The food is bad. Hardly any of their crappy ingredients wrapped in a shell. When you get home and open the package, it makes you mad. But even worse...the manager was working at the window one evening and tried to cheat me out of my change. I gave him a twenty dollar bill and he gave me change for ten. When I told him I gave him a twenty I did get the rest of my change but he proceeded to call me darlin and sweetheart and act like he was flirting. It was obvious how dishonest this guy was. Went Friday night wanting to get something to eat after being on the road awhile. It was almost 11pm-they don't close until 1am and they were completely out of meat. There were at least 5-7 cars in the drive thru as well that got told they would have to wait over half an hr if they wanted food. The person working the drive thru was very unprofessional and didn't offer any coupons or anything for the inconvenience. Then I went the next day and it was an entirely different experience. ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Always. Also have been there a few times during normal business hours and a cone was put up in the drive thru so no one could order anything. One time the crew all piled in a van and were getting high (weed is a very distinctive smell) while the cone was in the drive through (inside was closed due to covid). This is a review on the Steakhouse Burrito not Taco Bell itself. It tastes horrible. I hope next morning I don't blow out my asshole. All it tastes like is a really spiced up burrito.
