The person did not repeat my order back to me, when I got to the window, they tried to charge me for someone else's order, I ordered lemonade and was not told that they only had the hibiscus lemonade and I was just given that, I asked for a Coke instead and was given a root beer which I discovered when I got home, and part of the food order was also wrong once I got home and actually looked at the food. Bottom line is that I like mustard on my cheeseburgers so I ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup and extra mustard (I tried not specifying that and got very little mustard the last time). What I got was the result of a pissed off line worker who went the extra mile and bathed my burger in mustard. I turned around and went back to the restaurant to make my feelings known. When asked if this was 'extra mustard' the reply was 'yes'. When I asked if this was acceptable the answer was 'no'. Now I am pissed! Either this was an employee problem OR I am making something of nothing! She went around in circles with this logic for a good 5 min until she got frustrated and got a manager who immediately understood that this was beyond what is normal, validated what I was saying, and had someone else remake my burger correctly.
