Easily the worst Taco Bell in the area. I'm usually not picky when a fast food restaurant makes mistakes because service workers aren't valued or compensated enough for their hard work. I can usually just offer incorrectly prepared food to someone else, but this particular store manages to take it to a different level. The only consistent thing about the service here is how often they prepare your order wrong. I've visited this location semi-frequently over the years, and I can't recall a single occasion they prepared my order 100% correctly, no matter the complexity. The food quality is poor, even by Taco Bell standards. Your order will feature stingy toppings, oddly imbalanced proportions, missing items, or obvious/strange mistakes in the preparation. I make an effort not to be wasteful of food, but there are times where it is just too gross-looking and ends up in the dumpster to avoid food poisoning. This is one of the only restaurants that I have done so with. If you have a dairy allergy or special diet, I strongly suggest you avoid this store -- they will get your order wrong to the exact point of being inedible. If you customize your order in any way, good luck with whatever you end up actually receiving. I hope the staff up and leaves and gets better work doing something more fulfilling, but in the meantime it's worth driving further to a different location or visiting one of the many superior independent restaurants in the area. read more

Now don't get me wrong, Taco Bell is worth waiting for, but when you order and 1 hour and 30 minutes later they give you your food?! That's not worth it. They were made with strips of steak instead of whole steak piece. A Very small amount of steak was in the 2 Chalupas. Decided to order a Chicken Enchilada a the same thing happened. Ordered from here twice through the app and when arriving I had to cancel my order as they were closed both times. 1 time it was 6:30 and the lights were off inside but the border sign and marque were on. 2nd time it was 9:45 and when I got there I was told they were closed with out even making my order. So I stopped at the drive through last night, after waiting in a pretty long line which is understandable for Friday night. Upon being greeted I was told that because of the weather they were not going to take any more orders. Everything started out fine. We ordered at the kiosk just fine and everything, but when we went to grab a seat we passed 10 tables until we found one or 2 "clean" tables. At one point I saw two of the employees standing behind the counter staring at the filthy dining room (one with a broom in hand), and after they stared for a second the person with the broom jogged away and the person with him started laughing and followed behind him. My experience here was interesting. Not much on the outside was off but inside that bag, the food they served me was disgusting. I payed 10 bucks to r an XXL burrito and it was filled with sour cream and some bottom of the pan meat. Our tacos were literally wet on top of all that. Tried to call and complain because I'm not driving back out in the snow but the number to the place isn't even active. I never post reviews but this is absolutely the worst taco bell ever. Every time we come here there is a problem and we will never be back. First of all, we ordered online to try and have a quick pick up experience but of course the doors were locked so we went to the drive through. At the drive through speaker they inform us of all the items they are out of (every time we come they are out of about 4-5 items). So we change up our order to fit their stock. We wait in line for about 30 minutes until we can even get to the pickup window. There were only 3 cars in front of us. That's 10 minutes every single car waited at the pick up window. When we got to the window we also had to wait for another 15 minutes because our order (even though we had placed it online 40 minutes ago by the time we got to the window) was not ready. They were yelling at each other inside of the store for not having the order ready. At this point the woman in front of us in the drive through line angrily walks in to state her order was missing items. Who knows how the doors magically became unlocked again? I guess they saw we left from outside the doors when we tried to pick up our online order inside and reopened them. When we finally got our order we asked to replace our nacho cheese that came with our order with chipotle sauce (because they told us they were out of nacho cheese) and instead of accommodating our request due to our extremely long wait and order issues they make us pay 60 cents for the sauces. They lied about not having nacho cheese because a miracle nacho cheese was in the bag. Not to mention after waiting this entire time they STILL managed to get our order WRONG. We were missing THREE items. At this point we were so exhausted that we just went home. It was a nice cherry on top when all three of my tacos had burnt potatoes and were difficult to even chew. I really like the new Cantina burrito- but the person who made my burrito put all of the cold ingredients (lettuce, guac, onion, tomato) on one end and all of the warm ingredients(chicken & rice) on the opposite. This gave me a burrito that was half all-veggie and half all chicken/rice. I expect a premium product for the premium price I paid for that Cantina Buritto. I pulled up to the drive thru I would say around 11:20. The employee comes on the intercom and immediately says she is only taking card payments and she limited us to 8 items! I started to order 2 of the grilled cheese box she stops me and says they aren't doing boxes. I changed my order to 2 Crunchwrap meals so that's 6 items right there one with a Baja blast and I wanted a blue raspberry freeze she said she only had wild cherry so I got that and I wanted 3 beefy burrito melts she only allowed me to get 2 because that would be "8 items". My sister and I were shopping in town the other week, and were hungry after running all our errands. I suggested we each grab a dollar burrito from Taco Bell, so we wouldn't starve on the way back to Michigan. The gentleman who waited on us treated us so nicely, the gentleman mopping the floor made us more than welcome in the dining room, and my sister and I were happy with our Beefy Fritos Burritos. The sweet tea was good, too. As we left, My sister was praising the place to me, and we talked in the car about how well we were treated, and how this is going to be our new grab-and-go spot.
