People came and went. Patrons got their food. I was apparently invisible. And I had driven a LONG way from home, over an hour to get here, and over a decade of planning to visit someday. It shouldn't take 20 minutes just to have someone acknowledge a customer, especially with a full staff - seriously no fewer than eight people working the counter inside - and a half-filled restaurant that wasn't exactly overwhelming the staff. It wasn't anywhere near the busy dinner house, off-peak for sure! One employee was handling a couple of cars waiting for food and that one table of smokers. They couldn't have one girl working the outside and eight working a half-filled dining room could they? I've said this before in my online reviews.
