Went inside to place order to go . The restaurant tables were ok . Behind the counter it was a mess . Plenty of workers . I ordered the Crunchwrap which is suppose to come with meat on it and there was only a tiny bit of meat . The team was in a good mood and chatting with another employee. read more

Taco Bell - Crunchwrap Supreme. As you can see there is hardly any meat . - Fast Food Near Me - Lenoir City, Tennessee

I like the Crunchwrap Supreme, as well as the beef tacos. The service is good, and the ambiance is welcoming and friendly. The dining area is clean and comfortable, and the service is fast as well. read more

This place sucks I had the worst experience ever waited for 20 mins and my food was cold how you gonna make me wait and then my food is could just terrible honestly never going there again read more

Food was terrible! Chicken quesadilla had nothing on it, it was basically a shell and the bean burrito was cold, the cheese was not even melted and there was a piece of purple lettuce in the middle of it. This was a waste of $12. Come on LC Taco Bell do BETTER! read more

I like taco bell. But bad service. 10:00 pm Saturday night 3 7 26 I ordered a mini taco salad and regular crunchy taco. I waited at the window after taking my money for 16 mins. Never seen anyone except a girl stocking finally the girl working window came back with a guy. Handed me my food. I pulled over. No fork. Napkins wrinkled up like someone already used them. I go back through having to wait. I ask for a fork. Handed to me. I was gone. Horrible service and should never have to wait that long with no one saying anything read more

Worst fast food experience of my life DO NOT GO HERE. Place is disgusting, staff was touching their face and sneezing near food and not washing hands, took 30 minutes for a DoorDash order to be fulfilled that was 3 items. This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. read more

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have been in. I was in line for 48 minutes!!!!! Insane. Like what are you doing lol this place also makes the worst Taco Bell. How is that possible?! read more

The last time I went there the staff was throwing food at each other and not washing their hands before they handled the food and they had no gloves on they were coughing and sneezing all on the food so I just left my food and walked out and I called and demanded a refund. read more

Placed a mobile order well before arriving. There was only one car ahead of me. Sat at the window for 30 minutes. Was missing items and had to go into the store. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me when all I needed was chips and cheese. And to add to the awful experience, the kitchen was DISGUSTING! I took this picture while waiting, but I couldn't get a good picture of the other side (which was probably worse). The closer you look the nastier it is... read more

The Taco Bell app was the dumbest thing they could've added this store I ordered ahead and still had to wait behind 7 cars no shade to the employees but they work at the opposite of speed of light you guys can measure that one.. Shade to the customers that swear that by pulling up and not allowing the mobile ordered cars to get in line they'll get their food ahead of time horrible design for drive thru.. Also cherry on top my food was COLD!!!! The 1 star was for them getting the order right :) God speed future customer read more

Need good worker that want to work they are short staff. Sad The in side was closed because short staff

Always hits the spot. I've never had a rude service worker. Always polite and friendly.

Don't come here often because they get more order wrong most of the time, but I came here for lunch today and everything I asked for was correct. The wait in the drive through line took a little longer than usual, but it was lunch time. Overall my experience here today was great. read more

If you want your food done correctly, without hair in it, or in a timely manner, go somewhere else. Oh yeah and all the workers don't wear gloves, hairnets and won't make your food, so they can go smoke together in a car out front. Absolutely the worst TB I've ever been too. And I'm never coming back! read more

I only wish there was a rating below 1 star. Ordered ahead and sat on the pick up line for over an hour. I can't explain how terrible this place is. read more

Got someone else's order. Just accepted the fact that it wasn't worth a trip back to get the right order. Food was beyond gross.

I just have to comment on Lenoir City's Taco Bell. In a word "Great!" The gentleman who took my order, was professional and friendly, and the lady who handed me my order had a smile on her face, and told me to have a wonderful day. I ordered the burrito supreme and a soft taco supreme and it was hot it looked exactly like the picture on the menu board! Great job! Thank you for a delicious lunch! read more

This place take 3 years to prepare food then it tastes horrible I spent 2 hours in the drive thru this place is horrid

I would give a 0 stars if possible. I waited in the drive thru line, which I could not exit due to the design, for well over 30 minutes (demonstrated by time stamps on my Walmart receipt, 12:51 and my Taco Bell, Lenoir City recept showing 1:34 and the fact that my 2 burritos and 4 tacos were all room temperature when I received them). There were only 6 cars in the drive thru and app order line when I arrived. However, while waiting 4 other cars entered the app order line and then pushed into the drive thru line per the design of the drive thru and app lanes. When we finally reached the window and received the food, as mentioned earlier, it was all room temperature. I will not use this Taco Bell again. read more

It's Taco Bell, the food was what I expected. The dining room and restroom was clean. But, what really stood out was the service. Three different employees offered assistance and twice I was told to have a great or "beautiful" day. That attention and friendliness are not often found in fast food. Makes me want to come back again. Nice job LC Taco Bell! read more

This Taco Bell is the worst of the worst! I sat in drive thru for 30 minutes to be told they only take cash and had to wait to get out another 30 minutes to get out of drive thru because I only had a card. They said you can order inside with card, so I did. But had to wait another 30 minutes to get two small items! Only stayed because I had already paid! It wasn't even busy inside! Stay away from this badly run dump! read more

This is probably the best taco bells around. Their shells are very soft, fresh and their employees really got it together. Its always fast coming in and out of the drive thru... Make sure you ask for sauce, they sometimes forget and you'll end up running back in the store to get it. Opened late. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but the experience i had tonight was AWFUL. Waited in line for 40 minuets before my order being taken. There's no way to get out of the line if people are behind you, so i was stuck. Finally got my order taken and it was another 20 minuets before i even got my food. If you need something quick, this is not the place to go. read more

I have it a one star because food rates horrible small items has old oil I decided to not eat my burrito and my chips they didn't say the full name if you have points don't spend it here you have been warned read more

Terrible service. 90% of the time I eat here I get Neely half of what I ordered. I wouldn't recommend eating here

Love the food. Really dislike that there are ONLY kiosks to order from. It pushes the customer away from getting the interaction with the employees. Meanwhile teaching the crew that they don't need customer service experience when everyone should be give the opportunity to get that particular training. Even McDonald's has the option to kiosk order or go to a greeter. I noticed that the pay for crew is $12 and manager is $14. Maybe if they would quit putting all the money into the electronics and instead increase the pay for their workers, they might have less of a turn over with employees. Also, I wish they'd go back to a more traditional taco belle decor rather than this keeping up with the joins modern changes. The modification store at headquarters needs to stop with the changes and focus on the people and employees. read more

New building but the same Taco Bell... lines super long with 30+ minute waits in the drive thru.

So to taco bell in Lenoir city your corporate office will be called tomorrow when all I did was ask y'all to please make sure my order was right because the last few times our orders been messed up and wrong I was not hateful or rude or anything about it so when we get home and open our food we pull out napkins that have this on it Shame on who ever done this is messed up and wrong and then when u call them they will not even answer and then when you go up there to talk to a manager she wouldn't even help or can clearly tell that's a women's hand writing the manager wouldn't even come talk to me so what does that tell you right there when last time I offered to bring the food and show them that was messed up and they said no they didn't need it and the time before that I literally walked into the store opened the food and showed them it was messed up so tell me where we are lying I would understand if I was hateful about it but I was not I said it nice as can be and said can you please just make sure they make the food right because we do mobile order and the kast few times we have had to come back because our order was messed or had missing food i was not rude hateful or anything the girl at the speaker was nice about it and said i will make sure its right i said thank you and everything was fine i wait in line get to the window get my food with no problem they put a extra freeze with my order because they messed up and made one for the vehicle in front of me and i said okay that's fine we dont mind and left get home open bag and find the napkins that said this seriously read more

I downloaded the yelp app specifically to leave a review at this Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell everywhere else in Knoxville but this one in Lenoir City is the worst experience I have ever had with fast food. I just sat in the drive thru line for 55 minutes before I got to the window and then they forgot my sauce and gave me the wrong drink. I will not be getting Taco Bell on my lunch break anymore. They desperately need more workers. This is embarrassing read more

This is quite possibly one of the worst Taco Bell locations I've ever gone too. Unfortunately we live in Lenoir city so it's our only option but every time you go through the drive thru it takes minimum 30min-over an hour. Order is rarely right, something is always missing or wrong, if you don't have to go to this location I wouldn't recommend it. Slow as molasses. read more

Food is never correct! Check your bag before leaving and be prepared to either 1)go inside receipt and bag in hand to get what was wrong or left out or 2)get back in the 15 minute drive through line you just came out of to correct your order then what was right in your order will be cold. Oh, there is a 3rd option...roll the dice and drive home only to find your food is missing or incorrect. Most people can eat whatever is thrown in the bag. I'm not most people. I refuse, and so does my stomach, to eat fake beef! I stick to beans only at Taco Bell!! I know this isn't real Mexican food hence the $1.00 menu but come on people I still want my dollar's worth!!! read more

I love Taco Bell but at this branch, they never seem to get my order correct and I never get home with all of my order. The taco salads have really decreased in quality. read more

If I could give no star I would its absolutely ridiculous that I'm not able to have my order from UberEats filled when there are two hours left till the store closes. I do not recommend spending your money here as obviously the people working do not care if they do their jobs or not. Will not be spending my money here again. read more

I went to this place at 9 pm and it wasn't even busy i ordered 4 simple items and i only received two. I got a Baja blast freeze and it literally tasted like soap... like how do you manage that. Then i had to come back and get my food later. This place always takes forever and you would think the food is fresh but it's not. read more

this should not be considered fast food this is the slowest Taco Bell on the planet. waited 40 min for our 4 items smh ridiculous

This place is garbage. They messed up our orders and failed to provide a receipt. When I called, they wouldn't fix our order without a receipt. We ordered two taco supreme 12 packs and received all original tacos. Also ordered cheese quesadillas for our kids and received chicken quesadillas that they won't eat because they don't like chicken. read more
