Taco Bell prices just aren't worth it whatsoever anymore!! Got 2 crunch wrap supremes and 2 cinnamon delight 2 packs (for my bf and I to share). The total was $20.43, that's insanely overpriced. Besides that the crunch wraps were very thin and not very filled. And they only gave 3 out of the 4 Cinnabon delights. It's extremely disappointing considering they cost $5.38 before tax. This used to be a great Taco Bell. Place sucks now though. Skimpy portions and holding back on the sauce packets. Hardly any cheese at all in tacos. Had to ask 4 times for more sauce... 7 items and they give me less than 7 packets.. then 1-2 more on each request after that .. all this while in the drive thru... like wtf?!? I went to toca bell today at 9:00 pm and I had ordered a good amount of food. My cousin got a crunch wrap, and the beef was very old and smell like metal. Also I got a bean cheese rice burrito, and the rice was very hard and crunchy. I don't know what they put in there. This particular taco bell is ALWAYS disgusting and vile. I cant imagine they are bringing in good business. Ive eaten at this one about 6 times over the timespan of 3 years. EVERY SINGLE TIME the beef has an off taste, like cleaning chemical or something. This most recent time, i got slow roasted chicken crunchwrap sliders in a luxe box. The entire food order and bags smelled disgusting before i even opened it. Very offputting smell. I still tried to eat it, and the chicken was dry and seemed dehydrated while also a pretty dark color. It was a big part of why the order smelled so weird. It also tasted seasoned differently than any other taco bell ive gotten slow roasted chicken from. It was 100% old chicken from the day before, as i even ordered during the first hour they were open. This is by far the strangest and possibly even malicious Taco Bell location i have ever come accross. Their management and cooking methods need to be analyzed and controlled more strictly. This is a health hazard and i might have to report it to the health department and BBB. read more

I have come to this Taco Bell a few times now through drive through. Each time I have asked for no tomatoes they have still put tomatoes on the Mexican pizzas I've ordered. Resulting in me needing to throw them away. Today around 12:30PMwhen I went I verified with the blonde lady working the window/speaker if they could please ensure there wouldn't be tomatoes on the Mexican pizza if I ordered it again. She confirmed there wouldn't be. There still was, big pieces in fact. So I drove through again and she said oh you meant the red sauce and I asked if the red sauce had tomatoes in it/or if it could be placed on without tomatoes because I have a tomato allergy. She communicated that they could do hot sauce without tomatoes. I thanked her and waited patiently in my car next to the drive through window. This is when she went toward the back of the kitchen and a very rude man shoved the new order in bag at me. I drove out part way from the drive through and checked this time there was no sauce at all. I parked and went inside and waited for a long time, as I heard this same man speaking rudely to another employee-a brunette woman, then came to the front order counter. I communicated the situation and asked for hot sauce packets. This is when the conversation with him escalated and he continued raising his voice, interrupting me and blame shifting on to me as the customer. He was very loud, hostile, aggressive, insistent and very unprofessional. To which I said I would be putting in a Yelp review for management. After many times of communicating that it is a health and safety hazard to give a customer an ingredient they are allergic to and has communicated they have an allergy to. I communicated many times tomatoes could make my throat close up. He continued yelling that I should've said no red sauce. Taking no responsibility when I checked before placing this order today. I certainly hope upper management will see this review and reach out to me notifying me of rectification of this situation as being yelled at by this taco bell employee was completely unacceptable, highly unprofessional and needs to be addressed. read more

I attempted to get breakfast at this location and the manager asked me to walk through the drive-through. I'm not about to walk through the drive-through with cars in it. I don't think that would be one of Taco Bell's policy and I think it would look pretty funny. I drive a big truck so my truck will not fit in the drive through and due to the coronavirus the lobby is closed. While the manager was outside washing her vehicle I asked if she could take my order and she said "We usually don't take orders unless your in the drive-through" And then she continued to clean her vehicle. She could have took the order while I was standing in front of her because she did have her headset on or she could have went inside and punched in the order especially since the parking lot was empty and the drive through had one car in it, but instead she continued cleaning her personal vehicle while on the clock. What a way to drive away customers. I'm sure her vehicle was more important anyways. I work in customer service and I always put the customer first no matter what I'm doing. read more

Alisha has no business working in customer service. They forgot to give me my full order and then ignored me as I tried to wave them down. I finally had to lay on the horn to get anyone's attention. When I got my drink she blamed on the other person instead of taking the heat. When I asked for the manager she lied and said she was the manager, and told me to get out of her drive thru. She then slammed the window and walked away. I asked repeatedly for the GM name and the corporate office number and she refused to give it to me and threatened to call the police. The young man at the drive through brightened my day. Unbeknownst to him, my day really needed some brightening. I went through the drive through and ordered my food as normal, was met with a cheerful smile and my food was presented in one of their boxes with all the sauce all the napkins and a couple of wet naps. This place has problems. They can't get the simplest orders correct. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 regular tacos. I get to the window and pay. A few minutes later an employee tells me they made supreme tacos on accident and asked if I wanted them. I politely declined and asked for the regular tacos. I will never come back to this taco Bell ever again. the restaurant is dirty has food and wrappers all over the floor no one has washed down soda machine or the condiment bar. This location has consistently bad service. I'm at this location pretty regularly and order close to the same thing every time, and yet some how my orders get messed up consistently. Just wanted to share how my experience was going there this evening, we sat in the drive threw for about 15 min with only one car a head of us. No biggie I understand the covid rules have changed things. Now we get up to the window and the guy looks like he is higher then a kite got our food and left. As we pull out and turn in to hazel we notice we are missing a item then we start to eat and notice there's onions when we asked for no onions! It may be no big deal to some but I am allergic and I shouldn't have to make it a big deal to get food I can eat. We are on a time crunch so we couldn't turn around so I thought I would call let them know what happen and give them the opportunity to say come back when you can and we will fix your order. So guess what happens? I call the phone rings and rings and then they answer and HANG UP, and now I went from irritated to mad that's just rude! So I call again and it just rings and rings and rings.
