They always "forget" the sauce. Like why even bother to ask. You are just going to leave it out anyway. Taco Smell is what it should be called. But when everything else is closed for the night it will do. We order two party packs with nacho cheese and end up with 4 to zero sauces for them. read more

The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I had an order that was over $70 as an ex former Taco Bell worker we had never asked a customer for identification on an order. They told me because it was my husband's card I'd have to go and get cash. So I left and I went to go get cash. I came back tried to re-order my order mind you it's been 15 minutes they told me to come to the window I came to the window and they already had the food ready from when I came 15 minutes ago. I told them I wanted my food fresh they told me that in order for me to have my food fresh I'd have to go back around through the drive-through for the third time to order my food when I was already in the process of doing that the second time and they told me to come to the window. When I got to the window and wanted my food fresh they literally wanted me to go around for the third time as if they were playing games with me. I asked for the manager and the lady said she was the manager. As a customer I shouldn't have to go in a line 3 separate times in order to order my food and to have it fresh when I'm paying almost $80. Needless to say I left and they could waste the $80 worth of food I ordered. I definitely will not be returning back to this Taco Bell and I will be informing the head manager of the store to let them know of the manager at that store... I have children at home and need to feed I'm not driving through the drive-through three times just to order food. As a food safety worker and a mother who has a disabled child I need to make sure that when I am buying food from a place that it comes out to me hot and fresh. If I would've taken that food home after they already made it and it was sitting there for 15 minutes. And I fed it to my son he could've gotten really sick. If the manager is going to allow food that has been sitting for 15 minutes to go out they need to redo the food handlers and have a food health safety inspection. I'm very appalled that you would try to give me food when I asked for fresh food that had been sitting there for 15 minutes to a family who has a disabled child. I am here to edit that a district manager named Derek reached out to me and told me that I was fabricating these lies and made them waste $80 worth of food. That I came in there with my husbands card to buy food and he told me that was illegal. The fact that I asked for fresh food seems to be a huge problem. This district manager named Derek told me that maybe I should never come to Taco Bell again and was defending the employees that were treating me like crap. I made it very well known that I have an autistic child Who has a lot of stomach issues when it comes to certain foods especially when it's not held at the proper temperature. I'm appalled that Derek have the nerve to tell me to never come to a Taco Bell again because he didn't like the fact that I wanted fresh food and that they would have had to waste the $80 of food that they made prior 15-20 mins. He said are you going to pay $140 worth of food for the food you made us throw away. I can't believe this and I hope this review catches the eyes of a lot of people. I reached out to Taco Bell care team on Twitter but they're very slow and haven't gotten me much of anywhere. Now I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days for a regional manager to contact me instead of the District manager. Gave 2 stars for the quick service , but this has to be the worst Taco Bell in Puyallup ! We order 2 taco supremes and 4 crunchy tacos .. usually 2 tacos fill me and my young nephews up (5-6 yrs , but this place was so cheap with the fillings , we were all still hungry ! We got tacos shells with barely anything in them first two bites was just the shell .. not kidding !' They even skimped on the lettuce and cheese ! 14.50 for flat 6 crappy tacos !! This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life they didn't have any of the grilled burritos on the menu available they didn't have any sodas available and then to top it off they got my order wrong and because they didn't have anything to drink they had Icee the guy made sure to charge me for. Sadly was my wife who went through the drive-through because if it was me I would've told the guy to go fuck himself and I would've left it's not my problem that your establishment can't provide that menu items you're supposed to have everybody giving these people a pass and just saying oh well I guess it's OK no it's not pull your head out of your ass and do your damn job. I'm so done with this place. I've been going there for over a year now really frequently. They just have been going down hill at a rapid pace. They need new management I guess. Must have a brand new cook every day or something cos nothing is made the same ever. I get the same thing every time and usually always a problem this time they forgot nacho cheese on my quesorito like how? Cheese is in the name of what I ordered? Then I got charged for sour cream on my taco 2 times but no sour cream. Im surprised my drink wasn't messed up. One time they messed up my order again same thing and I went in there and asked to add cheese cos they forgot and the dude told me there is no cheese on a quesorito I just laughed in his face. I know it's a Taco Bell, you know it's a Taco Bell... but it's a good Taco Bell. My order is always correct, my food is always hot and the service is always friendly. I've never had to wait too long for my food and they always give enough sauce. The new vegetarian menu is exciting for me (as a vegetarian) which makes Taco Bell an even better option compared to other fast food competitors. My favorite so far is the black bean Crunchwrap. The classic $1 menu is also a good option- the potato taco is delicious. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. They got my order wrong and when I mentioned this at the window before even getting my food and rayann said yeah I got it. Then when I received the food I said again it was wrong then she started arguing with me. I then went back through the drive thru to order the correct items (and paid for them) she started arguing with me again at the window and threw the tacos at me and slammed the window. I then called the manager and I could hear the Rayann cursing and calling me a liar then the manager started yelling at me too saying they all heard what I said when I ordered. Regardless I shouldn't have been treated that way even when I tried to correct the order twice then just ordered and paid again. So, I just completed my long walk for the week which is 6 miles and I go to this Taco Bell about a block from my apartment. As usual I order more than my fat ass should: one XXL steak taco combo with comes with a drink and a soft beef taco, and an XXL beef nachos. While I'm eating there's this homeless guy who I've seen around the mall and outside the Safeway. In fact I had just saw the brother during my walk before I ended up in Taco Bell for Easter Supper. Well, I'm finding I ordered to much food, and outside the windows of the restaurant the homeless brother is pacing and looking in the windows, then he just comes in the building and what I observed next was an Easter message of Christian service that I've never experienced. Just as the homeless guy shows up, the female shift manager for this Taco Bell greets him and asks him to sit down and they sit and she visits with him for a while. During this time the rest of the staff greets the man. I couldn't help listening to their conversations because he sat right next to me at the table behind me. Clearly the homeless gentleman presented himself with some psychological deficits, because he repeated himself often and stuttered as he spoke. He also has a broken Left wrist and his cast isn't as clean as it should be, I could actually smell an odor as I sat by eating. But, heck I'm a medical professional! I can eat through some gross situations. One of the staff ask the man if he likes burritos and something to drink? He says yes, and about 5 minutes later nicely wrapped on a tray they present to him a XXL burrito and a drink. He told them he couldn't pay and they just told him to enjoy and eat. They then left him on his own to eat. I actually sat with awe and amazement how sweet and concerned the entire Taco Bell staff were to the man and they treated him like a VIP. The funny thing is I could go to any Taco Bell in the area, but I choose to go to this one because they are always so friendly and always make you feel welcome. Yeah, I know. This is fast food and it's no good for us. Well, for this homeless dude it was possibly his only meal of the day. For him the burrito they fed him was his Easter meal. People can talk all they want and I've been to higher end restaurants in Puyallup and have been treated like my money wasn't good enough. I'd rather eat at this Taco Bell where they treat everyone with respect, than eat and spend my money at higher end restaurant that some how makes me feel like I have to earn their service and food. In closing, I had all this leftover food and as I get up I as this man who is homeless if he wouldn't mind helping finish this food instead of me throwing it away. At first he say's no, then as I walk to the trash he says, "Hey brother, if you're really gonna just throw that food away, please hand it here.", and I did. All the workers have genuine smiles and while I was here no one yelled or seemed panicked. Must be because everyone here takes their mandatory breaks on time. Beautiful establishment. This is the best Taco Bell! I will drive 15 mins out of my way to hit up this one and avoid the other Taco Bell 3 mins from my house. That is how good it is! We frequent Taco Bell quite a bit and they are on spot with getting the orders correct and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I always say when I leave that they should be a model for other businesses in the customer service arena. The manager obviously does a great job in stressing what's important. They all seem like they get along really well too! No one seems miserable at their job lol. Which I'm sure we've all encountered those types !!
