I love Tacobell. It's my go to fast food place.. i got here at 12:30am and the person taking my order was rushing us. We had already told a different employee our order but I'm guessing they switched positions? Who knows. We ordered two food items and 1 beverage. once we got to the window I got the wrong drink, and when we told him he gave me a small instead of a medium... we told him he gave us the wrong drink and wrong size now and he got upset and almost didn't give it to us. And to top it all off we only got one of our food items we double checked and didn't get charged for it. We didn't want to bring it up because he kept slamming the window and shaking his head the whole time. Go to another location .. this one is sad and infuriating. read more

Couldn't even tell you what the food tasted like. I got to the drive thru at 12:32 am. The sign wasn't lit so I waited for a couple minutes then drove around parked and tried to go in. Doors locked! Guess I gotta go back to the drive thru. I go again and drive right up to the window I put on my nice face and act kind but rudely get cut off by a 2/10 man saying "we're closed" so close to my face I could practically do mouth to mouth. Out of the corner of my eye I see them try to sneakily change the time from 12:37 to 12:57. Caught. Red fucking handed. I drive off in anger and disgust. But suddenly stop in my tracks at the sight of another individual (somehow managed to take up five spaces) receiving their order. I gasped and almost choked on my spit. Not good bc I didn't have any. My stomach grumbled in hunger and anger. I kindley waited for the 37 year old man working at Taco Bell to go back inside and drove off in a storm. Tears. Tears streaming down my cheeks as I try to navigate the shitty roads. My money has been given to McDonald's and I'm upset about it. Ambiance was fucking terrible. read more

I'm writing about the Taco Bell in Marlborough at 773 Boston Post Road E. I usually go to the Taco Bell in Westborough, which has always met my expectations of what Taco Bell food should be. I assumed this restaurant would be similar. I was wrong. My order included of a party pack of tacos, half beef and half chicken with no lettuce on any of them. The first problem was that the order taker kept talking over me so I couldn't ask a question or get in a request for no lettuce without saying, "Hold on a minute. Can I place my order at the window?" I was told that was not possible, even though there were no other cars in the line. Also, the young man who was taking the order kept asking if that was all after every item I ordered. It was a large order so hearing that every time was somewhat annoying. When I asked to take a second to make sure I had ordered everything on my list, he said to let him know when I was ready and then left his microphone on. There was very loud, very non-Taco Bell approved music playing and a conversation between the young man and a woman which included what sounded like snarky comments about someone, possibly me I guess. No matter. After about 30 seconds the woman said, "Dude! Your mic is on." And at least the horrendously loud music was gone. When I picked up the food, the young man at the window was wearing a mask, but it was below his nose, so he might as well not have been wearing one at all. He asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes, and then he told me there was no paper in the register. Meanwhile the music was even louder at the drive-up window and two or three people seemed to be dancing approximately 4 feet behind him. When he closed the window to get our food, I could STILL hear the music at an unpleasant volume. Also clearly audible was a man yelling inside the restaurant for more than a few seconds. Again, this was heard through the closed window. After receiving our food I pulled into a parking space to make sure everything was there, which it was; however, everything was cold, there was lettuce on EVERY taco - not alot, except on one where the lettuce was entirely stuck to the cheese and they couldn't pull any of it off. All of the tacos looked as if they had been pre-made and that someone had just pulled the lettuce off. The image of someone's dirty fingers pulling lettuce off and touching everything else in the process made me sick. The employees didn't seem to care about running the restaurant in a professional manner, so I'm sure gloves or clean hands were optional at that point. By the way, there is a picture of what the chicken tacos looked like below. The beef tacos were adequately filled, but all of the chicken tacos were abysmal, and the cost was increased for the substitution. The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves. The employees should be ashamed of themselves. I expect to get fast food orders that are incorrectly filled at least 80% of the time due to owners who hire kids who don't want to work, seemingly take no pride in a job well done, and want to spend more time socially interacting with their coworkers than concentrating on meeting their job description responsibilities; nor do I expect to receive food that looks like the promotional photos in ads, but I do expect to receive food that is reasonably similar to other restaurants in the same chain, and I expect that a request to exclude an ingredient should be granted, not haphazardly attempted and incomplete. I don't believe that's asking too much. This visit was beyond disappointing. I cannot believe the executives at Yum! Brands, Inc. are satisfied with a franchise that operates this way. read more

Look, if you're reading a Yelp review of Taco Bell then you're obviously the type of person who would eat at a Taco Bell. (That, or you need to figure out how to borrow e-books from your local library.) This Taco Bell is fantastic. The staff is friendly, the service is quick and, honestly, it's always better than any other Taco Bells I've been to. Orders are always correct, they're never rushed, and the food always seems like it's higher quality. I know, I know. I don't get it either. But I always leave this place happy. But.....please understand that you should take these Five Stars as graded on a curve. This is still a Taco Bell at the end of the day. I've seen a number of poor reviews, and I frequent this location regularly. First, they are understaffed. I get it. Some days there is no wait, and others you may have to wait five minutes. I do try to avoid this location on Saturday nights and Sundays bc the food quality is poor and you can wait in line for 30+ minutes. When I visit there are usually two ladies working the window and line. They are wonderful, friendly, quick, and deliver exceptional service every time. I never have complaints about service, food, or wait time with them. On the weekends there have been a group of gentlemen working. They are typically curt and have other things on their mind. Whoever works the line must hate their job. I ordered a soft taco with black beans and there were hardly any beans, lettuce, or cheese on it. Very disappointing. read more

I received some ground beef burrito, steak quesadilla and no tacos. I actually checked this time, while at the window. I waited for a couple minutes, called the store to no answer, then beeped my horn. I've been in here 8 times over 8 months and each time I'm greeted by sincere young people trying to do their best. They seem to care more about this chain then the chain does for them, I bet. They're alwasy pleasant. With these fast food places, all their food tastes the same. Really, is there a big difference between a McDonald's foam burger and Taco Bell's dog food on a bed of cotton? I sometimes pick where I go based on whether the people are nice if only because if they're not, it makes the experience all the more depressing than it already is. read more

I love Taco Bell, but this location needs more staff! The employees that do work there are very nice, but they are understaffed and it takes longer to greet customers and make the food when you don't have enough people. Not to mention this is often why mistakes are made. They run out of major ingredients often which to me means a couple of things. When they make mistakes on orders, they have to remake it for you, increasing waste, and you burn through your ingredients faster but don't have the orders to show for it. Also the items they run out of are popular items and the stores should increase their food orders to accommodate customer orders. I will continue to come here because it's a convenient location and the staff is nice, but I hope to see improvements in the future. read more

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Taco Bell, but I have to... This location just opened, and it's a credit to the company. I was out with a friend, craving crummy fast-food mexican, and we tried to stop at the old KFC/Taco Bell location in Hudson. We walked in to a long line, disgusting floor, and unwashed staff, so we walked right out. A quick google search turned up this location, right down the street - we both thought "there? I always drive by there, there's no Taco Bell" but decided to check it out anyway and thank god we did. This new location is spotlessly clean, with a friendly and polite (and bathed) staff who were more than helpful. We "went back for seconds" after our first order because the food had clearly been made fresh, and they got our complex order just right. It's rare to find a fast food place with a staff that takes pride in their product and service, but clearly these folks do. Taco Bell to me is a guilty pleasure that I have two or three times a year. I prefer the locations that are also a KFC, but beggars can't be choosers (I love the "famous bowl" - savory comfort foods). I've walked out of my fair share of Taco Bells without ordering but this is sure to be the one I will return to. 4/5 because they don't have an accompanying KFC inside. read more

Limited menu, "per staff". Everytime I or anyone that I know goes to this location, they advertise full menu but NEVER have items on menu. Especially at night, they shut down main lights, so appears to be closed. Then when you place your order they have bare minimum menu items. They will not cook to order, assuming because they are always short staffed and trying to close up early. NO consideration to customers that rely on limited fast food places in this area. I created a Yelp account just to write this review. There was no one at the register when we arrived and it took quite a while before anyone came to take our order. The server had a very difficult time taking our orders (maybe she was a new employee or english was not her first language). Something like that is completely forgivable and no big deal, and is not the main reason for my review. After another long wait for our order, I found a long hair in in my quesadilla, and my friend also found hair in their food as well. After one bite each, we both had to throw our food away. We will not be returning. Not a great start for a new location. read more
