Local T.B. anytime I'm visiting Puyullap... Everyone is super chill and fun and the drive-thru is probably one of the smoothest I've been through. Not normally always in the mood for fast food, but the Puyallup Taco Bell quenches my thirst and they always nail the order right. Don't normally dine in, but they do keep everything pretty tidy including their parking lot which is spacious. It never seems too busy here or overcrowded, even during the lunch and dinner rush. I'm all about the veggie cravings menu (hold the dairy for me)... And those Cinnamon Twist (certified vegan) ALL DAY every day... They gave me a drink that was a small when I ordered a large and they texted me saying "we messed up will we give you a refund and throw in a extra drink" then what it got here, I had no extra and they messed up on my drink two times!, it was supposed to be a freeze but no just a regular and I checked the balance on my card and there was no refund! I went here back in late June. Cashier was very friendly and there were many families dining inside the restaurant, but not so much the drive thru staff. I came here to order a chicken quesadilla as I have not eaten any solid food all that day. After I ordered the lady said, "$7.93". I then ask if she can please throw in some hot sauces. She louder replies with "$7.93." No " Okay," or "absolutely" "No Problem" nope. As a fast food worker, that's honestly just rude (it's tempting some days OOF-) but it's just impolite. When I got to the window she made no eye contact and told me my total and just talked to her co-worker not doing ANYTHING. This is why Taco Bell is not a $18 an hour job. Cause your service sucks! This might be the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. I had a very unique order with different meats and toppings on each item so I know this couldn't possibly have been premade. I paid and the second I pulled up to the second window, my drinks and food were ready. I commented on how uniquely fast that was assuming something had to be wrong in the order. I was wrong. When I was ordering, I also had a unique request for one of the their paper bags (some leftover cheesy bread that need transported on my flight. there are flys everywhere. when you ask for extra it isn't extra not even by the window. it stinks in here as well. I wouldn't recommend unless your in desprate need of food if you super hungry. they don't even offer emploeys taking orders anymore and they only speak to you when they call your name so you can grab your food. read more

I have to say this Taco Bell surpasses all the other Taco Bells I've been to in this state thus far. Been here several times. The dining area is always clean. The employees have been consistent in always being nice, welcoming, present great positive attitude & provide excellent customer service. This afternoon, about 1:30 PM, I went to the Taco Bell Drive-through. I decided to try the Nacho Box which by their advertised photograph, looked pretty good. I ordered extra nacho cheese because I know the cheese is always light on the nachos. When I arrived back at my office and opened the box, what I found was a mess. There were chips and cheese stuck to the lid of the box, the cheese, meat, and tomatoes were all to one side of the box. Even the guac and sour cream were barely noticeable. The other half of my chips were bare...nothing on them at all. I get that you have low-cost food. And, service today was the fastest it's ever been. But you skirted quality for speed and that is always a BIG mistake. People not only eat with their mouths for taste, but they always eat with their eyes. They want to eat pleasingly nice-looking presentations of food. I took photos. Below is the box you advertise along with the box I received this afternoon. First off I love this taco bell location. They have the friendliest staff, super fast and when they miss something from our drive-thru order (which is pretty seldom) they always make it quickly so I am off on my way (I just pull over and walk in and let them know something is missing). I also love how the drive thru peoples taking my order make it sound like they are having fun. It's always good when people enjoy doing their job, even if you know they probably hate it. Needless to say, sometimes they skimp on some stuff (Again, pretty seldom) in which I would fill out the survey. Also, if you fill it out you have a chance to win $500. Why not? Worth a shot. None of the employees are Properly trained. Cashier asked for a bill check because I gave her a $50 and nobody checked it. My sister unfortunately worked for them for a short time and said it was the worst place she had ever worked. They don't change out cashier names for the till so whoever ends up with it at the end of the night gets blamed if the till is short. read more

We were driving past last Saturday, it was lunch time and there wasn't a line. That's not always a good sign. We got a coupon in the mail for Crunchwrap Supremes $4 each, we could buy up to 4 according to the coupon. When we tried to order using the coupon we were told to go to the window. The manager guy must have thought we were counterfeiting Taco Bell coupons. If we were we would have made it a better deal. According to the web site a Crunchwrap supreme goes for $3.79, so $4 each isn't a great deal. This Taco Bell hurt me yesterday...I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme meal with a dorito taco and a beef quesorito. I usually don't check bags because I don't like being that person but when I got home and opened my bag it was a Crunchwrap, a soft taco, and a bean burrito with a small weird amount of rice mixed only at one end. I worked fast food in my younger years too but if you two bros would quit talking about your crappy car mods and do a little more QA it would mean a lot. You can even talk and work at the same time and do a good job. But when I'm looking forward to Taco Bell and you load my bag up with the incorrect items it might be a fun mystery bag but that burrito was disgusting and strange. Husband and I came in here for a quick lunch. I wasn't expecting a lot - I mean, it's a fast food. However, the first thing I noticed was the smell inside the restaurant. Not only did the restaurant appear dirty and run-down, but there was an unpleasant smell. To be fair, Husband didn't notice the smell and I have a sensitive sniffer. For some reason, the food prices were much higher than I was expecting. I'm sort of a value-meal shopper and a light-eater but I simply couldn't find those sorts of options on the menu. Rather than ask, I settled for a few bites of Husband's meal. The one positive of the place was our server. The young man was friendly and prompt. Worst service ever! Took 16min exactly to get the food at 9pm and no one was in front of us. After spending $30 on 4 meals get home missing one of the meals and one of the others was wrong. And to top it of all of the beef in every meal was cold! We live 4 min away! Highly recommend not to waste your money on poor service,food that doesn't taste good most importantly your time! Being "short handed" is not the customer's problem. I asked for the money back I spent on meal I didn't receive and they said they couldn't do that but can replace the food! It's Taco Bell - It's fast food and good "after bar" food. We don't eat fast food very often but had a couple of those beefy nacho grillers when they first came out and really liked them so I thought we'd grab them again. We got a couple of other things and the new Cinamon Bites. The food was pretty good (you know...for being fast food). The ONLY reason I gave it three stars is because the cinnamon bites were COLD. I had heard several people just brag about how awesome these things are and I've gotten them twice now and both times they have just been cold. I'm not talking just "not warm". I'm talking still frozen in the middle cold. If I decide to give them a third shot, I'm really hoping that they step it up and actually keep them in long enough. read more

Came here for dinner, ended up waiting 30 minutes for two small things. We asked where our food was, and their answer was "I forgot" which is VERY unprofessional and not not an answer at all. The lady at the cashier just stared blankly at every unhappy customer and didn't offer to help in the back when they clearly needed it. I have been through the drive thru twice in the last week after 10:00 at night. Both times, the Chalupas were some of the best prepared and tastiest I have ever gotten at a Taco Bell. The one quesadilla I got was grilled perfectly with the right proportions of cheese and steak The tall skinny mop top working the window was money. He was taking orders, making drinks, running the register and doling out food like a boss. Plus he was very friendly and made a note of letting me know the Chalupa had no sour cream as I had requested. Keep it up! read more

I honestly don't really know where to start. It's great that this location is always busy. There is never a lull. However the staff does not have the speed of service that this location needs to keep customers happy. Any time I have chosen to go here something goes wrong. My order is wrong or poorly made, I have to wait over 40 minutes in the drive thru, or I get double charged. They just can't seem to get it right. For giggles I looked to see what openings they had at this location and when I see that a store manager position was recently posted I'm glad that someone at corporate notices that something needs to change. I've watched numerous people either walk out or leave due to waiting. As a former yum brand restaurant store manager I'm appalled that they let this go on this long without acting sooner. read more
