Fast service I can say that. The salad was a 6 on a scale to 10. A Tablespoon of sour cream as a extra serving. Nope not even filled 1/2 way in a tiny cup. The salad was mostly refried beans. Lettuce was old, about 2 T of meat. A few pieces of tomatoes. Pitiful!!! read more

I spent 14.80 for 1 steak burrito & 3 corn shell tacos and it was the most next to nothing I have ever tasted. The tacos had about 1/4" of ground meat at the bottom and the rest was only filled about halfway with lettuce tomato and a splattering of cheese. The burrito was just about 50% filling and of course 50 % flour tortilla. Flavor, if it wasn't for the little packets of sauce the flavor was non existent. I had an horrific experience recently at the Taco Bell on parrish ave. My online order was incorrect.. severely wrong. I did not know until I got home I called and was speaking to a young lady about the situation and she hung up on me. I called back several times and no one would answer the phone. I then proceeded to take the bag with me and go to the store. When I arrived there were customers waiting in n the parking lot. Discussed at the time it was taking and that their orders were all messed up. I went inside and had to actually ask for help. I sat the bag on the counter and the manager on duty rudely said that she couldn't take the food back. I said yes ma'am I know I just brought it so that you would know that the order was incorrect. I told her that I was on the phone with a young woman and was disconnected. The manager and I quote said yes she left and I told her to hang up because we were having high volume! She was rude and started walking away not bothering to offer to fix my order or refund or anything. She then proceeded to ask how I got inside. I said the door is unlocked. She hollered I told them to lock it. All the while I'm still waiting to have my order corrected. She was rude and obnoxious! She told me to leave. I asked her without fixing my order or giving a refund she said I said get out! I then proceeded to ask her what her name was she would not say. She said get out! I said I'm am calling corporate. She came towards me ands I was walking to the door threatening me and saying she was going to get the make of my vehicle. Mind you I went in being very nice. However I do admit that the last word I said to this creature was not nice. I went out and there was a door dash driver who had been waiting and was very upset. We spoke. He said that he had been waiting for over an hour for them to get his order for delivery and to get it correct. He also said he had reported it to door dash! This manager or creature as I now refer her as, does not belong in a management position! I got home and promptly emailed corporate! I have since spoken to them and there is an ongoing investigation of not only my complaint but of others as well who also had horrible experiences that night! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION EVER AGAIN! I have patroness this location for years... not anymore! I often get the same item from Taco Bell because it's cheap (barely over $2) and it's quick and filling. Plus, I love nachos. I get the nachos supreme with no beans. This Taco Bell had the best looking nacho supreme out of all the ones I've ever ordered. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they forgot the "no beans". I get off work from the emergency department at 11:30. This Taco Bell is one of the only ones open and I'm starving when I leave work. They don't close until 2am and I got there at 11:50pm and there were 3 workers in the lobby and no one would answer the drive thru so I called and called and called and no one answered until the 13th time I called. I was hangry. They said they closed early because someone walked out on them. I've worked in fast food and it's totally fine to have 3 employees especially that late at night when no one really comes. The guy I talked to was super rude as well. I went back the next day before work and asked for sour cream on my cheesy bean and rice burrito and I ate the whole thing and realized there was no sour cream until I got to the very last bite and there was literally one little drop of sour cream. Hate leaving 1 star reviews but this place is run by the worst management team. If it wasn't a taco bell they'd be out of business. Drive through always down, paper signs on the door with arbitrary reasons for closing early or new weird hours. This place has been "remodled" 80 times in the past two years. When the drive through does work its ridiculously slow. Makes a guy want to start a taco John's down the street just to put them out of business. Don't order cheese roll ups from this location if you expect the cheese to be melted. I ordered 2 once, came back for them to fix them & the cheese was still cold. I asked for the cheese to be melted & they failed again. What can you expect? It's Taco Bell. Definitely not the best quality on this visit. Barely any quesadilla sauce in my Doubledilla, the bag they put the chips in was barely even halfway full, & my cheesy fiesta potatoes were a combination of old soggy potatoes & old crunchy bits that were hard enough to break a tooth on. They were also out of mild sauce, which doesn't bother me considering I don't use it but my boyfriend was highly disappointed. I'm usually not too critical on the quality of fast food but when you have a $20+ order & there's something wrong with everything...it's certainly upsetting. I was in town visiting some friends. Time got away from me and it was 12:15am on a Sunday morning. I was hungry and needed some fuel (food) for the two hour drive back to Nashville. I swung into Taco Bell to get a little something through the drive thru. There were two cars in front of me. It took about 10 minutes to get to the order box. I picked the shredded chicken burrito and shredded chicken mini quesadilla, one of my regular Taco Bell orders. It's usually $2.96 down in the big city of Nashville, here I was charged $4.13. Usually a pretty tight ship is ran, and waited on upon entering the door. Stood in line for 15 minutes and had yet to be waited on. A person in plain street clothes went behind counter...got lids and put them into the depenser. One employee got back from her break, signed back in...went to the back, all while we were standing there. No one acknowledged us. I finally went up to the counter and asked if we could get served. Taco bell is one of my absolute favorite restaurants to go too but I wont be going to this taco bell anymore!! First off they got my order wrong three separate times. I understand that they are busy but seriously is it that hard to stop and take a look to make sure you got it right the second time. Or the third for that matter. But the thing that disgusted me the most was that I saw a cockroach crawling ok the floor and when I told the manager to look, he just shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal. I actually had to kill the roach cause he wouldn't do anything about it and then he goes to say that maybe a customer brought it in with them.
