Although the food is straight fire, my friend cannot experience the heavenly death that is Taco Bell. We are on order number 300 and his was number 274 and my other friend Alex Despacito needs to study for macro Econ. This turned from a delicate experience into a boujee one real fast. Yesterday I purchased a $9.00 box for $10.06 at our local Taco Bell here in Kodak, TN. The chicken in the burrito was way over cooked, very tough and dry, so much so that I could not chew it. The tacos were so thin, approximately 1/8" and filled to about 1/3rd of their capacity. There was way more taco shell than filling, by far, and no sauce. They got my order wrong, I wanted a soft taco with my combo but got a hard one instead. Also, the meat was placed sloppily on the taco because it was all over the bag. Also the Crunchwrap was more tortilla than anything, I've been to other locations and this one felt extremely skimpy there were barely any beans or meat on the meal. Walked in as usual and ordered from the self-order kiosk machine. Usually I never have a problem with Taco Bell but there were multiple new employees that were more concerned with an upcoming meeting than fulfilling orders. Ordered some bean burritos for my vegetarian girlfriend and received three all meat burritos. In addition, I ordered two chicken quesadillas for myself and received burnt, brown and black partial resemblances of quesadillas. I don't understand how multiple employees can all fail to correctly read an order and execute the order. Whatever new employees have been hired at this Taco Bell need better training and need to learn how to read. I will be encouraging my friends to take their business to Viktor's Taco shortly down the way for better quality of food where the employees can successfully carry out an order. read more

The woman who got my order wrong at the drive thru window EVEN admitted to getting it wrong yet I sat in the drive thru and listened to the COOKS talking HORRIBLY about me saying "She's wrong" and that "she should just leave." I have gotten more orders wrong than right even after learning you have to repeat yourself multiple times to the incompetent staff. They still get it wrong. 5th time through this drive thru where I've received attitude, lying saying they can't add food at the window for whatever their excuse is. Spoke with TJ the store manager & he was very respectful and told me there is no such rule or policy. Today I went through and asked to add something at the window to see if this had changed and nope. I have yet to have a good experience at this taco bell but for some reason I keep giving it a chance. I don't know what it is about the workers here but they give the worst service- slow, preoccupied and insufficient. Most recently, After waiting 20 minutes for our food, only one of the orders was called and it was missing half of the ordered food. The second order was just sitting out in the open, unwrapped. It was not until I pointed out to the worker that my food was there that they finally wrapped my food and gave me my food... after calling out 8 orders after mine. I notice the Taco Bell around the Knoxville area are being remodeled. Hopefully soon this location will undergo the remodel process. It will attract more customers and make the place more attractive to eat. read more
