Love the service and the food is always great! Today my daughter and I had to swing through the drive thru in the middle of a super busy day... and I pulled up to the window and realized I had forgotten my wallet at home! The drive thru worker looked back at what I assume was his manager and then with a smile, handed me my food and said "have a good day". Literally made my day to see such kindness! Just another reason I love this Taco Bell! I'll be sure to pay it forward and pay for someine's meal next time I am there. #payitforward read more

Every time I order the last couple of months they forget my cheese on the side, check your sauses!!! I dont notice till I get home!!!

Sigh... Where do I even begin? I went with my stud to taco bell and I had my worst experience. I got food poisoning, my meat was cold, the lettuce was ick. The lady at my counter was nervous and couldnt spell my name correctly after asking 3 times how to spell my name "Jessica" Please train your employees better read more

This place always has problems it seems. From constantly forgotten items, to their onlines on and off more often than not, it seems that there is always and it's a shame because Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast foods and it sucks to have to rely on other locations to get it. read more

Refused to give me my drink because someone stole another persons drink even after I paid for it

The tacos had hardly any meat. We had to return the cup for soda as it had a bitt of freeze drink in the bottom of the cup. When my husband returned the cup the server acted like it was normal. The Pepsi was weak. The restaurant had stuff on the floors and our table had a tray left in the chair and it smelled. Not going back. read more

The taco was as flat as a pancake, they were out of all the mountain dew drinks and the cinnamon twists tasted like rancid oil.

I ordered a taco pizza combo meal and had it delivered via DoorDash. I also ordered two bean burritos. when the food arrived it was still very warm but the bean burritos and tacos were on the flimsy pizza box. smashing the lid on to the pizza. more than half the cheese was melted to the lid. Twice I complained and twice I got an immediate email, claiming they were working on it. twice there was no follow up. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. I even warned them in my last email I would be writing a review on Yelp if I did not receive a response that was two weeks ago and I am making good on my promise. Simple fix and they couldn't take the time to make it right. read more

Getting orders correct!! Do your employees not double check mobile orders. Missing two Baja blasts and all I got was a 5.00 off coupon which didn't even cover those... read more

Very friendly staff and gets our orders correct almost every time. Nice decoration and ambiance.

Service was quick and food was good. I had hard shell tacos. The drive up is easy to use.

We tried the dipping tacos. We were a bit grossed out. Bad. Very greasy, weird altogether. It's simple and should be easy. I worked at Taco Bell in CA. back in the 1980's. Everything was freshly made...by us. I miss those days. Burritos were fine. read more

See all

went through the drive through and every employee was rude and snappy. if your that unhappy with your job, find a different one

Food is great compared to other Taco Bell's that I've been to. Every single time I've been in for "dine in", they've forgotten my drink and I always have to ask for it. Often times I forget I even ordered a drink, and I leave - and it's too late. Drive through is always quick and easy though, and they've never forgotten any drinks. The tables inside the store are usually clean, and it's a comfortable atmosphere. The big thing keeping me from 5 stars is the whole "forgetting my drink" thing. It's frustrating. read more

The new app lets you order online and just roll thru and pick up your food! McDonalds better step up your game! /you can even pay for your food with their app! Stop playing!! Fast food just got super fast LOL! So the wife sends me to Wal-Mart right across the street from this particular location to pick up some hygiene products for my lady(Guys take notes...you will get plenty of funny stares carrying IT around in the store) Lol. After the quick dash out of there, my stomach starts to churn. I see Taco Bell and said its been a long time since i got food from there. So i had to slide right on thru. I ordered their new chicken rolled tacos combo which comes a 4 pcs with 2 assorted dipping sauces of your choosing and a cherry pepsi to wash down the food. The initial bite was money!!!! I chose to dip my rolled taco in the nacho cheese sauce and my guacamole dip. Quite possibly the best thing i had from a fast food joint in a while. Texture was great, crunchy, flakey, and just full of flavor. Tasted like a homemade mexican taquito. I very glad a got a chicken soft taco as well to dip my soft taco into the remaining sauce to make sure none went to waste. Their drink through needs work. Its less than 30 degrees outside. Do you guys really have to skimp on my ice? Seriously it was all soda pop and very light ice. No Bueno guys!!!!!! Overall the service was fast, friendly, and efficient! Love how they just load you up with their fire or hot sauce. Now when my mother in law cooks and some Mexican food, you know what sauces ill be using to compliment my meals at home....PS their goes your condiment cost in the restaurant setting...but that's none of my business LOL Give them a shot on RD 68 since the Taco Bell on Court St is just lackluster overall :) read more

Changed hours but aren't open. Consistently forgets multiple items but charges for them. Getting the order then fixed, takes forever. Went at 10:45am to get my kid a fun breakfast after early release, and was told they just opened at 10am (hours say open 7am- 8pm) and they don't serve breakfast. Huh? A national chain that cannot offer food or be consistent with hours at all? I was then told they need staff, (I totally understand!) but a Taco Bell that is open maybe 10am to maybe 5pm should just be closed. Last few times there have been 6-8 employees inside, 3 at just the drive through. Why are they not open the minimum hours? And serving lunch at 10am? read more

Horrible customer service.Always either messing up my order or having to wait a long time at the drive thru window

Taco Bell on Court St. Pasco, Wa Major Price Gouging for little amount of taco meat we ordered (2) chalupa and (2) number ones of 3 tacos all were very skimpy on the meat the rest was veggies. We will never go to any of the locations. Horrible family experience. read more

I love Taco Bell with all my heart and their mini shredded chicken quesadillas give me the will to live but I have to say I have been let down by the new paper wrapping instead of aluminum foil. The quesadilla filling leaks through the wrapping and then the bag, leaving me with a mess! Also the new paper wrapping does not keep my quesadilla warm. I would like to see the aluminum wrapping come back please. read more

May 27, 2018 at 9:41 am Girlfriend is a vegan and ordered a simple crunch wrap supreme no meat add beans and rice. What she got was disgusting. Worst tasting food that I've had in a while. The service was ok, and they were not too pleased to fix the food, but they did it, so I appreciate that, but it was overall not a very good experience. I will not be back. read more

Drive thru is often inaccurate (wrong item, items forgotten), doesn't ask if you want sauce, and is slower than usual lately. I can deal with all that, but what really pisses me off when my bean burrito is more tortilla than beans. :-| read more

I don't love Taco Bell, but the mango iced tea is delicious and I do live the nacho fries. My husband and I go there because he loves to get a 12 pack of tacos. Tonight we encountered the most pleasant service at the drive through I think we've ever had. Shasta was super pleasant and very nice. Without reluctance gave my husband the extra mild sauce he requested. Alex who took our payment was also a very nice young man. Good work Rd 68 in Pasco Taco Bell!
