I normally wouldn't review a taco bell because I feel like there is a general understanding of fast food not always being perfect. That being said, this is the worst taco bell that I've ever been to. They didn't give any fork with the fiesta potatoes and didn't give any napkins - not a huge deal on its own. When I went to open my quesadilla, the package was soaked through with sour cream spilling out the side. My potatoes had a hair in them. Everything was very sloppily prepared which made it difficult to eat. The service was decently quick but the cashier made no effort to speak a single word to me. I understand not wanting to have a full on conversation with a customer, but they were incredibly rude. Definitely choose another business in the area or a taco bell down the road. read more

I have very disappointed it this Taco Bell only once and it was today. I ordered a Baja blast and it tasted like flavored water. I spit it out so fast and dumped it out and got a doctor pepper it was so good. The food was absolutely amazing and on point the staff did so good with their customer service. They were so welcoming and I loved it. The ambience was so amazing. We had music going on. It was so fun. You should definitely go here. It is amazing except for the Baja blast. Make sure you check it before you fill your entire cup but this is the only time that I've ever been disappointed in this Taco Bell I have no idea why the rating is two stars but I love it. This restaurant was a true 5star customer service experience. Our cashier was very nice and went out of her way to give us a great personalized experience. We felt truly appreciated as guests, not common with fast food places. All of our food came out fresh and made great! Nothing messy or skimped like other fast food locations. Great value for the money and could tell staff here cars about appearance and taste quality!!!! We had a small wait but it was noticed by her and she even gave us a discount for the wait. Very nice. Would definitely recommend this location to others, not quite sure how it got such low ratings bc it's one of the best "Taco Bells " I've ever been to! Love this place and their food and this experience leaves me very loyal and wanting to return! Thank you for being so sweet and making this a great overall experience. The staff is very slow even though everyone places their orders on the Kiosk, because they do not take orders at the register. The guy that made my burritos on 6/1/23 around noon, did a poor job, he did not fold it well, he left off the tomatoes on my burritos supreme, and 5 layer burrito, which I had paid an extra .70 for. This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star. They messed up every item in our order. The bean burritos were half the size and had more red sauce than beans. The Fresca style crunch wrap was supposed to be dairy free but was loaded with sour cream and nacho cheese and had about 15 black beans. They didn't even include the fire sauce packets we requested. To top it off the water tasted like soap. I will never go back to this location. Travel a little further south and go to the Taco Bell on Allisonville! I wrote to the headquarters and requested a refund but have not heard back. So sad since this is one of our favorite vegan friendly fast food restaurants. read more

Not the best Taco Bell dining experience I have had. Ordered Nachos Bellegrande and a bean burrito. Nacho chips were stale and tough, obviously been sitting around several days, edible but then I was super hungry after work and anything would have been good. Burrito had lots of beans in it but couldn't detect any cheese, onion or sauce that make bean burritos tasty. Again, edible but that's about it. Drive through staff was prompt and courteous. Quality of food, not so good. You may find it acceptable if you are hungry and in a hurry when anything in your stomach is better than nothing but don't expect too much from this location. I have had much higher quality food at Taco Bell. Read the other reviews, you will find them pretty accurate when describing this location. Sorry Taco Bell, you can do much, much better. read more

Absolutely horrid service. My boyfriend stood there waiting to be acknowledged for over 20 minutes before he finally got someone's attention. Employees are extremely rude. They have employees hiding in corners in order to not do their job and employees going and hiding in the bathroom in order to not do their job. Therefore they have nobody even cooking the food so everybody going through the drive-through is placing an order and then leaving because they cannot get their food. The one employee that finally acknowledged that there were people standing in the lobby is horrifically rude and will not cook any food. They are treating everybody that they are speaking to as if they are a burden and should not be coming through this location even though this location is open until 3 o'clock in the morning. If the customers coming to your job, cause you that much of a burden, then find a new job. read more

A really cool thing was the cash register guy that took my order on 6:22:37 PM on 12/8/2017 was actually filling up the hot sauces. Dropped one on the floor and saw another on the ground. He picked them up and put in the hot sauce tray. Yuck disgusting to say it nicely. Plus the floor looked really dirty. Yum - walk out of bathroom with all kinda crazies on your shoes. Go to hot sauce tray. Get a few and drop a few and leave them. Next cashier picks them up and puts back in tray. Then next person grabs hot sauce and opens with his clean hands. The packet was just on all the crazies on the floor from the bathroom. You open it with your hands and squeeze on your taco. You eat your taco with poop hands unknowingly.
