive thru, even though we had come on foot. So, we go to the speaker, and wait for someone to ask what we would like. We wait for a long time, thinking that it might be a problem with the sensor. We go up to the window, and the guy there ignores us! Then, not even 5 minutes later, 3 cars come through the drive through and the person on the speaker takes their order right away. Seeing that this could be our opportunity to order finally, after 15 minutes, we go up to the speaker after the last car. Surprisingly, though I shouldn't have been because of how rude the staff had been earlier, no one was at the speaker now. We wait around, chatting, wondering what the deal with this is. Then, very suddenly, the same guy who ignored us yelled, "NO CAR NO ORDER!" we were taken aback, because after all this time of pretending we were not there, he explodes with a very rude remark. Mind you, this location still has 45-60 minutes left to operate, AND just took three new orders. Again, the guy yells, "NO CAR NO ORDER GO AWAY!" My friend and I left this location feeling ignored and worst of all, hungry. I do not recommend this place at all because of the rude and definitely slacking off staff. read more

The classic Taco Bell specialties hit the spot / were fresh and executed with care. Dining area was clean. Food came out in a literal minute. The multilingual young man working the counter / drive through was very patient, kind, and helpful to myself as I tried to order a discontinued item and to the mentally handicapped kid next to me. Only knock is the soda fountain needs higher carbonation / soda mix button like they used to have. Prices were reasonable but a local Mexican place will clock in with a lower price / pound of food. read more

Super Fast and delicious service, We went through the drive-through and was there for 3-4 Minutes max, Food was great and nice workers.

I hate to pile on but if you are going to this Taco Bell and order some food I recommend checking your order before you leave. If you do the drive thru maybe pull over into the parking lot to check. While I was there, I ordered via mobile for pickup. Kinda weird because they accept the order and say come pick it up. Took another 5 mins before it was ready but I think that is an app problem possibly. It also could be because I went on a Monday at 1pm it was busy. I would say maybe 6-7 cars deep in the drive thru and constant. I ordered my food and I got exactly what I ordered so mobile order might be the way to go. While I was inside one person who did drive thru showed up and said the order was wrong and they wanted to get the stuff they ordered. Looks like they got the wrong bag. Also while waiting I saw one person in the drive thru who checked their bag and was missing something. They made it for them but obviously that delays the rest of the people behind them. Reading the reviews seems like this happens often it seems. I mean the place was pretty busy and I can see that they were busy and working hard so it's not due to lack of effort I think. Thanks to the workers for getting my order right although I did have to wait for my drinks but once I let them know they got it for me right away. Staff was friendly and handled all the corrections but again, I would just check before you leave. read more

They don't open until 9 and they literally have "breakfast" labeled under their sign. Enough said.

3 pm on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. They're closed. Couple cars waiting in drive thru. Both doors locked. Nobody visible inside, and then a few emerge from back. They signal that they're not opening the doors, but they start serving line of drive thru cars. I can only assume the owner lets the employees decide when they want to serve customers. Not a real restaurant. read more

Never thought I'd leave a review for a fast food place. They always seem understaffed whether I do drive thru or walk in. Recently I place my order through the app and do drive thru with my daughter. 2x this has happened.. I go to the drive thru and mention my name, the girls says "ok" so I drive up and I'm told my total and I say I paid through the app. THE SAME GIRL BOTH TIMES DID NOT SEND MY ORDER luckily it's a small order and the other blonde lady rushes my order. No ones apologetic for the simple yet easy task. and no, to the rude worker taking orders, I've never worked at Taco Bell so I wouldn't know that it's hard to press SEND but I do know how to be apologetic and understanding when I mess up. read more

It is a nice setup as soon as you enter order your food from the machines and wait for prep then pick it up. Floor is pretty clean, love it.

The amount of negative reviews here is somewhat amusing. W e came here at 1145 on a Saturday and it's was squeaky clean. It's the same taste that I've been having the last 25 years and the great thing is it's consistent. Staff is nice here. I don't see why people complain so much. It's fast food. Thomas Keller isn't behind the counter people. read more

What's to say. It's Taco Bell, fast and as expected, reminds me of growing up as a kid. Still visit often when I get cravings for the stuff.

So the reason I gave it 2 stars for this coronavirus-era of drive-thru is because the food that happened to be in by bag was decent and they had 3 of the literal items I ordered. However I just through the drive-thru for the first time since before coronavirus caused all these takeout/delivery changes, and I have to say if this renewed first impression is anything to go by, they're not handling it well So I ordered a crunchwrap Supreme combo, added a bean burrito, two soft tacos, and a Supreme chalupa. What I got, when I went home and opened my bag in the car, was 2 or so chalupas, a burrito with doritos (I guess) in there, and like 5 crunchy tacos, along with the soda that was supposed to come with the crunchwrap Supreme. So what's up with that? Did I accidentally get someone's takeout order by mistake? The mistakes here seem too bizarre to have been a single/2-item mistake/bagging issue. I was very disappointed with this. I can only assume I got 12 dollars worth of food so it still feels like a waste of money. I didn't do anything though, because between being unsure how food complaints are handled with quarantine, feeling bad for fast food workers during this and being appreciative of them continuing despite the pandemic, and the food still being sufficient for my hunger/cravings, I let it be and just ate what I could without overstuffing myself. I'll check back in a few months, I think, and see if their accuracy has improved by then. read more

I ordered 1 bell grande and a crispy taco for $7.09 And they charged me $60.00 I bought debited to my checking account. The manager I spoke today that I need to show proof and " we will take care of it" I was not given a receipt which was odd. But beware of using your debit or credit card here and always ask for a receipt. This is not good practice. read more

Half the time you go here it's closed (in the middle of the day), the other half the time the service is extremely slow. I've seen two employees put out a joint behind a dumpster and then walk back into the Taco Bell. Then it made sense. I ordered black beans and rice. It was a joke. There was barely any food in the bottom of a small bowl. These two food ingredients are some of the cheapest overhead for Taco Bell. Why be so skimpy. I paid $1.79 for what. I will never order this item again. read more

This review is coming from someone who had not eaten Taco Bell in over 10 years. All of a sudden I've eaten here a few times in the past month, mainly out of convenience. Thankfully, I haven't had any issues with the food at this restaurant. The quality is as good as I would reasonably expect from a Taco Bell. However, service counts for a lot. The last time I went to this Taco Bell, the cashier said that my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. I ordered tacos straight off the menu (nothing special) so I asked the cashier why it would take that long, which I thought was a valid question at a fast food restaurant. I was genuinely curious, but when I asked, the cashier replied, "That's just how long it's gonna be. Take it or leave it." So...I left it. I don't plan on going back here. Too many good spots in the Bay Area. read more

This Taco Bell has been my main go-to location ever since they offered breakfast on their menu. To start, Taco Bell definitely does a better job with breakfast burritos than McDonalds. At $1 for most breakfast burritos or tacos, you can't beat that price. Any of their breakfast burritos are tasty and tender. Their hash browns (also $1) are cheaper than McDonalds ($1.89) and taste just as good, if not better. The only disappointing thing is that not all $1 items that I could order on the mobile at were at this location. Furthermore, the mobile app errored out and I had to place the order in-person. Despite the inconvenience, the service is great in the mornings and the interior is clean. Can't wait to order more for next time! read more

This place is consistently a mess. Always seems understaffed. The only time you get better than mediocre service is when they have no other customers. It's 3:00pm and i go to their drive-thru to be informed that they don't have beef. Call me crazy, but beef is an ingredient in about 90% of their menu. So how do they give you a side taco with your meal that you order if that's the case? Also, I'd have to pay extra to substitute for chicken or steak in my meal? Call me crazy but shouldn't they have beef at all times if this ingredient is pertinent to serving their customers? I've let a lot of other dumb complaints about this place go like getting my order wrong half the time. But this is literally unacceptable. If I crave Taco Bell I'll just drive the extra few miles to San Mateo, even though they don't have a drive-thru. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell of all Taco Bells. Do not order from the mobile app. Even if the app says your order is ready it's a lie. If you walk up to the counter after arrival, someone will mention your name in the back, but no one will make your food. After 15 more minutes and going back to the counter someone will again just mention your name in the back and do nothing about it. Then you will wait another 10 minutes and ask what's up and why it takes 30 minutes to make two tacos and a burrito and they will finally make your food. Unfortunately. I have been through this exact experience twice in a row with this Taco Bell. This is not an exaggeration. read more

Granted this is the closest Taco Bell to my apartment. Ugh, we still keep going back only because it is super close to us. My issues with this place is they keep mislabeling our food. Not sure if it is because of their high turn over rate. So the food is never wrapped to what it really is. Going through the drive thru is a hit or miss with customer service. There are some people I really like who work there and others who are just rude. This location has a lot of potential. read more

Staff is nice through the drive thru line. But today the line wasn't moving. At all. Luckily we were the last in line so we parked and tried to go inside to order. The doors were locked and it looked like there were only two employees inside. I'd hate to give them a one star review because in this area all the fast food places are having a difficult time finding and keeping employees. Taco Bell, Mc Donald's and even the new Dunkin Donuts (all on the same block) had huge "Hiring" banners outside their building. We ended up going home and ate a banana. Healthier anyways but it didn't satisfy our craving for nachos! read more

I'm honestly super impressed with this location. Every time I come, the employees are always so happy. Smiling faces who are always willing to help -- I don't even get that at sit down restaurants. It was super busy today and their manager kept His employees calm and had fun. He said let's stay happy and I gotta say, that's a key trait to have in a manager. His name is Randy, so kudos to him.
