As I saw customers sitting inside and eating. They continued to tell me the dining room was closed! I just don't understand. It's just a waste of my time going here that's all I have to say. Well I was driving along Madison Ave. When suddenly, I had the urge to have a delicious Mexican meal. I was going to go to a real restaurant but the bright Taco Bell sign shined down upon me like an angel in the night, so I thought, "Why not give Taco Bell another shot?" As I drove up to the big fluorescent menu sign, nothing really spoke to me. I asked Nate, the coolest Taco Bell employee, about his preferences. He graciously explained his delicious choices. He was absolutely wonderful and put up quite well with my indecisiveness. Nate deserves a large raise for how well he treats his late night customers. Thanks Nate! read more

I would give less than 1 star if possible. We just went through drive thru service and we were trying to order 2 drinks with our food since two of us in the car. Natalie cut us off and gave us a total and wouldn't let us finish our order and so we pulled forward to the window thinking we'd add our medium drink on there. She very rudely told us she could not accept an add on at the window and we'd have to go through the drive thru line again and walked away from the window to get our food. Came back and gave us our food after taking the payment. I asked for taco sauce and she grabs a handful of probably 10-15 packets and basically throws it at us. I called the manager who was no help and said he would talk to her and that we would have to come back through drive thru and wait after other cars. Was thinking about moving to Mankato but if this is indicative of what life will be like here for people of color, no thanks. read more

Quite possibly my worst Taco Bell experience ever - and that's saying something. The short Hispanic male who"served" me obviously didn't want to be there. He was curt and rude as he took my order. Once my order was in the system, he didn't thank me, but turned to a co-worker and told her "if he leaves without doing trash bags, I'm leaving too." As I got my beverage and turned to collect condiments, he forced his way to the condiment station to fill it, regardless of customers. Once complete, he stood at the register stoically until a customer came in. As I was getting a refill to leave, he was back at the condiment station wrestling with the napkin dispenser, and losing. A customer was waiting for him to finish pitching his fit over the napkins, white the employee tried to force the dispenser into his will. Finally, The customers in the restaurant looked on as the employee threw up his hands in surrender, and backed away from the table. This one disgruntled employee tainted the entire customer experience. To top it all off, I ordered my burrito with just meat and cheese. Of course, what I got was meat, cheese, and beans. Was I taking it up to have it remade? No way! I guess when I feel the need to run for the border, I need to find a different border in the future. I advise you to do the same. read more
