I always get breakfast crunch wraps here. Today I went and got one, bit into it and it was cold. Went back through the drive through to let them know. The guy on the intercom tells me that there are cold ingredients in it, such as the cheese and sauce. Yeah no, it's beyond that. This is the worst location I've ever been. We just went tonight at 9 something and ordered our regular potatoes soft taco and wanted the sauce on the side. The manager refused to do sauce on the side instead wants to charge extra for the sauce, even though we don't extra we just want it ON THE SIDE!!!!! I don't understand how hard it is to remember hot sauce at Taco Bell, but for some reason no Taco Bell ever remembers to include it in my order. They do a switch and bait tactic if you use their app. We ordered on the app to a store that was close to our house, once our order was completely paid for, they then sent confirmation our order was received, however it was sent to a store completely across town. This Taco Bell has been here for all my Mexican food cravings. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The drive thru employees are very friendly and always ask how I am before I order... Even if the drive thru line is long, it always moves quickly. Sometimes, if you order pizza, since this one is a Taco Hut, they will have you pull up and wait whilst your pizza cooks.
