Worst taco bell I have ever been to. My nacho cheese doritos taco supreme was supposed to be in a cardboard/paper holder but as usual it wasn't (see pictures attached). Most of the time if your order comes with sour cream you will not find it on anywhere to be found or it will be the size of a dime. The door is locked frequently with no note so you have to use the drive-thru. If you do get in there is NO ONE to wait on you. They are too busy waiting on the drive-thru to bother with anyone needing service inside the store. Dirty. OMG just look around if the outside is messy the inside will be as well. Your Employees need customer service training, around 2pm. The restaurant was empty, but the cashier was completely rude. Your billboard shows a difference in prices, so I asked why. New update training with positive approach to customer would go along way. Try stopping at Chick-fil-A... they have a great program. read more

I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell before but today I received some of the worst customer service I ever had. It started ok and I ordered like normal, the lady was really respectful at first but I had ordered a Baja blast freeze and she misheard me. She went to hand me a blue raspberry freeze and when I said I had said a Baja blast she immediately got an attitude. After she handed me the box I had ordered I didn't see a straw so I simply asked for one and she gave me an awful look and told me it was in the box. I'm assuming she was already annoyed because a few misunderstandings shouldn't make you that upset. It really was a simple issue but as someone who also works in the food industry it really shocked me how rude and hostile she immediately became. read more

Very rude customer service and don't even bother to come and take your order. They just stay in the back talking bad about people while customers are standing waiting to order. Happened to me and after I was sitting eating my food, saw it happen to everyone who walked in after me. They're just sighing and rolling their eyes when you try to order. So, it's Saturday afternoon at 2:05. Not crowded, we order (2) No. 3's and a couple of tacos. 25 minutes later they slap the order on the counter and walk away. The food was cold and the employees could not have cared less. Avoid this place until the owner takes the effort to hire and train people who can perform at even a marginal level. Can we change the name to Taco Crap or Taco Screwup because that's what they are. They have the fine-in and that shouldn't be closed because other places are open from Mont Belvieu to Beaumont down to Galveston up to Woodlands. But these fools keep their dine-in for no reason and they can't blame COVID because you have other fast food places in this area open. They just want to be lazy and get paid doing nothing. You have a 85% chance they'll screw up your food or you're missing 2 or 3 items (it's happened to us more than I can count). You won't know it until you get back home. You call and call and call... But nobody answers. For a while they were closing early and their excuse was they were extremely short staffed (which is a lie). You don't need 12 workers there since you want to be lazy and do only drive through. All you need is a shift leader, the person that takes your order, the person up front to hand the food to you, and 2 people making the order. So you only need 5 and if your short staffed the shift leader gets off their butts and make the food as well. Not play on their damn phone like I've seen in the past. We really don't go here much since Kat isn't here and she's at HEB now. Since she has left or when Mathew isn't there (our 7 year old loves him) it goes downhill. read more

Was excited to eat at the new location,BUT it will be my 1st and last time eating there. The staff was rude and have 0 customer service skills(Especially Tonya!) The service was slow. After pulling up and seeing that Breakfast items were on display so proceeded to order breakfast. I was met by a rude response, then when i asked if they served it all day another voice said they do not serve after 11...i mean They are advertising breakfast BUT are too lazy to change the sign(in the drive thru) at the bottom...oh btw at most Taco Bell locations the monthly special is displayed(currently The Rolled Chicken Taquitos)....all seriousness i expected a whole lot better experience at this location...do yourself a favor an steer clear of eating at this location! If i could have marked a "Zero" i sure would have.... read more
