Although the chicken chalupa box was a good draw in, I was severely disappointed in the service my friend rich boy Noah received. He is from Atlanta and has grown accustomed to the rich lifestyle of good service. He ordered his food at the same time we did and we all got our food except him. Although the food is straight fire, my friend cannot experience the heavenly death that is Taco Bell. We are on order number 300 and his was number 274 and my other friend Alex Despacito needs to study for macro Econ. This turned from a delicate experience into a boujee one real fast. Your boy is irked but content with his food. I would have given this review 5 starts but minus four because cops were outside. Plus one though because I got feat. On some chick I don't know snap story. Ps we have all finished our food and drink and rich boy noah is still waiting on his steak quesadilla All in all, Taco Bell is my second favorite bell in America, second only to the Liberty Bell. God is so great. Fire butch. read more

Do you like waiting for 20 minutes while your food gets cold? Do you like not being acknowledged while standing and waiting for your food? This is the place for you! The funniest part, there was an employee on break literally telling me they know I am there. Also, there is not a drive thru here anymore. It is a nightmare getting in coming from downtown area, the parking is pretty limited also. read more

Yesterday I purchased a $9.00 box for $10.06 at our local Taco Bell here in Kodak, TN. The chicken in the burrito was way over cooked, very tough and dry, so much so that I could not chew it. The tacos were so thin, approximately 1/8" and filled to about 1/3rd of their capacity. There was way more taco shell than filling, by far, and no sauce. This was the first time I've been to Taco Bell in a while, may be a long time before I visit again. read more

the staff at this restaurant seemingly can not be bothered to put the smaller items like straws and sauce in the bags. can not tell you the amount of times these people have failed to include simple things like sauce packets and straws. you have idiots working here read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION OFF OF UBER EATS/DOOR DASH LATE AT NIGHT this place has screwed me over 3 times now. They are understaffed and my dashers will send me a picture of 20 drivers waiting for food to be made. You'll order at midnight and they won't bring it until 3am. I'm not joking. Do not waste your money! read more

The food was great and customer service was amazing I'm coming back to this location for sure.

Wonderful staff and they always work hard to get your order right! They know what they are doing at this Taco Bell.

They accommodated my special requests for no cheese and were very nice. And they remembered my mild and hot sauce

Ordered through DoorDash, every thing was correct. Burritos had a great ratio of ingredients and I got all my sauce

Messed up the whole order. Specifically asked for things to not be in the burritos and they failed to do that. Couldn't eat over half of the order. Don't go here. Just drive a little further to a different one. read more

Walk in hours are until 10 pm but they locked the doors at 8:45 pm and refused to help without a car in the drive thru.

Let me start by saying, for me to take one out of my night to leave comment on Taco Bell, you know it must be TERRIBLE! Drive thru tonight, my taco supremes only had meat and lettuce, no tomatoes, cheese, or sour cream. My steak q. burrito, they forgot to put the sauce which is what makes it good, and why even ask me if I want hot sauce if you are not going to put it into the bag. TERRIBLE! read more

It's Taco Bell. You already know what you're gonna get. Get off yelp and go eat your dog food. Pretty good bathroom. 2/5

They got my order wrong, I wanted a soft taco with my combo but got a hard one instead. Also, the meat was placed sloppily on the taco because it was all over the bag. Also the Crunchwrap was more tortilla than anything, I've been to other locations and this one felt extremely skimpy there were barely any beans or meat on the meal. I'm not One to write reviews let alone bad ones, but I didn't even get my receipt so the overall experience was pretty terrible I would just got to another location next time. read more

I would give this 0 stars if it was possible. I just got some crunchy tacos that had almost nothing in them. 75% shell 12.5%meat and 12.5% lettuce and cheese. Seriously I don't know what stingy mf you had back there making tacos today, around 1:20 on December 8th but they suck at their job and need to be re-educated how to make a fucking taco read more

this taco bell has terrible service. I ordered 40 minutes ago and it said ten minutes until ready. Im standing outside freezing and im sure my order is inside freezing as well. on the door it says doors open until two, but they locked them before i got there. maybe this taco bell is scared of good reviews. if i could i would give this establishment negative stars, but i guess one will do. not good read more

Walked in as usual and ordered from the self-order kiosk machine. Usually I never have a problem with Taco Bell but there were multiple new employees that were more concerned with an upcoming meeting than fulfilling orders. Ordered some bean burritos for my vegetarian girlfriend and received three all meat burritos. In addition, I ordered two chicken quesadillas for myself and received burnt, brown and black partial resemblances of quesadillas. I don't understand how multiple employees can all fail to correctly read an order and execute the order. Whatever new employees have been hired at this Taco Bell need better training and need to learn how to read. I will be encouraging my friends to take their business to Viktor's Taco shortly down the way for better quality of food where the employees can successfully carry out an order. read more

This is one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. They have messed up my order every single time I've gone and what food you do end up getting is a hot mess. It's always thrown together, falling apart, or half empty taco shells. I'd rather drive 10 minutes to the next closest location than eat here again read more

I understand this is COVID times, and it is not easy to deal with any type of work at this time, i have gone in many Taco bells in the country, I strongly believe this TACO BELL Location is the worst in service then in any in the Country. Very disappointing quality and service. read more

It's pretty unbelievable. I went to order my food the same order I ALWAYS get. The woman who got my order wrong at the drive thru window EVEN admitted to getting it wrong yet I sat in the drive thru and listened to the COOKS talking HORRIBLY about me saying "She's wrong" and that "she should just leave." The disrespect and embarrassment I felt FOR ORDERING the correct THING and PAYING for it but getting verbally harassed is UNREAL. I hope NO one else has to go through that just to get their FOOD because at this point I'm even scared to EVEN EAT IT. read more

Worst tacobell I've ever been too. Workers don't clean anything and just sit there on their phones. Restaurant is nasty and takes forever to make food. Food tastes absolutely disgusting and this restaurant and is a disgrace to all tacobells nationwide. read more

waited 45 min in dining room for a cheese quesadilla. i saw a frustrated guy, from waiting so long, that he offered the staff $20 to make his meal before anyone else. they took it and did it. there was a long line at the drive thru, so i know they were busy.. but 45 min for a cheese quesadilla?? worst taco bell experience i've ever had in my life... and i've had a lot of taco bell. i'd recommend going somewhere else. my friend left furious. read more

I love tacobell.. But i hate this one. Half my food is cold. The lady up front told me i couldnt pay extra for something i wanted in my meal. Dr. Pepper is straight up horrible. And im so tired of restraints not giving a tray. Doesnt exactly make people feel welcomed read more

I've been to this place many times before COVID started, and they have sucked every single time I've been. The employees constantly close hours early, and they get my order wrong more often than they get it right. I love Taco Bell, but this one makes me reluctant to get it. I don't even want to order from here because they are so negligent to my order, so who knows how they might be prepping the food. I've never posted a help review in my life, but the repeated problems I have with this place have compelled me to write this. FIX IT!!! read more

You can expect bad service at Taco Bell, but this location outdoes itself. I have gotten more orders wrong than right even after learning you have to repeat yourself multiple times to the incompetent staff. They still get it wrong. When they do get it right , it's so poorly mad it's pathetic. Stay away from this location at all costs. The staff is horrible and careless. read more

5th time through this drive thru where I've received attitude, lying saying they can't add food at the window for whatever their excuse is. Spoke with TJ the store manager & he was very respectful and told me there is no such rule or policy. Today I went through and asked to add something at the window to see if this had changed and nope. Girl told me it's a rule she has been told to always follow, however no one was behind me and I told her that's noT even a policy and she tried to argue it? Definitely the last time I'll be through here dealing with liars. When a stores open until 2am, and your employees take it upon themselves to close early for whatever excuse they have. That is however many hours that are being lost for business and the employees need to understand that it is stealing which is grounds for termination when you stay on the clock and do no work when you decide to close early and just hangout. If I were the owner or store manager of this location, I would clean house immediately. read more

Stays open pretty late. If you are catching a late bus and need something quick then at least you know you have a place to eat after 9.

I have yet to have a good experience at this taco bell but for some reason I keep giving it a chance. I don't know what it is about the workers here but they give the worst service- slow, preoccupied and insufficient. Most recently, After waiting 20 minutes for our food, only one of the orders was called and it was missing half of the ordered food. The second order was just sitting out in the open, unwrapped. It was not until I pointed out to the worker that my food was there that they finally wrapped my food and gave me my food... after calling out 8 orders after mine. Mind you there were 11 people in the whole restaurant, not busy at all. Not much to stay about the food (once it arrived) 5/10 food read more

I have been to this Taco Bell numerous times, and my experience has been mixed. Sometimes they do a good job but I have a feeling a few of their employees don't care about the restaurant.
