I've had plenty of experiences with this Taco Bell Location. When I lived in Lathrop. Every time my parents would go, they would always mess up something. And its just super annoying at this point. Like sometimes will miss a burrito, or something. But the last time I went. It was just awful. My Mom went thru the drive thru, and had ordered are food. But couldn't find her card, so we went to the front of the restaurant, so my mom could find the card. When the time she found it, she went inside. Hoping that the Cashier/Chefs had the food still. But they must've thrown it away or gave it to another person. Which was kinda dumb for them to do. Since my mom would comeback to pay for it. then my mom waits, to order. It took the cashier to help my mom forever. Once my mom ordered, we waited there almost half hour for our food. While I was waiting in the car, I noticed there was barely any cars in the drive thru, so I didn't see why they took so long. By the time my mom was getting upset for just waiting there. Another Lady goes in to complain, about them missing something which I'm not surprised about. The people that worked there, they automatically helped her. They knew we we're waiting for the food for almost a half hour. My Mom got so frustrated that she almost cancelled the order. So the next time your travelling and want Taco Bell. Not going to lie the bathrooms in this place seriously need some work. I understand the restaurant business and how management can really dictate how much time you have to detail items. So I don't really place this on the employee. This is up to management to set a clear standard and expectation of what is important. Despite all of this, Sarah was very upbeat and helpful. This Taco bell Lathrop, CA. Is the worse fast food of all. the service is very slow especially drive-thru. We ordered 3x and there food are sold out. Really!!..Sometimes my order are wrong. This place has the worst service. I ordered 4 crunchy tacos and 1 soft shell taco. I was on the freeway when I checked the bag and there were no tacos but it was a bag of burritos only. I went back and they said they would make it shortly. I was waiting for 5 minutes and they said they are going to make it right now. I have been waiting for about 30 minutes and 5 people came in, ordered, and got their food. Then I asked the worker if my food is ready and the worker said in a horrible attitude that the manager doesn't want to make it for us. We asked for a refund and the worker ignored us and finally after 10 minutes of waiting, they gave us a refund. If you are thinking about eating here, don't. I tried to give this place 2 more chances with my iced coffee since the last time I reviewed. The first time the girl working there gave me hot iced coffee. The ice was melting and it just wasn't made properly. I asked her to remake it and she seemed offended. I told her why I'm asking it to be remade. She did it and it came out right that time. I returned today for an iced coffee before work and again the same employee did the same exact thing. I didn't even bother asking her to remake it since I didn't have the time to spare. After the 3rd or 4th time of missing items in my order I started asking "is everything in the bag?" I will pull up from drive through check the bag and sure enough there's something missing and 10 out of 10 times I walk into the store from the drive through to inform the staff of the missing item/s I never get an apology. This Taco Bell was by far the most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever seen. Absolutely filthy inside and out! The food I ordered was cold the plain cheese quesadilla I ordered wasn't cooked and had little bits of lettuce and onions on it. I used the bathroom and it was worse then a gas station bathroom. If 0 star rating was an option, certainly this place would receive that! First of all, they need to update their hours on yelp and online when searched on Google. We went on Friday at 9:20PM and tried to enter the drive through but the employee was standing outside and said they are closed. We were so confused as the online hours said they are open until 10:00PM and the yelp says they are open until 1:00AM. We tried to go inside and double check, the same employee comes back and in a very rude manner says they are closed and attemps to close the door on us. Horrible attitude! Even if she needed to let us know they were closed, that is in no way to talk to anyone. As we got back to our car, we noticed another customer walking out of the taco bell disppointed and looked upset. When he came near us and said the same thing that the employees are horrible. They had told him also that they are closed but he probably got in around 9:15PM. Went through drive they today and dude never gave us back our debit card. Pulled over checked all over the truck and holders inside my purse hubby's wallet center console nothing. So I'm like ok, well you guys have to have my card because I never received it back after we paid. She goes on to say no this is the only debit card we have here, there's no other debit cards. After I told her I just went through drive thru, the color of my cArd last four digits of the card and my order she tells dude in drive thru oh she was just in drive thru. She goes back there to talk to him telling me they don't have my card I waited and she comes back out and asked me again what's the name I seen it was green and I told her name last four digits and all she gives it to me. No apologies no nothing and walks away. My thing is she kept insisting that they don't have any other cards back there and that was the only one in her hands. But all of a sudden they come to find my card??? How many cards are they hiding back there and not returning to customers?? Rude. I walked into this taco bell after a long day of work and 2 hours on the road. All the employees were sitting at the tables like they were customers. They acted like they were annoyed that I was there to purchase food. When I placed my order I asked for a simple substitution on my meal which I would have gladly paid more for since that is what I wanted to eat.
