FIRST OFF- we had to use the kiosk bc no one paid attention to us. SECOND- we waited for food for 20 min, but when this nice old lady who walks up to the counter while we are still waiting the manager walks right up to her takes her order when offered her a deal, and got her food 1 min after ordering. THIRD- my grandmother is very sick, not contagious or anything but she ended up having to vomit and I quickly asked for a bag and this nice African American man gave me one, she ended up getting some on the floor so I asked for a glove so they didn't have to clean it up. And when I asked the nice man the MANAGER said "OH MY GOD" I looked at him in disbelief that a manager had the guts to say that out loud when he was already talking about me and my family to another co worker, while I was standing right their. And while I was looking all he says is "I WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE" I responded with " I'm sorry but my grandmother vomited and I was trying to be nice to pick it up" and once again he states "I will ask you to leave" What kind of a manager is this? And why is the nice African American man not the manager? Bc he was helpful enough and understanding enough, and when a nice customer goes "what just happened" when he said that proves my point. Plus when we were loading in the car bc we were not going to be harassed a guy drives is mad and guess what he ended up getting the wrong food and when he called the manager hung up. So I suggest that Taco Bell fires their manager and makes that nice young African American man the manager!!!!!!!! read more

They are very slow and have no manners I have an hour long lunch and of course just as anyone else would think I'd have plenty of time to get lunch but ive been sitting in almost the same exact spot in line for 30 minutes, how is that even possible ‍ read more

I go to Taco Bell multiple times a week but this is the only location where I received Awful service. I placed an online order, got to the speaker in the drive thru and the employee said "welcome to Taco Bell" I told him I had an online order for Steven and i waited 30 seconds before he said "does that look right?" Nothing showed on the screen and he started rattling off my order so I told him that was right. After that I didn't hear another word from him. I pulled forward after waiting a minute or so and at the window he didn't say hello or anything at all. He handed me my food and that was it. Very unpleasant experience. read more

WE had been going to Toco Bell at least once a week. After the waywe ere treared a couple of weeks back we will never go back. Our order as all messed up and when this was pointed out to the staff the missing items were gotten together, placed in a bag abd set on the counter. When my son went up to ask about the order he was informed that his portion of the order was in the bag while the rest. of the staff stood around. While we sat waiting for the rest of our order several staff members were having a food fight behind the counter. We haven't been back nor will we be. Very bad experience with this location, over a simple mistake. Manager (Kaylynn) Seemed unwilling to take responsibility for her mistakes and was rude and vulgar to me over the phone, swearing at me while my kids were present. They close their dining room and close all together when they are supposed to be open. They don't update their menu so online or doordash you cannot order things like the mexican pizza. I go all the way to apple even though this one is not even a half mile from where I live because whoever runs it doesn't have a shred of business knowledge and should be terminated yesterday. read more

Our order was missing 2 cinnabon 12 packs. The restaurant refused to deliver the missing items. These items were nearly $12 in total, money that I can't afford to lose. Used the drive thru with my large family this week. Gave a rather large and difficult order. The girl was kind, polite, and ACCURATE!!! Our order was complete, hot, not delayed at all, and correct. Not sure if it's the app or the restaurant, but I made a mobile order for 25 Apple empanadas that the clerk told me would take about 6 minutes. I ordered it at home, I got the notification thAt my order was ready to pickup at 12:35 pm, and I got here at 12:55pm and it seemed as if they hadn't even started it. It's finally done at 1:05. I just visited this Taco Bell in order to fulfill my desire for a mini cheese quesadilla from the 1$ craving menu; however, that did not happen. When first receiving my cheese quesadilla it was not cooked at all. It was merely a tortilla shell with shredded cheese inside of it. Kindly, I asked the lady to cook it. When getting it back I could barely take the tinfoil off and it smelled of burning food. To my surprise when I got all the tinfoil teared off it was burnt and tasted disgusting. Hair in food and never get the orders right. Employees have a real attitude problem and never seem to be happy with their jobs

Went to drive thru with some friends at 12:00AM so the lobby was closed. We had to wait for a bit which was fine. We ordered $29 of food and when we got our food not all of it was there. So we drove back around and told the girl and she said to come inside. So we pulled around and went to the locked door for her to tell us that we had to go back to the drive thru window So when we pulled up we told her what we were missing and she got her manager Amber. Amber told us she personally made our order and that it was not correct. She then called us liars and said she was not going to give us our food. She told us that we had to come back in the morning and talk to her boss Lori. We showed her the food in our bag and the receipt and after arguing one more time she apologized and gave us our food. Service is typically very slow, but staff are polite. Errors in orders are greater than average. Hate the parking lot. The drive through will loop around the building, but dine in customers have to do a U-turn around in the parking lot. When the drive though is backed up, there a single car width of driveway left that is supposed to take 2 way traffic. Incoming drive through traffic crosses paths with outbound dine in traffic. I have been a loyal Taco Bell user for over a year. I mean every day for lunch I ate Taco Bell. But that was at the Grand haven location where the staff were friendly and your order came out just right. Then I changed jobs and lately I've had to date the step sister Taco Bell on henry. She does not give you hot sauce unless you ask, she doesn't give you napkins to wipe up the inevitable juices that flow when eating Taco Bell. Mexican Pizza over cooked. Grand havens is crispy and topped with perfectly melted cheese. Grand havens XXL is hot and soft. Her sisters is crispy on certain parts of the burrito which isn't how I was use to. This is the end for us Taco Bell. I've tried five times to make it work with your sister store but I just can't do it. It isn't the same. The quality is different. The owner should eat at a different taco bell for a week and then go to his store in disguise and eat their for a week. There is a difference. Do not go to henry St Taco Bell.
