One of the nicest taco bells I've been to! Clean and food was correct (except for my freeze drink, but I liked the flavor so I don't mind). I used the kiosk so I didn't really interact with the employees, but they seemed jovial and like they enjoyed being here. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Kinston, North Carolina

I wish I could choose no stars. the people they hire do not care when making the food or serving the food. Today I went and got grilled steak burrito, 3 nacho fries, cheesy Gordita crunch and chicken quesadillas. where to start? The fries tasted funny and there was barely any fries in any of the containers. the cheesy Gordita crunch had very little meat and looked absolutely disgusting. The grilled steak burrito was smaller than normal with barely anything in it. it was mostly tortilla shell. The quesadilla was completely stuck to the paper. the only good thing about the meal, was my daughter drink. read more

Arguably the worst restaurant in Kinston. Incompetent staff and the food is nasty. No one cares and it really shows. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

I was very pleased with this location actually. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Also, they were out of something that I ordered so they supplemented it with an extra taco and some vouchers for a couple free ones! Most places I go to wouldn't even bother so thumbs up for me here. read more

Terrible...I can't even believe this place is open. We ordered a taco SUPREME 12 pack and only received 11 tacos---none of which were Supreme. We also ordered a Cinnabon delight iced coffee which wasn't included with our order. We also ordered a beef Supreme Chalupa meal that wasn't included. Seriously, this is ridiculous. Reading and counting must not be a high priority in the hiring process. The existence of such a poorly ran establishment should concern Taco Bell and is a terrible representation for the city of Kinston, North Carolina. Take some pride in your work! Update: we've tried to call and speak to a manager about the general incompetence in his establishment and it doesn't even ring before going to a prerecorded message---nice. read more

Customer service sucks , left customers in the waiting area on there phones and rude when asking for a sauce saying I have to pay ON top of what I did when I ordered it and paid for it read more

First time i went was great.. then they change the hours.. i went again it was closed rather by noon.. and again i go there and it's closed yet the open sign is on full view.. irresponsible and disrespectful! if there's an emergency put a note and that's all but more than once?! read more

Just ordered #6 from drive thru.... 2 chalupas 1 taco. Both Chalupa shells were so stale it was difficult to both through. Taco shell was stale as well. I called the manager and told her about this and told her I just threw $10.00 out the window. She didn't seem to care at all. STAY AWAY from this @$&& HOLE GHETTO location!! ZERO STarzzzzz THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!!! It is a total embarrassment to the Taco Bell Chain!!! read more

Food is hot, the drinks are cold, and we've had no issues with our orders coming over. The associates are respectful. Nothing about this particular location leaves an impression like "Oh man, I've got to get back here" but at the same time they offer a service and deliver that service. So if you're in the area and hunger strikes and you just have to have Taco Bell, this location will get the job done for you. Also, be mindful of the awkward drive thru location. It's a tad bit tight. read more

Decided to stop here for lunch. Was greeted at the drive thru by a woman whose voice sounded irritated at the fact we were there. We proceeded to order at which point she told us the Baha Blast machine was down. Disappointing. Got to the window and everything went fine. As we start pulling out we realize we weren't given a fork.. lovely. Our drinks are wrong My crunch wrap smells and tastes as if it were soaked in a chemical of some kind. So basically, we did not get to eat lunch. read more

Stop there one night before going to work and it will be the last night I ever stop there...I called out a complete order and come to find out they were out of beef. Then I decided to get the chicken quesadilla. Big mistake!!! Tore my stomach all to hell!!! I'm done with Taco Hell!!!!! read more

Incompetent idiots!!! Arrived in Kinston at 10pm...rode a motorcycle 5 miles to go to Taco Bell after being on the road for 5 hours, when I got back to our hotel, I found we had less than half if what we ordered so I called and had to go back...you'd think having to make another trip back to get the rest of our order in the middle of the night...they would compensate you somehow...barely got a "oh sorry about that"...on top of that, the crunch wrap I had to go back for was mediocre at best...it was maybe 1/3 full of ingredients. I know one thing..."if" we ever come back to this town, taco bell is where we "WON'T EAT" Poor customer service, incompetent employees, they need to clean house and start over with a fresh staff!!! read more

I went there today and used the app to preorder. The food was good and service was friendly. However, I ordered four quesadillas and was given the mini quesadillas instead...which is $11.96 difference. I didn't notice until I made it home and my kids complained why it was so small. So disappointed but I will call tomorrow and speak to someone as that is a pricey mistake. read more

The food was good however they messed up our order twice. When we first went through the drive thru they forgot to add a tea with no ice to our order, we told them at the window and they were out of tea so they gave me a mountain dew instead (which is perfectly fine) but they gave me ice. I didn't want ice. Then when I was eating my food I noticed they didn't give me 2 soft taco supremes, they just gave me to regular soft tacos. We'll probably go there again but I'm not very happy about this time. read more

Starting to act like McDonald's ice cream machine with their slushy machine. Been twice in 2 weeks and it is down. Down during happy hour where it is cheaper. Hmmm? At least McDonalds down the street had them. Don't push a product if you are not going to be able to keep up with the demand read more

Horrible customer service. Cashier kept rolling her eyes as we tired to order food. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her evening. Trying to read the menu board for calories and she gave us an attitude about what we should get. We will never come back to this store. read more

There to me is nothing good about this place. Go there at 9 am when they are suppose to be serving breakfast and they say the are out but aren't cooking anymore. Then every time I have been there my order has been completely wrong. I go there about a week ago and get 4 cinnamon stick things and becuase I have my dog with me the girl at the window "throws" the food at me. I will never go back there again. read more
