This place is always clean and the service is very pleasant. They are curious and quick! We will continue to stop in as we travel a lot!

Ordered the following: 1. Nachos Bell Grande - Substituted beef for chicken ($.75) 2. Crunch Wrap Supreme - Substituted beef for chicken ($1.50) I am VERY DISAPPOINTED at the lack of quality and reasonable quantity this location provided. Obviously I wanted chicken instead of beef and didn't mind paying more for the "upgrade". However, I litterly received 1 quarter size in diameter and 3 centimeters in width piece of chicken and sparse shredded pieces of chicken. So, I paid $2.25 in "upgrades" for literally 1/8oz of chicken. Not to mention, the Nachos Bell Grande (approximately $6) was a disgrace for even being called as such. There was nith nacho, bell, or grande about it. Literally, 2 tiny pieces of chicke. I was lucky enough to get a stray, soggy potato. How did that get in?! Overall, you will probably still wat there becuase its what you like and convenient. JUST REMEMBER to tell them how you expect your food to be and MAKE SURE THEY MAKE IT RIGHT. The staff that made my food were either stingy or legally blind. Either way, IF I ever go here again I will be more vocal of what I expect my food to be or I will be returning it. I think this location has to be brand new, right?? The seating was in tall tables (my favorite since I'm so short) small table and bench seating, a lap top station for up to 6 people to sit and charge and eat. And then a little coffee looking area to hang out and have a snack. My food was nice and hot, full portions, and since I had breakfast, I asked for coffee. It was piping hot as well. Just right!! Every table was scrubbed down, not a single crumb on the other tables, and there were four families here with us. The decor is up to date. And more sophicated than the Taco Bell I grew up with, and I appreciate that a lot. Also, David was so nice at the register too!!! He was plesant to talk to, and really friendly. read more

We usually stop at this location if we're driving through and are wanting Taco Bell, but it seems that they never have gotten our order correctly once. We've probably been here 20+ times (as we live in the next city and have to drive through Livingston to get up North). We came here once, went through the drive-thru, ordered with the lady that was not friendly whatsoever, and got our food. Since we live about 15 minutes away, we didn't bother to check if our food was right, because how bad can it be messed up? Once we got home, we were missing one of the box meals that we ordered, and a few of the other items were incorrect. As we kept unpacking our bags, we ended up calling the store and asked for the manager. The manager told us that they would give us a free regular taco and a free box meal (that they no longer sell). I don't know if we've ever come to this location and not had problems. However, if you need a quick lunch that's quick and easy access off of 99, then this is the place. But if you want your order correct, either go in or skip the hassle. read more

This is the third time that the employees have gotten our order completely wrong. When you live somewhere as small as Livingston and want something quick, you don't have many options. We went to Taco Bell today, she repeated back our order and we were handed something completely different. We didn't realize until we got home, opened the sealed bag and found only one burrito. We got the receipt and noticed we had chicken instead of beef chalupas.... and then it went downhill from there. We called the restaurant and the manager was difficult to understand due to a thick accent. It's a frustrating experience all around, and now they want to give me a free meal..... but is it worth it? read more

Place is very clean and nice. It looks brand new. The cashier, Venderyr, was very nice. We ordered a lot of food for breakfast since we were hungry and was driving since 4am coming back from Vegas. They made our order incorrectly which was understandable even though it was not very busy. Only 2 dine-in Customer was ahead of us. We ordered one bacon quesadilla and one sausage quesadilla but we got 2 breakfast burritos. I showed it to Venderyr even though my son already got two bites out of it as he was very hungry. The second burrito was untouched. She took both burritos and checked our receipt then apologized. I believe they threw away both of the breakfast burritos. My son had to sit and wait for his quesadilla to be made and he was very hungry. I think she should have let him have the incorrectly made burrito that he was already eating instead of making him sit there empty-handed. We gave him the bacon grande scramble that my husband ordered for himself as it was taking awhile for the correct order to be made. We took two stars off because of it. She did give us a bag of free cinnamon twist for the blunder but keeping him out of hunger is my main priority. Even though it looks modern and new, I like that they still have the old coin game that most Taco Bell has on their front counter. The last 2 times I came here late night they closed the drive thru early. Sign says open till midnight. I got here at 1145, and 1140, menu board lights were off and I drive to window and I tapped on window and I saw crew members in close proximity and was ignored. They need to update their signage, or get crew that will honor the hours of operation. On separate visits when I came inside the food is standard Taco Bell fare. Service is good, and fast. Dining room is large but lots of open space with coffee shop type seating. Very few standard seating. read more

Very slow service in the morning drive thru. I actually backed out and went inside (the open door) and ordered on the kiosk. After ordering I was told the lobby was closed (it was 9am approx) but that they would make my order since I had already paid. It took 10 minutes for them to do it. Three people told me while I was waiting that the lobby was closed. I told them the door was open and I had paid for it already. As I write this review, the door is still open. read more

I very much like this location especially for lunch. Place is new, modern, and clean. There's a gal there that always helps us out in front. She is great and I even jumped tacobell.com and complimented her work/customer service. Food is quick and delicious. Cannot best those 5 dollar boxes. Ballin on a budget? Me & my boyfriend stopped to eat here when the night shift was working. The service was quick & they were very kind but the food wasn't fresh at all. It was cold, dry, the tacos were all broken, & tasted disgusting. I don't recommend eating here at night.. The day shift is good though. Cashier not very welcoming when taking my order. Noon and it's not busy in the lobby. When I get left over change I enjoy playing catch the coins on the yellow paddle most Taco Bell's have on the counter for donations. I played and won. I went to play the remainder change I had and she told me I could only play once since I won! Really...I hardly ever win...guess they don't need my remaining change. Customer service was amazing. We came in on a Friday evening usually busy times for restaurants and we expect to wait as usual. The ladies at this time were great. First let it be known I eat Taco Bell on the regular but this is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. I ordered the cravings deal(veggie) and a chalupa. After getting home and taking a few bites I immediately regurgitated the food. The tortilla was hard. The taco shell was stale. The beans were ice cold and there was a chunk of meat! I attempted to take the food back but apparently they were closed, even though I could see the workers in there, they just hid in the back. Owning several businesses myself I am sincerely disappointed in the customer service. I don't know if I can ever get that sickening taste out of my mouth. I have to give this place a one star now. They do not serve their tacos fresh anymore. I went there at night and they tasted like they were just sitting there and not even cooked!!!!!
