If I could leave a half a star. or even barely a star I would. This is the most horrible managed, worst attitudes by employees I've ever seen call themselves a McDonald's. 3 years and I've yet to get a thank you after I got my order, let alone they don't even look you in the face! just horrible attitudes. every promo literally barely lasts a week and you have to drive to the town just to partake in the promo item. like what's the point?! they ran out of the grinch stuff in literally not even 2 weeks in and was so rude about the situation they hand written signs saying they aren't coming back they are out.. like why leave the promo signs up then? now.. they bring the McRib back and they can't even keep those in stock! like what in the absolute hell is going on with this place? to add.. I ordered a sandwich and added a tomato. it was like 20-40 extra cents more and the tomato wasn't even the size of my thumb nail.. ordered a McRib and I've ordered those since I was a child I know what comes on them.. 3 pickles and 3 onions. these idiots put one pickle on it and it's so tiny you don't even taste it. the onions look and taste like they been sitting there all day. and it's slivers.. and they can't even base the meat correctly.. how the fuck you mess up a McRib? u twirl a piece of meat in a pan. you put it on the bun (not sideways) and u add pickle and onion and wrap it up.. not hard. the manager of this establishment needs replaced and FAST your employees and their attitudes reflect back on how they are taught to be towards their guest. morning, mid, nights it's all Ass. I wouldn't care if they shut the entire place down entirely until they can hire people who fit the standards of a restaurant who is the face of the Ronald McDonald house. these sorry excuses of "employees" and poorly lead managers give every thing this company stands for outside their food a very bad name. And for fuck sake how hard is it to throw a straw in the bag and change the damn syrup in ur drinks? take pride in what you do for Christ sakes. literally the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I'm sadly forced to only have this shit hole as a option as it's the only one in our area close to home. Food is *always* on time, the ambience is calm, almost serene, and the service is ***unrivaled***.

Worst service ever. Wish the owner would sale so a real business personnel could take over the facility. Not manage properly with no rush pilot five cars at a time and drive-through and then mix up all the orders inside they mix up all the orders. It just needs to be re-established. read more

They absolutely suck, got our order wrong TWO was other people in the lobby with wrong orders too! The manager herself had to come out herself and she "assumingly" fixed all the orders. Okie dokie, sooooo what could possibly make a restaurant ( fast food ) or otherwise sooooo bad? Having reviews dating back 7 years that are horrible! Poor ownership and really poor management thus leading to poor employee quality and workmanship. I went to this restaurant several nights ago. Through the drive thru, pretty simple order: 1 quarter pounder, 1 double quarter pounder, 1 small fry. Now, although this sounds like an order for a Lockheed Martin fighter jet, it's really not. I paid and was told to go wait in one of the stalls off to the side. As we're waiting, and employee came out and asked if they could see my receipt, so they could verify my order. The employee proceeded to say " I'm sorry for this inconvenience, but this McDonalds sucks! The food sucks and it's a horrible place to work ". Please refer to the comments above ( poor ownership, poor management, poor employee workmanship ) Can only imagine what's really happening to the food we can't see being prepared! I'm including a picture of my burger thrown in the box with an I don't care about customer's feeling to it. I will not be eating at this restaurant again! As the posts of previous customers have echoed over 7 years this is not a good place to eat or work! I would give zero stars if possible. I called the local McDonald's in Lafayette TN. I work in a nursing facility of 26 residents today is national cheese burger day and our staff wanted to serve cheese burgers from there to our residents for dinner tonight at 5 pm. It would of been a large order so I called before 11:30 am and was told to call back. Once I called back I was told that they were in "rush" and to call back after 1 pm, and not very nicely either. I called back after 1 and before I could even finish what I was saying I was told the same thing. Sad that they wouldn't take time to allow us to order for our elderly in our own community. Again, whomever is answering the phone is not very nice, sure hope she isn't in a supervisor position. This is very disappointing to me. Each time we have attempted to order there it's always some issue. We have no issues with other local food places, they are always happy to take time to help us order for our residents. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for my order to be taken in the lobby but they couldn't even get my order right. Burgers are always slopped to the side. They always forget sauces and drinks. When I went to get my order corrected, they wouldn't even come up to me after I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I had three workers and the manager walk past me before anyone even came up. It shows that the workers aren't even properly trained. I've tried giving this McDonald's a chance again and again. It sucks absurdly. Some of the workers are also very rude and disrespectful. Even had one roll their eyes at me. Ridiculous. Service is always slow every time I come here to eat. If you want to wait the approximate time that I did and waste your money down the drain for sloppy food, look no further than the Lafayette Mcdonald's. The manager/management is absolutely miserable. It is an embarrassment and a disgrace to this McDonald's. I also don't know how on god's green earth corporate hasn't straightened things up at this place. Shame on all of them. This McDonald's is so frustrating. The past couple months they have gotten so bad at making frappes and the hot McCafés. They don't make them wrong or anything they just don't give you what you pay for. When I order a large McCafé drink from ONLY this McDonald's they only fill the cup up half way. If I order a large I actually get a medium in a large cup, if I get a medium then I get a small but in a medium cup. Then I asked them about it and they said their machine settings weren't right but they have yet to fix them. Most fast food places have an unwritten policy to "fluff not stuff fries" and now they're doing the same with McCafé drinks only they fluff them with whip cream so maybe you won't notice that your only getting half a cup of what you ordered. Everytime I go there I have to take my drink back and ask them to please give me a large drink not a medium drink in a large cup. I wish there was a Starbucks in this town. No other McDonald's that I've been to have given me drinks like this, only the one in Macon county. It's a minor issue but omg it's so frustrating. It drives me crazy. read more

They get absolutely everything wrong on your order. One night I went in there and order a sausage and biscuit and waited at the window for 30 minutes and never got my food. When I went in they totally forgot that I was still sitting at the window and didn't even have my food ready. read more

So we sent my son with a gift card that we got for Christmas. He went through the drive through placed his order and got up to the window and handed them the gift card. They proceeded to tell him they couldn't take it and he needed to come back with cash. He came home and my husband called and said they couldn't accept debit cards or anything because their internet was down. Don't you think a sign on the drive through menu would of helped.
