At 12:20pm today me and my boyfriend went through the drive through! the man taking the orders was great but when we got up to the window we were met with a heavier set blonde who threw our bag at us and said "HERE YOU GO" there was sour cream and cheese all over my bag with NO NAPKINS & when we asked you could tell she was frustrated. we then realized that the extra cheese cup we paid for was missing from our bag so my boyfriend went into the resturaunt to ask for our cheese. when he went in he was met with "WHAT DO YOU NEED" and then the cheese thrown at him across the table. Placed an online order at 1:30. The app said it was ready at 1:40. I arrived at 1:45 and my food was not there. I waited until 2:00 and then asked the guy at the cashier if my order had went through or not (still not upset or anything cause I know how it is). The guy at the cashier refused to help me and check on my order and proceeded to tell me that it was MY fault because I ordered on the app. After he started In on me, two other old guys in line started to also tell me that it's my fault because technology is untrustworthy. One of the worst restaurants in town; they are consistently "out" of the main items like chicken or beef or lettuce and no one seems to find this odd. (The other Taco Bell here in town has never had this issue, so I cannot figure out why this location can't get their supplies in order). They also will make you wait forever for your order if they don't feel like making it...went in with friends, they ordered and paid and I used a reward for a free item; friends got their order quickly, I waited 20 minutes because the employees didn't want to provide a free item. read more

Went to this location last month while spending the night at a near by hotel. The guy working behind the counter was whispering to a "customer" while they kept looking back at me. Of course, that "customer" was handed multiple bags of food for him and his homies and they left without paying (they arrived at the same time as me). Meanwhile the "customer" slammed into me as I was leaving and called me a f'n cracker. Anyways, I began to order but was interrupted by the same "customer" who then shoved me aside and started arguing with his homie. What does the employee do, start slapping hands and saying "sorry bro, damn dawg i forgot". Took me 20 minutes to even place my order. Meanwhile Mr. gangster customer was glaring at me from his car outside. I didn't check my order before I left, got to my hotel and of course it was not even close to being right. Not sure why the poor previous reviews.... all I can say is that I have been here twice. Once through the drivethrough and once dine in. Both times were fabulous for fast food. I special order everything and my order was correct on both occasions. And if that isn't enough, the service was spectacular!! Taco Bell is usually a safe haven for all late night munchies (breakfast as well). This venue lived up to expectations. Having bad expectation from reading reviews, I was dodgy. However Hardee's didn't fit my mood so I took the risk and was not dissatisfied in any manner. This place has got you back. Want decent Taco Bell, you got it. If you're a TB sauce fiend, ask and you will receive. For a small town, this place exceeded my expectations and would definitely advise visiting if you got the crave. Worst restaurant experience of any kind (I get it, we're talking Taco Bell here). Waited an hour and 15 minutes for Taco-feaking Bell. Everyone's orders were either incomplete or wrong. We were special, on an order with no special requests it was prepared incorrectly twice. At one point, someone waiting in the back of the line decided they didn't want to wait any longer, placed a mobile order and then jumped ahead of everyone else. When I ordered food or asked a question the clerk didn't respond and I had to repeat myself multiple times for them to respond back to me, as if they were annoyed. When I pulled up to the window the clerk didn't say anything just handed me my drink and took my card, there was no customer service once so ever. Then I sat there for nearly 10 minutes waiting for my food with no one before or after us. Then when I received my food, the meat cheese and lettuce of our chalupa was mostly poured out all over our bag, sauce packets and napkins. The crunchy tacos were all completely broken and their contents were also spilled all over the wrappers. The Crunchwrap tortilla and hard taco inside were both stale and the entirety was dry like it had been in the warmer for hours. The cheesy Gordita crunch had nearly nothing between the 2 shells and the outer shell was chewy and seemed nearly uncooked at all. This was absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had at any Taco Bell in the country, and I am active military so I do a lot of traveling for my job. Between the awful customer service, the disastrous mess in the bag, and the terrible food quality, this store is a terrible representation of the Taco Bell brand. read more
