I recently drove out to this Taco Bell because the one on Broadway was too crowded, and I figured, if this one was as bad, I would just eat at 99 Ranch Market. This was my first time ever ordering food from the app. I ordered the Limited Edition $5 cravings box (which has since gone up to $5.99), which came with a Beefy Crunch Burrito, Chalupa Supreme, Crispy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium drink (I chose Baja Blast). A few days later, I figured out how to customize the items in the box, but, on this day, I hadn't figured that out yet. Maybe this is why, out of all of the boxes I've ordered so far, this is the only one that's been correct! Everything was about as good as can be expected from Taco Bell. All of my items were fresh, full, and legit. I must have been happy with my box, because I've ordered a few more boxes since then (but at different locations). Like I said, this was my first time ordering from the app, so I was a bit nervous about going through the drive-through, but the experience was seamless. I said, "Hi, I ordered in the app?" "What's the name?" "For Jennifer?" "We'll see you at the window!" My food was ready when I got to the window (since I had paid in the app). (They should be open until 3am) Arrived at the drive thru around 1:45am and was told they were closed for the night. My husband questioned them about their posted hours saying they were open until 3am and that we had placed an order via the app and y'all took our money so just refund it. They then said oh our system is down so no order came through and we can't refund you. Excuse me, what?! So you took my money and can't give me my order. Nope, not doing that game. And how about relay the info that your closed for your stores location on the app to prevent people paying and driving all the way out here for nothing. They did agreed to make our order but said they were not going to make the cinnamon twists because something was already off, the frier maybe, I don't remember so we had to sub that out with something else. The kicker was them telling us they had NO sauce packets?! What?! Like none at all of the 5 or so sauce packet options they offer. Ok, y'all doing too much at this point. After my experience today, I wish I could give a zero star rating. Waited in the drive thru 30min to pick up my mobile order and was told I had to go inside to pick up. Annoyed and hungry, adding more time to my wait, inside there's no one at the register. Just more annoyed customers in front of me waiting. After 10 more minutes, I was finally approached about my order and was told to still wait. And immediately the older man walks away before I have a chance to ask how much longer. Ok, let me be specific. This was the one taco bell that was open 1:37am Easter Sunday after leaving my buddies house. The wait was about 3 minutes in the drive thru before we could order, again, totally reasonable since it was the one place open. Once I got to the speaker, the gentleman took care of my order SUPER quick. He handed me my drink. I tasted it and noticed the syrup was out. I let him know and gentleman was SUPER sweet about it and quickly got me another drink. I even heard him ask another employee to immediately change the syrup out. He handed me my food, and as the window was sliding shut, I told him thank you so much and to have a great night. They currently allow dine-in. Came by on a weekend in the late afternoon, and there were hardly any other customers. The inside seemed very clean. They have two kiosks by the door that you can use to order, I'd recommend using it if you want to limit your interactions with other people. Hand sanitizer dispenser wasn't working though. The food came out fast and hot. One of the workers brought the tray to me and was considerate to ask if I needed any sauces. Tried the new crispy chicken taco. Tasty, but small. I know I caught them on a bad day but I still gotta leave a review on my experience. I'm sure everyone was having a hard time and maybe everyone was ordering big boxes but still, I didn't need the unnecessary rudeness. 4 people ahead of us and it takes about 20 mins to get to the screen to order, we pull up and immediately the voice says 'the person before you has a big order please wait' fair enough so we wait, maybe 5 mins and my mom says, hello? And a new voice says please wait ma-am. Okayyyy. And then when we start our order I ask for 2 big boxes and the guy on the other end says 'two?!' And let's out a sigh.
