Same rating as KFC (same place); same reasons. The food is somewhat consistent; neither TB nor KFC are great; neither is terrible. The food is consistently average, which is what I expect. Likewise Service: 3 (with the 5s, 4s and rarely the 2s being averaged in aggregate to 3). The ambiance is okay: 3. Not bad, not great. Fairly clean (including decent Men's restroom). read more

3 stars now hear me out the food in my opinion is great. It's just that their was a huge soda spill that was on the floor in front of the soda machine. They also need to add more meat into their tacos. Which also ticked down another star. It was also a long wait although we were the only ones in line but I didn't take off a start because I saw they were understaffed and busy with people who were in the drive thru or waiting on their cars for the food, And they are quiet nice. However if they fix the amount of meat in their tacos and other problems this place will be better read more

idk how you pay $5-$6 for a beefy 5 layer burrito and end up with a beefy 3 layer burrito. no sour cream or cheddar cheese on my burritos took an hour just to get my food an they don't even know how to count 5 ingredients. and why does my burrito look like it was man handled? there Is finger prints in my burrito an it's all squished y'all are gross. an they don't even care to answer the phones. I got here at 7:07 am. No lights on and the air conditioner has just been turned on - very hot in July! Basically, dark and hot plus I'm only one here. Basically, nothing ready and haven't put things out like hot sauce or ketchup and they were out of ketchup anyway. I'm clearly first customer of the day and there is food in the floor from night before. Not recommended for breakfast. I don't usually review fast food as everyone knows what they serve, etc. I also mostly give 4-5 stars. As I'm leaving about 15 minutes later it's feeling a little cooler but lights are still off inside ... drove by at 8:15 am and lights are still off, parking lot has trash, worker smoking in front of entrance. read more

Very dissatisfied with this Taco Bell / KFC. I arrived and placed my order @ 4:56 pm. Not too busy 4 employees that I could see. Everyone friendly. A few diners eating. That's the good... I sit & wait 20 minutes for a carry out order. That's too long to wait for fast food. Anyway, while waiting I see food all over the floor behind the counter where employees work. I see food all over the counter where employees prepare food. I see employees using the same tongs to slide in trays that they use to select chicken for your dinner. I sit there long enough I finish my drink and get a refill... still no food. That's the bad.... I finally get my food (carry out ) Mexican pizza a potato burrito, and a couple soft tacos at 5:18pm and I get in my vehicle & drive home...it's a 20 mile drive. I get home, open up my bag and they put all my food on top of my pizza so the box is crushed and food stuck to the top. Grumble...I take a few bites of my taco and feel something strange in my mouth. It's a 4" long piece of rolled up plastic. Wtf? At first I thought it was very hard cheese, but nope... it's plastic. I have it on video but you can't upload photos here. The ugly..... I called immediately and spoke with on duty manager Desiree. She apologized and ironically said that this wasn't the first time this has happened? WTF X 2 really???? I would have driven back but that would be a 40 mile round trip. I asked for the store owner to call me and I will ask for a refund of my $19.03 purchase. I'm sure nothing will come of this because no one gives a crap about me....THE CUSTOMER. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I don't want a crappy coupon to come back, I've already heard your lame apology, I'm not coming back to this or any other Taco Bell / KFC and you can stick your $15 per hour quest right up your keister. Owner is rude. I sat with a watch and it took 10 minutes for the first order to come out & 10 in between the next 2 orders. My burrito came out orange from all the grease & the refried beans beans were white. The owner was rude & wouldn't give a refund. Contacted corporate & they would not answer me. read more

I've worked in the fast food industry before, for two years, and you should never talk to your employees/associates in that manner. It's 6:10am...and still waiting for them to open. If you're going to have operating hours for a business then you need to uphold them. But this is my favorite Taco Bell...for some reason they always make it the best out of anywhere I've ever been. I'll update if they impress me next time. :) read more

Nasty as fuck! They threw everything in bag upside down. Used half amounts of ingredients in taco, made the tacos immediately and held them while we waited 25 minutes so they were soggy. KFC was disgusting. Every time it's a long wait for bad food by unorganized people! read more

I have NEVER had an order at this place I've been satisfied with. They usually will forget items, skimp on everything, or the good will be old. The owner even accused me once of trying to steal coleslaw because when I got home it wasn't in my bag and I went back to get it. He said how did he know it didn't get in the bag if I had already been home. Over a side of coleslaw. The employees can be nice but the food is overpriced junk. I avoid eating here until I forget just how gross it is and make the mistake again. read more

Never again! I never do this, but it was that terrible! Our family went to this establishment after church last weekend...we ordered our food inside and after waiting over 30 minutes for our food (with one customer in front of us, and two behind)....we noticed the confusion when the lady before us got the wrong order, and the lady behind us got her order and it was wrong as well...(btw, our daughters friend noticed two of the employees were on their phones in the back while preparing orders). When we walked up to ask about our food, it was not even started yet... So we requested a refund. 22 minutes later !?!?! we finally got our money back from the assistant manager because he couldn't figure out how to refund our order. Our second attempt to try this place (thinking maybe they just had a bad day) we went through the drive-through....It was terrible. We didn't get our complete order (after we were asked to pull around and wait) then we checked our order again... We got half of the kids meal and a plain burnt chicken sandwich with cold cheese. Oh, and don't ask for condiments...when I did, the girl gave me 4 packs of taco sauce for 6 burritos. I almost felt sorry for the employees because there was so much confusion, appears there is lack of training. Hope it's worth losing a customer. read more

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I placed my order at 1:20, however I received my food at 2:05. We asked for our money back at 2:00 then it took 5 minutes the young lady working the front counter to say she lost the receipt. In the lobby there were about 9 to 10 groups of people no one had any food. The group who finally received their order still had to complain because the order was wrong. Some of the drive thru customers still had to come inside due to wrong orders. The manager did ask another employee "why are all of these people cancelling their orders?" She was rude to her employees, the employees had no direction. I think poor management lead to the serious slow down. She also came to the lobby asking for receipts to the fill orders. read more

It is a little more pricey than locations closer to Kansas City . They don't always get the orders right, are usually out of certain items, and I find myself waiting at the drive thru for my food so long that I have to pull around the building and wait, a little too often. read more

I hate this place! It is pretty bad when you have a Chinese restaurant and Mexican restaurant that never mess up your order and they hardly speak English! Every time you go to this Taco Bell they mess up your order or take at least an hour to get it right! Then they try and give you free stuff as an apology. No, I just want my correct order in a timely manner. Plus , I doubt the person that messed up your order actually pays for the mistake. They just give you free food at the owners expense! read more
