No issues with the drive thru here. Food tastes like Taco Bell. Which is whatever you want it to be. The Crunchwrap Supreme is why usually come here. Of course that dollar menu with the loaded nacho taco and chicken chipotle melt is always cheap and filling for quick bites. And their new bacon club chalupa is a unique one too. Taco Bell here is my go to after a night of shenanigans and the need for quick cheap American Mexican fast food. If that isn't American, I don't know what to tell ya. read more

Hey... four stars... Taco Bell... what!? I know that there a many negative Nellies that are upset with the quality of the food. It's Taco Bell!! Don't expect a fancy street taco with crumbled queso fresco and fresh Pico de Gallo. If you want that and have the time go wait in line a taco Bamba! Now, let's make a fair review is based on how well they meet the expectations of a Taco Bell meal. I go here quite often for breakfast. Number 11 with Steak and a Large Mt. Dew Baja Blast (tbh, 90% of the reason I started getting breakfast here was for that tasty juice!). However, I have developed a fondness for the breakfast wrap. They do a great job of not putting all the ingredients in one spot and it the flavor has been consistent. For the non breakfast menu, it's all as good as expected. Although the Doritos taco is a bit of a disappointment, they should have gone with the limited edition Monterey Jack cheese flavor! My only issue is with the amount of sauce packets. I know you have to ask for what you want and I always ask for some mild sauce; Sometimes they forget completely, luckily the last time I got a fistful of sauce packets and have extra at home. All in all, you get what you expect. Cheap a$$ tacos, mystery meat(still tasty, but is it really ground beef?? Here's a "quick" review of tonight's drive thru experience... Why did the drive thru line stop for 20+ mins after I ordered? I got stuck in line with only 4 cars ahead of me. I ended up just parking my car and waiting in line. Not sure what happened but it started moving again after a "long time"! I ordered the Chulpa Box from their app menu, but it doesn't appear on the drive-thru menu - which includes a beef chulpa, a beefy cheese & bean burrito and a some chips and queso. Someone didn't put the lid on the queso, so it sadly spilled out all over my bag! Where's the beef? I couldn't find any beef in my burrito until the very last bite! :( Sadly, I haven't any pictures of tonight's meal because it was SO messy the queso (cheese dip) spilled out all over the bag because they didn't put the lid on correctly! I'm giving it 3 stars tonight because the food was as expected, pretty tasty and hit the spot! The wait was terrible and the messy cheese all over the bag makes it loose 2 stars! Sadly my last 2 star rating is now a 1 star rating. Wow! I didn't think it could get any worse , but the drive thru line was not only long, it wasn't moving. I found out why when I got to the front. They were screwing up people's orders. They remade my Mexican pizza because I ordered it without beans and the receipt said no tomato. Hmmmm I don't think beans sound anywhere near like tomato! And if you don't like tomato why would you order a Mexican pizza!?! So apparently they replaced the bottom, once again with a line of beef down the middle, instead of covering the bottom with beef. Come on! It's not rocket science people! It's TexMex. They reused the same top Tostada because a) it had no tomato! and b) It was all broken! Geez people tostadas are not that expensive! If you screw up make a whole new one! Your mistake. Fix it right. The sign said "Now Hiring" and I can see why!!! All of our tacos were made badly too. The worst we've ever got! They either need to train their people better or get better employees. So sad nobody in this area wants to work or takes pride in a job well done. They are lucky to get 2 stars. Like most fast food chains in Leesburg they have horrible customer service and they just don't care. They screw up the orders. They rarely get it right. I'm certain they were open last night but closed early. I made a mobile order around 11pm. I went through the drive through, clearly people working and stated they were closed and to call the 800 number for a refund. No one wants to work in this area, they expect uncle sam or our government to support them. You go south, you don't have that problem. This was our go-to Taco Bell for years, but in the past 3 or 4 months, their accuracy rate has fallen to about 10% - 20%. No exaggeration, at minimum 4 of 5 orders are missing items or contain the wrong items. Did a good manager leave or something??? Anyway, unless you want to be disappointed at home, don't drive off until you check every item AND open each wrapper and make sure each item is what you wanted. I enjoy Taco Bell food and like to stop in from time to time. My family is not a big fan so I usually Just go for lunch when I am out alone. At my last job I used to regularly eat at Taco Bell (1-2 month) at a different location. I have lived near this Taco Bell since 2015 and have eaten or tried to eat here about 6-7 times. I would go more often but sadly I have NEVER had a positive a experience here. I went again yesterday's after about a 6 months reprieve hoping they had gotten their act together (maybe new management) but I was sadly wrong. The drive thru service has always been very very slow at this location for a fast food restaurant particularly my experience with Taco Bell. Interestingly this drive thru has an exit option which I have used several times before due to 20-25 minute wait times just to order. 75% of the time that I have gone my order from here has had an error or omission. Yesterday again was no exception. They got my drink wrong which I had to send back into the window. Despite being the only one in line at the time it took over 5 minutes to get my order filled AFTER ordering. Then one of my ordered items was missing tomatoes despite being 2 of the same thing. I was never offered any sauces and the server shut the window and walked away so I didn't stay to try and get his attention again. If your a fan of Taco Bell like I am you should avoid this location. You will likely be disappointed and frustrated as I have been over the years. I think yesterday's experience is the final straw for me at this location. Did I have a good experience? DID I, EVER! It was midday on a Saturday in March. I was hung over and hungry. I flipped a coin to decide where to eat; heads was for Taco Bell and tails was for Tropical Smoothie. I shrieked discontentedly upon the coin landing on tails and decided that I would pretend it had landed face-up instead, as I had made the decision in my head before ever relying on chance. I put my stretchiest pants on and commenced the long one and a half mile drive to the venerable eatery in question. I smoked a cigarette on the way. Yellowcard's blistering hard rocker, "Lights and Sounds," was playing on DC101. "Lucky me!" thought I, as I belted the chorus at the top of my lungs to the utter delight of the old woman at the stop light beside me. I have always been a Crunchwrap supreme guy, at heart, but today decided to give the old taste buds the thrill of the unknown and order a Mexican Pizza combo instead. The pizza was okay -- I didn't realize it had beans and am generally in opposition to the refried variety -- but the tacos. Dear God. The tacos. I have eaten at Taco Bell thousands of times and nothing before has even come close. Taco Ralph, the late, esteemed Lord and founder of Taco Ralph's Tacos and Burritos, the premier tex-mex spot in my hometown, is rolling in his grave because he died believing that his were the greatest. I've been to a great number of Taco Bell's in my day, and after visiting this location I just had to come on Yelp.com to give them a 5 star review. The crunchy tacos were expertly assembled, and the 7-layer burrito was rich with flavor. The real cherry on top was that they didn't judge me when I went back up to order seconds. I'm not one to review fast food joints, but I'm going to make an exception to the ones in Leesburg. All together there over 100 restaurants. My goal is to hit them all, so in my opinion this still counts as a restaurant. The Leesburg Taco Bell isn't any different than any other Taco Bell. They are fast, cheap, and the seating area is dirty. My expectations are not very high when I walk in here. On today's trip, my order was a soft taco, a crunchy taco, and a chicken quesadilla. All came out fast and hot. Taste wise, it was as expected. Filling but not awesome. This is still one the cheapest places to eat and they are open late. They also have a mini Pizza Hut inside, but you can only get personal pizzas here. I really haven't figured out why people are slobs in all Taco Bells. Don't people know how to clean up after each themselves? I can understand leaving extra napkins on the table. But why does everybody need to leave lettuce and cheese everywhere, then throw the sauce packets on the floor. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean you can be a slob and leave your crap everywhere. O.k., enough of me ranting about that. Overall, it was o.k. as is every trip I take here.
