It is very rare to have AMAZING service at a fast food restaurant, or anywhere these days. We haven't been to a TB for quite a while. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, kind and JOYOUS! The food is a little good but they got our order wrong in the drive-through and it was not busy. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. and they didn't have ranch dressing or honey, mustard, only avocado, ranch, and cheese dip. read more

I went to taco bell today to get a 5 dollar box on the app the box was good but then me and my mom decided to go back a second time to get one of their new freezes which is like a slushy well my mom got hers for 2 dollars BECAUSE IT WAS ON SALE well I go in to get it for her and decide to get one for myself so I go to pick up Her free taco and freeze i get the bag and order mine the total was $3.02 I think that's weird because my mom said hers was $2.00 but I didn't say anything because I thought it was tax so I get to the car MY MOTHERS FREEZE ISN'T EVEN IN THE BAG so I go back in to ask for it and this good employee gets it right away for me and makes it with syrup and freeze dried strawberries meanwhile the girl that made mine just did the slush part so not a very pleasant experience for me. read more

This location does the bare minimum. They don't even offer the nachos that are advertised in the commercials. But they still have signs everywhere about having the Wild Cherry Freeze but guess what? nope! They don't sell that anymore either. Their bean burritos are 95% stale beans and 5% onions & red sauce. Even after asking for extra sauce and onions, it was still mediocre and lukewarm. read more

I understand the low rating on this location. I LOVE Taco Bell BUT -- I have been here two time and both times the person at the register took my money with gloved hands, wiped her nose, and then used the SAME gloves to dig in the cheese bin to put on my burrito. So gross. Won't alert the Health Department but won't come back to this one. read more

I'm sorry to say that I repeatedly find this Taco Bell does not make quality product. I just ordered two tacos, one chicken and one beef. There was barely a tablespoon of meat in either one. Unfortunately we drove through and I couldn't go back! I think next time (if there is a next time) im going to tell them to make it like the picture on their menu!!! read more

This tacobell has the most optimistic, Brightest, kindest, and just has the most greatest personality ever employee who is called by the name Linzey. She started the order process immediately as we pulled up to the talking machine. She greeted us with asking how our day was and waited for us to think about our order. She was very patient with us and still very kind. I believe she deserves this praise because she was very nice. We had to go through the drive thru because we forgot the sauce and she still served us greatly. read more

We got tacos and they were really skinny didn't have anything in them hardly except lettuce and we ask for sour cream and they didn't give any of us sour cream and we order a bunch of tacos and they were all like that. This place is a joke. Sat in line for 33 minutes for five bean burritos an order of cinnamon twists got to the window and they forgot to put the cinnamon twist in the bag and the boy went to go get them and the girl taking the order just sat there laughing about the whole thing. Food was good service fair at best but the prices keep going up and now there charging for a cup of water with a meal it's a small thing but it's the small things that make the difference between a good meal and a great meal, a fair meal and a poor one. We eat at Taco Bell 2 or 3 times a week whether we are at home or on the road. I don't recommend this location. The food was room temperature, and the restaurant was filthy. They are not so crowded that someone could not be cleaning the tabletops at the least. Mopping the floor would go a long way to improving the quality of this restaurant. read more
