This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They have never gotten my order right, but tonight was especially awful. I'll never come back to this location again. I will drive elsewhere before I do this again. 15 minute wait with no vehicles in front of me for 1 taco, 1 burrito, 1 chalupa and 1 quesadilla. The quesadilla is burnt and barely has any chicken on it. The taco is missing. The burrito has only meat and a tiny bit of red sauce. I paid extra for the red sauce and I paid for extra cheese. The chalupa was supposed to have no lettuce and no tomato. The lettuce that they decided to add anyway is disgusting and it's mixed all together with tomatoes and sour cream, so I couldn't remove it myself if I tried. This place sucks so hard. I don't understand if it's a management issue or what, but they truly deserve less than one star. Good luck getting late night service with this store, as I've been by several times 30 to 40 minutes prior to close and employees are still there but not accepting orders, nor working. They're likely standing outside of customer view getting high. I don't know why Taco Bell continues to employ lazy staff. If your job is to make food until closing time! My goodness, work like you're getting paid to work. I highly doubt Taco Bell appreciates employees stealing from the company when they're supposed to be working and they've closed up shop early. It's consistently dirty, super excessive waits (one time I literally waited half an hour to order and get my food. I had nothing to do that day), and really sub par food. I frequently get torn, hard, not fresh at all tortillas. I ask for extra sauce and never get it. I've been overcharged here multiple times and once I even explained it to the cashier and she just didn't get it - and trust me, I order the same thing almost every time, I know. I am a local Business owner that buy's lunch for my guy's a couple times a week vary near this location. We all love taco's but I have had problems EVERY time I go there. It is either Extremely slow service, or attitude or more often than not LAZINESS that simply makes me furious. EVERY TIME I leave, I say to myself that I am never going back.. Well today I was heading to Subway to avoid the BS at this lactation and I noticed that there was no one was inside, there were a few at the drive thru so I thought maybe, just maybe I could get taco's quickly and they would no be SOGGY when I got back to the shop. I made my order of a 12 taco party pack, Paid and waited, and Waited and Waited some more. I heard a guy from the back yell "Anthony" then again 5 min. later. I looked around and realized I was still alone so I ask, Is the order for Bill not done yet ? with attitude the guy was carrying 12 tacos on a dine in tray, I said The order for Bill was a to go order.. He went back and literally threw the 12 taco's in the proper box and set the box on the counter, leaving the box open, wide open. I closed the box on the counter so they ALL could see me. I simply shook my head walking off. When I got to my shop, there were 9 out of 12 tacos CRUSHED. not broken, CRUSHED. and of course...SOGGY. I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER return to this location.
