If I could possibly give this place 0 star I would! I order a BEEF BURRITO NO ONION EXTRA CHEESE... Get a Bean burrito no cheese at all! So get back in my truck and go down and tell them about it.. say I will pay the difference! I was told we do not have beef burritos... ok so when the one lady that works here gives me a burrito supreme with just beef sauce and extra cheese and I PAY FOR IT!! You can't do that.. Well they start the burrito and put sour cream on it.. I ask did you just put sour cream on that one? Well yes... So he does the exact same thing to the third burrito.. and laughs when he brings it to me... well I said you know what forget it. The little boy working there says well have a nice day! So not only are we out the bean burrito money, now the little boy is rude and I have no lunch!!! I might just be one person, but believe you me I and anyone I know will not be back to this place! Went here today ordered Chalupa combo first time it came cold so they remade it, but honestly both the cold and hot chalupas lacked the fillings these had to have been way under weight basically 12.00 for a taco and 2 chalupa shells filled with sour cream almost no lettuce a few tomatoes and like 2 slices of chicken. Staff was extremely rude! I ordered an item that they could make in the store, but could only be ordered on the app. Normally they just make it for me with no trouble. My son and I just stopped at this Taco Bell on our way to Saginaw. We donated to charity. But we didn't get any napkins. The taco salad is not meant to be finger food. But it was for me! Because there was no silver ware in the bag. I ordered Guacamole on the taco salad. I paid good money for it. I'm lucky I got any! The little gob barely made into the box. It was all down the side of the box. My taco salad shell was burnt. This is important because I needed it in order to eat. But it was so burnt it just crumbled away. What is the deal people. Seems to me the staff needs to pull it together. Basic issues. Huge impact on this Taco Bell. Boo!! read more

I have visited this taco bell about 9 times in the past 7 years. It has really gone down in cleanliness and customer service in the past year. There were some older gals that worked here and the service was exceptional. The restaurant was always clean and they cared about their customers. Now it is filthy and the younger kids working here do not show any pride in the place. I think that whoever manages or owns this restaurant really need to pay attention to what is going on here. read more

This Taco Bell does not properly put the sauces on the food they serve. Most of the time you get no sauce at all through the food then get a huge bite of nothing but sauce. If they followed proper building instructions on the food it would be much better. read more

I Cannot even rate this restaurant, They do not deserve a single star. This was my second visit ever at this Taco Bell and my last. I drove into drive through on 11/24/2018 at 7:15 pm, I waited 15 minutes to order in 30 minutes I was 2 cars ahead of where I started. My granddaughter was so hungry that she got out of the car and went inside, as soon as I could pull out of line I pulled around and went inside to see what the hold up was. I was shocked to find 1 customer in the restaurant besides myself and my granddaughters. 4 employees which includes the manager Mariah. At this point I am very upset, I was not nice because the customer service here SUCKS!!!!! management SUCKS!!!! The time I wasted in that drive through I could have been home and done ate. I was only 25 minutes from home. I do not recommend this taco bell ever to anyone and I will post a social review on my facebook about this particular taco bell.....The irony about posting my review, I have to rate first in order to post. Really really sub par. Rude employees, the assistant mgr really needs to learn what customer service is. Orders are generally wrong, the food is cold more times than not, and you end up getting treated like your trying to scam them if you ask for your order to be corrected. Another example of a business that could benefit from customer service training. read more

On 10/09/2015 at approximately 4pm I went through the drive-through at the Taco Bell in Perry, Mi. and ordered two regular hard-shell tacos. When I got home, about six miles from there, I opened the bag to discover that whoever prepared the tacos put some meat at the bottom of it but NOTHING else. I then got back in my vehicle and drove the six miles back to the business and to the take-out window to show them the mistake,( in a decent manner,) and they did apologise and offered something extra for my trouble. I told them no, I just wanted some prepared properly. Unbelievably, when I got back home, I discovered only shredded cheese had been added, no lettuce, no tomatoe! I then called & asked to speak with the manager to tell him I thought he would probably want to know about the kind of service that was being given, and he said I could come back & get them served right, but I told him I really didn't want to drive back AGAIN! It is the only Taco Bell in our area, & I will say that as often as we drive through there, they generally get it right. I just thought it VERY strange to have them not prepared fully with everything that is put in them, only to have them served a SECOND time insufficiantly! I will NEVER pull away from there again without checking what I paid for, no matter if someone is waiting behind me or not. read more
