Im working next door to Taco bell and have been in for lunch 3 days in a row. All 3 times I've been here I've had to stand up front and wait at least 10 minutes because there's NEVER anyone at the register. They have TERRIBLE customer service and they messed my order up twice. Absolutely dreadful. Did moble order waited over 20 minutes AFTER it said it was done for literally two tacos. Cashier was beyond ignorant and incompetent, hood up, earbuds, with no general interest of even having a job. The staff will just sit and watch and laugh while you are sitting there waiting. It's honestly ridiculous. Just to get a mediocre taco with it barely being warm with no melted cheese and an absolutely horrible staff. Honestlt, dont even bother trying to come for the breakfast. They never open on time. I just got their 2 hours after their opening time and they are still not open. This is the second time this has happened. If you want breakfast, just go to Wendys, better food and open on time. read more

Routinely messed up my mobile order for pickup. Ordered They30 minutes in advance on several occasions, they don't even have it started. Whole point of ordering fast-food in advance for pickup is that I'm in a hurry. Talked to staff several times about it, but they do not seem to care. Tried actually calling in advance, too, but they unreliable answering the phone despite several attempts. When they screw up, staff refuse to provide a receipt so I can't complete a feedback survey that mgmt can review. It is a standard taco bell that has a drive through open till late. Not much else to say about this place. Large parking lot and other fast food places nearby. Had to try to the dorito's taco. I was very disappointed at Taco Bell on 8/6 at 10:16 p.m. I arrived there and they had two white papers posted on the speakers with a list of foods that they were out of. My boyfriend ordered three tacos, cinnamon twists, and nacho fries. I told him to check the bag when the cashier handed it to us. Of course he waits until we get to the house to check and to my surprise you can just imagine what we saw. Three tacos had a baby spoonful of meat with nothing else added in it and the cinnamon twists were over cooked. The only thing that was good was the nacho sauce. The fries were stale and salty. I called shortly after to speak to a manger and the only thing she offers is returning the money back on his card. Keep in mind that I live over 35 minutes away and clearly expressed that to the manager. I really didn't feel like driving up there but I also didn't want to hear my boyfriend complain about how they played us. We drove back up there and she put the money back on his card. I asked the cashier do y'all have meat, lettuce, and everything else you need for a taco in yet. The cashier said yes the food truck just left. I also asked her why her co workers would hand a customer a Taco like that. The cashier said they were using the wrong spoon. You would of thought that they would have gave us the food that we previously ordered ( They screwed up) and his money back since they messed up. Of course they didn't after we wasted gas to come all way back up there. I will not be coming to this Taco Bell again but you should always check your food before you pull off. OK so my friends have been telling me for months to try Taco Bell's breakfast and this past Thursday morning was a perfect opportunity. I was taking my dad on a trip to see family for an early weekend trip and decided to stop at Taco Bell and try there breakfast instead of McDonalds or Burger King. Big mistake. I ordered two of the meals I can't remember what it's called but its the one with the egg,bacon,cheese and hash brown wrapped in. tortilla anyways I ordered two of them in the meal w a Pepsi and a Baja blast as well as a sausage Taco. the meals also came with these cinnamon buns balls. well where to start. OK well I drove to the window to pay. I paid and was handed my change then soda's and a bag of food. the bag was light. About an entire meal light. and had to pull to the front of the store an wait for them to bring it out to us. ten minutes later we were on the road heading for our destination. I took a sip of my Baja blast then a bite of my breakfast wrap. wow awful. Well to be honest it wasn't awful but not up to the hype. plus she the lady handed me my food she asked if I needed any sauces. I replied yes, ketchup, jelly and butter. she said we have none of those. Anyways the wraps were ehh. The biggest killer was the breakfast Taco and cinnamon ball bites. The Taco couldn't have been any drier. It's a nice concept but poorly executed. a very dry biscuit wrapped around a semi moist egg and sausage and cheese. Dry isn't the word appropriate to describe how bad it was. I had to make a second stop at McDonalds to get a second soda to wash it down cause the Baja blast wasn't enough. The cinnamon balls were greasey and also dry. over cooked and not enjoyable. My dad ate one just as we were getting on I-495 when he almost choked to death on one. Thank god I made coffee for the trip and gave him some to wash it down. I will again someday return to Taco Bell for tacos and Baja blast but I will never ever go there for breakfast again . read more
