This Taco Bell absolutely fucking sucks. They're always over stuff yet. Can never seem to get me out before my 15 minute break is over my break starts when I get to the building I pay for my fucking food and every single fucking time. I don't get to eat I work 12 hours a fucking day and I should be able to fucking eat on my break, but I'm not able to because they don't give a fuck about the customers in the lobby. I won't be ordering from the again. I tried placing a few orders from Uber Eats and they are the only ones who claim they never got my request. I've ordered from other places in the area with no issues. Some people there don't know how to check for orders. I got my order once and wow. One of the things I ordered was Nachos and they were terrible. They had no taste at all. They were beyond plain. They were so plain, water has more taste than those Nachos. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied and angry. It makes me rage even more when I'm hungry and a place mess up my order. I don't recommend the Nachos from this location. read more

Apparently, it's now acceptable to play music at restaurants that drop the F bomb and N word as they played the explicit version of GET LOW by Lil Jon in the house speakers during lunch. On top of that, I ordered lunch last wk via the app but when I went to pick it up at lunch time, the restaurant dine-in AND drive-thru was closed. Then I get a txt later saying my order that I NEVER received was ready and they charged my card. I've called the local restaurant manager twice and she has been untruthful and not followed up as she said she would. Time to avoid TB here if that's the new kind of restaurant they want to be. I begrudgingly returned to this Taco Bell because they messed up an order of nachos I had a week ago. The first time a few days ago when I tried to get a replacement of the food I was told that they ran out of nachos... Back to today, I did my order, asked about the replacement food. I got the employees name wrong so they refused to do it. So far this is all relatively normal fast food interaction. I can understand although from a customer service standpoint I disagree, especially since I was spending another 24 dollars here. I gave them the rest of my order and went around to the window. I paid and at that point I had had enough and decided to just buy the nachos so my wife would at least have something to eat. They told me that: I HAD TO GET BACK IN LINE TO ORDER MORE FOOD At this point I was there for about 15 minutes waiting, and there were many cars behind me. I was not holding up the line due to any of my own interactions. I was not being disrespectful or belligerent to anybody there. So to recap: at this point now they expect me to take my food, then go back in line and wait another 20 minutes (optimistically) just to complete the order I went there for in the first place. Obviously at this point I was unwilling to give them any more of my money. I would have asked for a full refund but upon reading the additional yelp reviews here I probably would have been even worse off had I attempted it. Avoid this Taco Bell like the plague! On top of their incompetence in customer service, somehow their taco shells were stale (how does that even happen?) and their slushee machine was broken. read more

Not the best location to go too... by any means. The employees don't take their jobs seriously and it's flaunted. The employee who took my order at the register was "talking in song" rather than just repeating my order back to me to where I could understand her. It was apparent she did not take one aspect of her position seriously. Our food was made wrong, some of the beverages from the soda fountain were watered down and most likely needed to be "switched" or whatever they do to get the flavor back... which was not being done during the 20 or so minutes my fiancé and I spent there. We ordered a four pack of rolled chicken tacos in which all were fried to a crisp, basically burnt with large chunks of chicken inside, when the chicken is suppose to be shredded. An entire section of tables were dirty when we arrived and as we left, the same section (3-4) tables were unattended too. Go to the new Taco Bell in Durand off 69, or literally any other TB location. Very fast service and they didn't jupe me on food. And they put a alcohol wipe in the bag!

Drive thru time is better. But damn. Can't label drinks, spent 30 dollars and they still mess up and forget food and then it looks like they squish all my food together so it looks like barf. A few weeks ago a friend and I stopped to get food at this location, as I was walking in there was a sign by the door advertising the new cherry sunset freezes. I thought that sounded great and I'd love to try one so when I placed my order that was my exciting request. You could see the disappointment on my face when the employee working the counter informed me that the freeze machine was broken. Not only was it broken today, but she told me it had been broken for weeks. Normally this wouldn't upset me but if it's not available you probably shouldn't have a giant sign right outside the door encouraging people to come try it. I kindly encourage others who get excited about extremely sugary blended ice beverages to avoid this emotional roller coaster and drive to another location. read more

this was the most ridiculous experience with any fast food place I have ever had. The ENTIRETY of the staff was lacking insanely. They were all laughing and joking together (which is perfectly fine. It's good to enjoy social time during work, but not when it impacts your quality of service) at once not even noticing my boyfriend and myself standing at the counter waiting to be served. After having to lean over the counter and wave to get their attention, someone finally came to take our order. I very clearly stated what i wanted: a small bag of chips with a side of cheese and guacamole. Seemed simple enough. He handed me my bag after what seemed like 20 minutes and we thanked him and left. Sitting in the car about to leave, my boyfriend notices the bag is oddly light. He opened it and sure enough, nothing was in there but a container of guacamole. I laughed it off and walked back in the ask for my correct order. They all seemed incredibly mad at me for coming back in and interrupting their social time. One of the employees ordered the other to fetch me my chips and cheese. He stands there staring blankly for several minutes not even moving. Then I kindly said, "Hello! May I please have my order?" and he looked at me confused and said, "huh?" so I repeated, "My order please?" and he was quick to grab a new back and sloppily throw some stuff in there. Knowing better thing time, I opened up the to-go bag to see if my stuff was in there. Nope. just a container of cheese. So once again, I ask kindly for the chips and i hear a woman in the back exclaim, "my GOD! What does this chick want?!" so, aggravated, an employee literally throws a bag of chips into my bag making them spill all over the place in my room-go package. Came to restaurant for dinner with my family. Around 6 pmWas told freeze machine was broken. We decided to stay and eat. We waited for about 20 mins before we were told they did not have any cinnamon twist for our order. I asked employee how much longer it would be for rest of food he could not tell me. Multiple standing around talking with profanity. After 5 mins asked for a refund on food. Employee went to manager who was on the line they then went to the back office along with the other employees at this time no one was making any food. Only for the employee to come back to the front and tell me the manager was unavailable to give me my refund. At this point I could not find my receipt asked the cashier if he could reprint the receipt he said again he couldnt because he was not the manager. At this point it had been 30 mins at least since ordering I have two young child who were hungry and getting antsy. As we were leaving they decided to say our order was ready but nothing was trayed up. No even once said they were going to refund us the 3 order a of cinnamon twist we ordered. We left without food and horribly disatifed. We paid cash in the amount of 20.62 exactly.and got exactly nothing back horriable service. Would never go back to this taco bell and.
