He truly made our experience great. To start we had the guac and salsa trio. The salsas and guac were very fresh and the tortilla chips were shaped like tostadas. We tried the carne asada, verde tinga, pork belly, baja fish, chorizo, and shrimp tacos. All were very good but the pork belly was phenomenal. To drink we had the green margarita, seasonal watermelon margarita, and both regular and spicy pineapple margaritas. The green and watermelon were unique, refreshing, and tasty. I look forward to returning to Nashville to visit Bartaco again, as it is now one of my favorite restaurants.
