I don't give out 5 stars often, but this instead deserving! Taco Bell was extremely short staffed today. The wait was 45 minutes + for FAST FOOD. BUT...hang on! What they got right was customer service! The young man taking my order very calmly and politely apologized for the extremely long wait. The young woman at the first window taking money had a beautiful smile and explained patiently they were short staffed, then asked if I'd mind waiting? She took the time to joke with me for a second then moved on. She returned, I paid, she asked me to wait for her to come back to give me the go ahead to the next window. When she gave me the go ahead, the young man at the next window was as cool, calm and pleasant as all the others. And, my order was correct! read more

The food was fine, however we had to wait an extremely long time to receive our orders despite them being relatively simple and there were multiple employees walking in and out of the store, doing absolutely nothing. Second, we were made extremely uncomfortable by the MULTIPLE screams and loud bangs we heard. I love Taco Bell. I come all the time, but I think I might second my decision. I ordered one of the craving boxes they forgot two things and I also got a chicken quesadilla and they forgot to put chicken in the other half. Never once have I gone to this place and they have gotten my order right. Was charged for two things I never got. In my bag and gave me the opposite sauce that I had asked for. I work in restaurants so I am very understanding, but can only be understanding to such a certain point. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up at 12:50 when they close at 1am and they refused service. I then called the phone number on the way home and they said they were currently open till 1am and haven't had anyone at the drive thru in 20 min and called me a liar that I never showed up to pick up my order. In the past they have forgot items and given me the wrong items. Went through the drive-through ordered a beefy five layer burrito received a chicken and rice burrito with the wrong hot sauce. Brought it inside and exchange it for what was supposed to be the correct Barito yet once again received a chicken and rice burrito. Went back inside for the second time. At this point I asked to speak to the manager, Eric came up and did get the correct Burrito but was there anything offered for having to come in twice when trying to use the convenience of a drive-through? I like this Taco Bell better then the one in Pleasantville, they were a bit disorganized in there during breakfast. I would of ordered more but they changed the drive thru menu too soon. They got my order correct which I'm happy about. Remains my favorite Taco Bell around. I live 15-20 min away from this Taco Bell and 5 min from the Pleasantville one. We payed for extra cheese on our nachos, we got no cheese. Literally none. We payed for supreme tacos. These are very much not supreme. I have been to this Taco bell twice in the course of 4 months or so. Both times a gentleman taking our order from the drive thru was extremely rude and sarcastic. He is insulting and hurtful. He should be fired for his terrible customer service. My friends and I don't know the taco bell menu very well so when we got to the box we asked if we could have a minute. When we finally decided what we wanted he said "wow I could have gone through puberty by now".... it had been less than 2 minutes. That is just one of his many unnecessary comments. He makes you feel stupid for not regularly visiting taco bell and knowing the menu/ordering process by heart. He had no reason to act like he did being as we were the only car in the drive thru.
