Dining hours online states open until 11pm......after walking in and up to the front counter I'm told the dining room is closed and only drive-thru is available...this is at 8:25pm!!!!! Absolutely horrible! After being told the drive thru is closed (when I had a mobile order) the lady at pickup said our order couldn't be placed there. So I left and made a U-Turn back into the lot. Then I'm told the dining area is also closed. After going back and forth with the MOD they finally made our food. I have ever experienced first off, even if no one is behind you or in front of you they have a timer for how long you were at the window so they try and get you to pull forward and the problem with that is every single time I ask these people first hot sauce they forget it and then I have to do a massive U-turn that is very hard to do because of the stop lights and go back Even Uber eats just gave me zero hot sauce. I agree with what other reviews have said about this particular Taco Bell. It is really good! One of my favorite things to eat on this planet is a Taco Bell bean burrito with extra red sauce. Does not seem like something terribly hard to make but some Taco Bell's just have a hard time with it. I have had the bean burrito from here twice with the way I like it and they were perfect. Haven't had Taco Bell in well over a year and when I come back to see if it's enjoyable it is utterly disappointing. I moved to Crestview Florida from South Florida and I have to say everything up here is a lot more disappointing than it is down in South Florida. Taco Bell being a prime example, I go there to order a $5 box meal and a burrito supreme. However when I got my burrito supreme I found that they basically gave me a refried beans sandwich barely any meat on the actual burrito. I'm very disappointed at the fact that they did this multiple times at other Taco Bells and they just can't hold a candle to the ones down in South Florida and even then the ones in South Florida would still be a little stingy on the meat. So first this Taco Bell has been horrible a long time. They never get the order right. The simplest of orders like two tacos. I never go. My husband wanted to go to Taco Bell so I said go inside so you can check the order before you leave. He was there for over ten minutes before anyone acknowledged him only to tell him he needed to use the kiosk. He used it. Twelve minutes later an employee comes out and says they are out of beef it will be twenty minutes. So in all that time you weren't taking orders you didn't notice the meat went below half. It is 6:30 on a Friday night. They know when it is busy and should have already put the bag of meat in the boiling water. I used to work at a Taco Bell on Eglin in high school It is a bag of meet that they hook on a metal bar so when it's done they can pull it out easier and it doesn't float around. Then they walked away and it took close to ten minutes for them to come back. They gave him a refund and he left. So after all the wrong they at least tried to make it right but after waiting thirty minutes he left with no food. If it was busy and he had to wait in line it would be different. The issue wasn't waiting his turn it was being ignored and leaving with nothing after thirty minutes. read more
