Their system went down, however the staff was extremely proactive, fast and friendly. Thank you. Good job team!

Incomplete x2 Cinnabon Delights 2 Pack (other food was disappointing, all overpriced, waste of time and money)

Taco Bell prices just aren't worth it whatsoever anymore!! Got 2 crunch wrap supremes and 2 cinnamon delight 2 packs (for my bf and I to share). The total was $20.43, that's insanely overpriced. Besides that the crunch wraps were very thin and not very filled. And they only gave 3 out of the 4 Cinnabon delights. It's extremely disappointing considering they cost $5.38 before tax. They also were hard as a rock and barely warm. Overall disappointed and wouldn't recommend you waste your money here. (Or any Taco Bell till they chill out on their high prices)

I have come to this Taco Bell a few times now through drive through. Each time I have asked for no tomatoes they have still put tomatoes on the Mexican pizzas I've ordered. Resulting in me needing to throw them away. Today around 12:30PMwhen I went I verified with the blonde lady working the window/speaker if they could please ensure there wouldn't be tomatoes on the Mexican pizza if I ordered it again. She confirmed there wouldn't be. There still was, big pieces in fact. So I drove through again and she said oh you meant the red sauce and I asked if the red sauce had tomatoes in it/or if it could be placed on without tomatoes because I have a tomato allergy. She communicated that they could do hot sauce without tomatoes. I thanked her and waited patiently in my car next to the drive through window. This is when she went toward the back of the kitchen and a very rude man shoved the new order in bag at me. I drove out part way from the drive through and checked this time there was no sauce at all. I parked and went inside and waited for a long time, as I heard this same man speaking rudely to another employee-a brunette woman, then came to the front order counter. I communicated the situation and asked for hot sauce packets. This is when the conversation with him escalated and he continued raising his voice, interrupting me and blame shifting on to me as the customer. He was very loud, hostile, aggressive, insistent and very unprofessional. To which I said I would be putting in a Yelp review for management. After many times of communicating that it is a health and safety hazard to give a customer an ingredient they are allergic to and has communicated they have an allergy to. I communicated many times tomatoes could make my throat close up. He continued yelling that I should've said no red sauce. Taking no responsibility when I checked before placing this order today. I certainly hope upper management will see this review and reach out to me notifying me of rectification of this situation as being yelled at by this taco bell employee was completely unacceptable, highly unprofessional and needs to be addressed.

Well this was a frustrating trip to a Taco Bell!

It's a nice restaurant, with seating on the inside and the outside. That's good, because they can. get busy. The employees are very friendly It's a very large menu, ranging from things such as your standard tacos, tortas, and burritos, to things such as seafood cocktails, molcajete, which is a Mexican stew, to posole. They have Menudo on the weekend, and also on the weekend, they have a person right in the dining room, making fresh, hot , tortillas on the spot. There is a small chips and salsa bar. The chips are very good, as are the salsas. My favorite has always been the avocado salsa, creamy with just a little bit of a kick to it. Today, I decided to go simple. I had a shredded chicken, super nachos, and a cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla didn't look like much, but it was very big. There was a lot of delicious Monterey Jack cheese in it. They were very generous with the cheese. The nachos didn't look very big, but they were. The chicken was tender. And delicious, and I loved the guacamole and the sour cream. The salsa had a nice little kick to it And as I mentioned before, the chips were fantastic, not greasy at all. For all I got, the price was very reasonable. I will continue to come back. Thank you.

They have odd hours closing at 7pm but worth it to stop by! Since we came in so close to closing, they were out of beans and al pastor but they even offered to make a new batch of beans for us!! Extremely nice of them to offer. We declined seeming it was our fault for the timing. I got their taco salad with steak and my husband got their California burrito with carne asada. I loved my taco salad and the crispy shell was soooo good. We also got their side of chips and guac. They give you a choice between corn and flour tortilla chips! We got a mix of both and they definitely make them in house and fresh to order. They were amazing. The flour was our favorite actually! Guac was great as well. The building is pretty unassuming from the outside since it's in a business park and the inside has a good amount of seating but it is a walk up and order type of restaurant. They do bring the food out to your table, but we were also the only ones there. Majority of the people coming were grabbing it to go. Lastly they have a salsa bar with a good variety of salsa's which I always love! I'll definitely be coming back and trying more of their options.

Complimentary corn tortilla chips, salsa, and refried bean dip with cheese. I loved the REFRIED BEAN DIP! I ordered the Steak a la Chicana. I didn't read or listen carefully enough that the skirt steak with sauteed onions and bell peppers are covered in Spanish sauce. The sauce is actually quite tasty with a little kick. I used it and the salsa to flavor the black beans. However, I really just wanted grilled steak. I should have ordered steak fajitas, a grilled steak burrito or quesadilla, or a carne asada plate. The Steak a la Chicana was a generous portion, which is definitely 2 meals for me. Cilantro rice wasn't anything special. The SWEET CORN TAMALITO is yummy comfort. Choice of beans: refried beans, black beans, or pinto beans. I suspect refried beans is the tastiest option. El Tapatio would be a great gathering place for friends and family. I was headed to Burger King but changed my mind when I eyed Taco Express across the parking lot. Well I spotted a large inflatable shaped as the Taco Express character waving his arm. As to wave us over. He was so darn cute. It definitely caught my attention and peaked my interest. Next thing I know I was in the drive thru looking at the menu. It was Tuesday, the special of the day was $1.50 crispy tacos. The meat choices were chicken, ground beef, and beef. I ordered four of those, a side of rice, and chips n salsa. The total with tax was $12 something. The green salsa had a spicy kickyness but without the heat. The red salsa had a lingering, bold hot spiciness. I tried it and it burned. The tacos weren't bad at all. The meats weren't greasy. The taco shells were fresh fried, without the greasiness. Now here's what made it even better--this used to be a Taco Bell back in the day, so let me just say... the taco energy in this building is deeply rooted. The tortilla spirits were already working overtime before I even walked in. I stepped inside, got greeted right away, and placed my order for carne asada tacos and a drink. Simple. Efficient. Exactly what the pre-movie mission required. But here's where things got impressive... I swear the second I paid, my food was basically already waiting for me like it had somehow known I was coming. And unless I missed someone hiding in the back doing ninja-level prep work, I'm pretty sure the young lady up front was running the whole operation. She was taking my order, working the drive-thru headset, handling everything, and still keeping it smooth like it was just another regular day. That kind of hustle deserves respect. Now let's talk tacos. These carne asada tacos came out hot, flavorful, and straight-up comforting. The kind of flavor that doesn't taste like "fast food trying to be tacos"--nah, these tasted like somebody's grandma would absolutely approve. And if the food gives "abuela would nod in silence and keep cooking," that's a compliment of the highest order. Every bite hit. The meat had flavor, the tacos were put together right, and for a quick stop before a movie, this absolutely overdelivered. The place was easy, the service was fast, and the whole stop felt like one of those hidden little wins you're glad you trusted. In all, Taco Express did exactly what it needed to do... Quick. Flavorful. No nonsense. Strong taco ancestry. And honestly, if this building was once a Taco Bell and has now evolved into this... that's character development. Will I be back? Yeah... because movie plans and tacos are a dangerous combo.
