This Taco bell Lathrop, CA. Is the worse fast food of all. the service is very slow especially drive-thru. We ordered 3x and there food are sold out. Really!!..Sometimes my order are wrong. Today we are very disappointed because we want to order "$5 build your own craving box" and the employee said they don't have that menu and they don't have the menu to press the order on the screen. so I don't understand. I saw at online or mobile order its showing but the employee doesn't know anything .they're very wasting my time we were at drive-thru about 15-26 minutes and we're stuck we cant get out because they don't have food and I tried to order Online and mobile and it doesn't work either. I tried to give this place 2 more chances with my iced coffee since the last time I reviewed. The first time the girl working there gave me hot iced coffee. The ice was melting and it just wasn't made properly. I asked her to remake it and she seemed offended. I told her why I'm asking it to be remade. She did it and it came out right that time. I returned today for an iced coffee before work and again the same employee did the same exact thing. I didn't even bother asking her to remake it since I didn't have the time to spare. After the 3rd or 4th time of missing items in my order I started asking "is everything in the bag?" I will pull up from drive through check the bag and sure enough there's something missing and 10 out of 10 times I walk into the store from the drive through to inform the staff of the missing item/s I never get an apology. The worst Taco Bell ever. I walked in and wanted to walk out. Disgusting is an understatement. The walls are dirty all the tables are dirty the soda machine is gross. Looks like no one ever cleans in there. My son needed to use the restroom and I seriously wanted to walk right back out. If it wasn't for him really needing to go I would have left right then and there it was so dirty! I told him not to touch anything! If 0 star rating was an option, certainly this place would receive that! First of all, they need to update their hours on yelp and online when searched on Google. We went on Friday at 9:20PM and tried to enter the drive through but the employee was standing outside and said they are closed. We were so confused as the online hours said they are open until 10:00PM and the yelp says they are open until 1:00AM. We tried to go inside and double check, the same employee comes back and in a very rude manner says they are closed and attemps to close the door on us. Horrible attitude! Even if she needed to let us know they were closed, that is in no way to talk to anyone. As we got back to our car, we noticed another customer walking out of the taco bell disppointed and looked upset. When he came near us and said the same thing that the employees are horrible. They had told him also that they are closed but he probably got in around 9:15PM. The manager of this place really needs to check in with the employees on customer service and PLEASE update your hours or HAVE THE PALCE OPEN UNTIL THE HOURS ARE LISTED ONLINE. read more

This Taco Bell was by far the most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever seen. Absolutely filthy inside and out! The food I ordered was cold the plain cheese quesadilla I ordered wasn't cooked and had little bits of lettuce and onions on it. I used the bathroom and it was worse then a gas station bathroom. Went through drive they today and dude never gave us back our debit card. Pulled over checked all over the truck and holders inside my purse hubby's wallet center console nothing. Couldn't find the receipt or card anywhere. I emptied out my purse just to make sure I didn't have it. Went inside no one at the counter had to ask for help. Told them I'm missing my debit card and if they had it. They guy goes and says yeah ok she'll bring it right up to you. Lady comes up w the card covered in a napkin and asked me name on card told her it and she's like no this isn't you card. So I'm like ok, well you guys have to have my card because I never received it back after we paid. She goes on to say no this is the only debit card we have here, there's no other debit cards. After I told her I just went through drive thru, the color of my cArd last four digits of the card and my order she tells dude in drive thru oh she was just in drive thru. She goes back there to talk to him telling me they don't have my card I waited and she comes back out and asked me again what's the name I seen it was green and I told her name last four digits and all she gives it to me. No apologies no nothing and walks away. My thing is she kept insisting that they don't have any other cards back there and that was the only one in her hands. But all of a sudden they come to find my card??? How many cards are they hiding back there and not returning to customers?? Stepping into this Taco Bell was like traveling back in time. The decor truly reflects the 80's /90's, which didn't really bother me, especially with how clean this place looked. The staff was really friendly and upbeat, and I got my food super fast. Food was satisfying! As a passer-by, I was happy to see their bathroom was clean, although I wish there was a men's and women's specific restroom, as well as automatic soap and paper towel dispenser to bring this location a bit up to date. read more

I went through the drive through and just ordered a beefy frito burrito and a soft potato taco. As soon as I put the order and drove up to the window the food was ready. Thought it was odd. But there was no one at the drive through so I didn't think anything of it. So this was the only thing I had eaten for lunch. Then later that day my stomach started feeling off. And the next day I was suffering of food poisoning along with a fever. I had never gotten food poisoning ever until this time.
