It was tender, not spicy but flavorful, and the coleslaw topping was refreshing (I don't like Pico de Gallo, I know, I'm a bad Californian that is also allergic to avocado xD). And they had Valentina black label for me to pour on, so no complaints here. The tacos are a pair of corn soft tacos jam packed with meat. The amount of pork you get alone is worth the price, the great quality just adds to it... but finding them open seems to be a little hard as my boyfriend has been raving about them for a month with little less clear of catching them open, But we found them open during Harborfest, which was a tasty and fun end to a fun day.

I'm a dessert connoisseur and eat my fair amount of sweets (more than I should probably) but this was one of the tops. The cream on top was so silky, and the flavor was unreal. I love the plug-in lighting, spread out all around the ceiling, and the bright colors. I sat at the bar and had a beer and a couple of tacos. Service was quick and fairly friendly. They had some decent beers on tap (I had a sour which was pretty good). The taco selection looked pretty good. My street taco with pork was just pork with some gravy in a taco (plus some veggies), but it hit the spot. Similarly, my chorizo taco (I asked for it mild, and I don't know if they toned it down or it's just CNY spicy) was pretty solid, with plenty of meat, enough cheese and slaw, and an overall good taste. Neither of these tasted like SoCal or NorCal tacos, but there are a lot of different tacos out there from a lot of different places, and I don't want to get started on authenticity. It tasted good.
