    Burnt potatoes on my taco.

The only good thing about fast food was consistency. But you lost that over the years. The manager made my food and she still served me these old Burnt potatoes on my taco. I understand some average young kid that worked there, but it was the manager that made it what happened to standards.

When we arrived the employee behind the counter asked us if we were there for a delivery pick up? We said no and that we would like to order and he just said "oh" as if he was confused or irritated...? Kind of bizarre. We proceeded to order. The employees did not know how to apply virtual gift cards. My daughter got a $25 gc via email for her birthday and we were unable to use it. Two tried but they were completely dumbfounded and said there was no way to manually type in the card number, even though a # and pin was clearly listed on the email...I don't entirely blame them, this is clearly an annoying corporate issue. I paid for our meal. Not sure what to do with this email gift card now? What a waste of my friends money. On the bright side, My daughter was excited that the Mexican pizza was back and the rest of our food was up to par.

Fries are always good. Though this time cold. It's a new product so I'm not hating too bad but it was really good although I could ask for more of that jalapeño ranch, you can barely taste it for the price.

They did me dirtyyyy. The picture speaks for itself . Tasted like straight chalupa cardboard on top of having nothing in it I think it was left out or reheated cuz the second one tasted better. I feel like this could be good if they made it how it supposed to be made but they look like they are conserving and giving less. When I pay for what's advertised and get garbage it's just a waste of my money.

I will be leaving an 1 star review on every app about you guys for not helping or resolving my situation I ordered 5 bean cheese rice burritos with no rice haven't yet too recieved neither of them the fact I wanted too enjoy my meal but couldn't this is the second time this has happened you guys need too shut down I'm not happy with management nor the team service who ever I spoke too tonight I am not happy they couldn't help me in no way at all.

This is a bean and cheese burrito...Higher price...half the size.

Prices go up...portions go down. This is a joke of a bean and cheese burrito and the GREEDY CORPORATIONS have sealed their fate. Nobody is putting up with high priced, low quality food anymore. Taco Bell needs to go out of business.

Had to ask for my food twice and they finally brought it out. It was cold because they forgot it was sitting there.

I don't know why they ask you if you want sauce, they always forget to put some in the bag.

It is like any typical taqueria, nothing really extraordinary. I ordered asada tacos and was a bit unimpressed. There was a lot of meat but it was very dry and flavorless. I appreciated how juicy the limes were and the salsa verde was nice, but it was all very underwhelming. It was about $13 for the three tacos, so I expected them to be a bit better than what they were. Despite being a little busy, the food came out pretty quick. This spot is quite dingy. There is a lot of open seating but it is dirty and unkempt. When we were eating there, there was a homeless man seated inside screaming, ripping up newspapers and throwing them around, and playing with a lighter. Although there is an understanding that this is not a fine dining establishment, I think it is a bare minimum standard to host an environment where guests feel safe. It is very loud in there and very casual. It is accommodating for both small and large parties without prior reservation. Maybe the other menu items are better, but if you are looking for tacos, this would not be the best option.

Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made the night special. Amanda went above and beyond with her customer service. She made sure our flowers and balloons were delivered and beautifully arranged on our table waiting for us, such a thoughtful touch that made the evening even more memorable. Our server was also fantastic, attentive and friendly throughout the night. The food was next-level. They must have a new chef because this is hands-down the best Mexican food we've had in Las Vegas. My carne asada chef's special tacos were incredibly juicy and packed with flavor (unlike the dry ones you often get elsewhere). The queso fundido and fresh guacamole were excellent, my wife's shrimp entrée was outstanding, and the flan was truly unique, my daughter said it was the best she's ever had. Every dish was a hit, and the cocktails were fantastic too. Everyone in our group raved about their meals. If you're looking for delicious Mexican food and wonderful service in downtown Las Vegas, look no further. La Mona Rosa is highly recommended!

We spoke for a bit and he had a nice table set up for us right at opening. We enjoyed their brunch service for 6. It was dish after dish of foods that were wonderful and we finished it off with churros and chocolate mousse. Very good food presented very professionally. That and a few drinks made for a great Saturday the 25th. If I were to make any criticism it was the music was way too loud. Blade twice went to turn it down but somebody else in the staff kept turning it up to what even seemed to be Blades frustration. Made it a little difficult to have a comfortable conversation. Maybe at night when the atmosphere is not nice dining and more bar club the music should be that loud. Regardless we had a wonderful meal and a nice experience even if we had to speak loudly to each other. Blade the server was a huge part of the overall experience.

When they called my name, I went to the counter and notice that they got my order wrong...they gave me a pollo asado taco, instead of a pollo asado burrito with cheese. I swear I had told the lady that took my order that I wanted a pollo asado burrito, but perhaps I was wrong, or perhaps she was mistaken with what I ordered. Either way, I am not one to make a fuss, as restaurant workers already work hard (especially the workers at this place), so their ears didn't need a brat like me to give them an earful about getting my order wrong during peak lunch hours. Anyways, I pointed out the mistake, and mentioned if I can order a pollo asado burrito. An older gentleman (who appeared to be the owner/manager/someone important) working behind the counter said don't worry about it...he'll make the burrito and call my name when it's ready. I thanked them profusely, went back to my seat and didn't even finish my al pastor taco, because they had called my name in less than a minute. WOW! That's customer service right there! I wouldn't even put The Taco Stand on the top of my list of best mexican food in Vegas, even though their food is pretty damn good, but with customer service like this, they've made the jump on my list, and I'll be returning to eat there more often!
