Ordered all of my food with no lettuce and every single item on my order was made with lettuce scattered throughout the cheese, they put tomatoes on my cantina grill quesadilla as well. The part that made this my worst experience at this location (I've tried to give them a chance for years but this was my final visit to this location) was that they messed up my cheesy Gordita crunch and i did not report it, but instead ordered an extra spicy ranch because my order was so messed up. A manager came out to the lobby and was quite upset that we were given a .49 sauce cup and had to raise her voice in the lobby at us with other customers in the dining area. I've had problems at this Taco Bell for years but i try to give them another chance and I'm always regretting that decision after each visit. We place our order and roll forward into what I can only describe as a fast food purgatory. We waited. And waited. And waited. Then! A sign of life: a girl opens the window and takes our credit card. Huzzah! We're back in business! Or so we thought... Because then we waited. And waited. And waited. At this point, I started aging in dog years. There were seven cars behind us--a small, sad parade of poor souls, all wondering what sins they'd committed to deserve this lunchtime trial. After 20 more minutes (roughly the length of a sitcom episode, but sadly without the happy ending), we tapped on the window and requested a refund. Service, food, convenience are the worst of any place I have ever encountered in my life. They will get your order wrong only after you wait a minimum of 30 minutes for it. They will not care about any inconveniences they have caused you. & if by some act of God all of that doesn't happen you can bank on the food being poorly thrown together, missing or wrong ingredients guaranteed. read more

Went and got there five layer burrito, taco meal and a order of nacho fries and your chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were OK but you when you go there you wanna ask for a fork because you can't dip them in the sauce cause the breading is falling off of them. They weren't warm. They weren't super hot cheese sauce was just molted hot tried several other sauces. They're all OK. I did like the heat of the Diablo that was kind of good but they forgot my nacho fries so I had to go back and get my nacho fries and she asked me did you get the cheese sauce and I said yes but then they turn around and gave me more cheese sauce, but that was a very small order of fries for the man. I give up on this place! It's unfortunate because it's so close to my house, but I'm going to drive to a further location just because they refuse to clean this place up! It's disgusting here. The tables don't get wiped down. When I walked in, two staff were just sitting down doing nothing (when many tables needed wiped). Every time I go in here I have to wipe down a booth. The mango tea in the lobby is weak and you have to ask for them to get it from the drive through. I have mentioned this many times for about a year and it never gets fixed. Made a mobile order, have done this in the past with no problems. Went there got my order drove home, I know my fault for not checking to make sure they got it right, but my order was so wrong. While the people that work here are very nice and friendly, the wait times are ridiculous for the night shift. As a previous employee, I know the standard amounts of food required for each item, as well as allowed times for food life on the line, and they usually meet all corporate standards for food handling. Occasionally the food is too old to be served, but they serve it anyway, and expect the customer not to notice, which can be quite insulting. But, the main issue with this taco bell is the wait times, which is absolutely horrendous during the night shift. I've have had to wait 15-30 minutes for food during their rushes. I can handle the wait time, but they need to step up their game or add more people to the shifts because of how massive their rushes can be. Overall, a nice place during the day, but the night shift is absolutely terrible, never buy here anytime after 4 pm. Also, Bonita's a bitch. read more
