I wish I could choose no stars. the people they hire do not care when making the food or serving the food. Today I went and got grilled steak burrito, 3 nacho fries, cheesy Gordita crunch and chicken quesadillas. where to start? The fries tasted funny and there was barely any fries in any of the containers. the cheesy Gordita crunch had very little meat and looked absolutely disgusting. The grilled steak burrito was smaller than normal with barely anything in it. it was mostly tortilla shell. Terrible...I can't even believe this place is open. We ordered a taco SUPREME 12 pack and only received 11 tacos---none of which were Supreme. We also ordered a Cinnabon delight iced coffee which wasn't included with our order. We also ordered a beef Supreme Chalupa meal that wasn't included. Seriously, this is ridiculous. Reading and counting must not be a high priority in the hiring process. The existence of such a poorly ran establishment should concern Taco Bell and is a terrible representation for the city of Kinston, North Carolina. Take some pride in your work! Just ordered #6 from drive thru.... 2 chalupas 1 taco. Both Chalupa shells were so stale it was difficult to both through. Taco shell was stale as well. I called the manager and told her about this and told her I just threw $10.00 out the window. She didn't seem to care at all. STAY AWAY from this @$&& HOLE GHETTO location!! Food is hot, the drinks are cold, and we've had no issues with our orders coming over. The associates are respectful. Nothing about this particular location leaves an impression like "Oh man, I've got to get back here" but at the same time they offer a service and deliver that service. So if you're in the area and hunger strikes and you just have to have Taco Bell, this location will get the job done for you. Also, be mindful of the awkward drive thru location. Decided to stop here for lunch. Was greeted at the drive thru by a woman whose voice sounded irritated at the fact we were there. We proceeded to order at which point she told us the Baha Blast machine was down. Disappointing. Got to the window and everything went fine. As we start pulling out we realize we weren't given a fork.. lovely. Our drinks are wrong My crunch wrap smells and tastes as if it were soaked in a chemical of some kind. I went there today and used the app to preorder. The food was good and service was friendly. However, I ordered four quesadillas and was given the mini quesadillas instead...which is $11.96 difference. I didn't notice until I made it home and my kids complained why it was so small. Arrived in Kinston at 10pm...rode a motorcycle 5 miles to go to Taco Bell after being on the road for 5 hours, when I got back to our hotel, I found we had less than half if what we ordered so I called and had to go back...you'd think having to make another trip back to get the rest of our order in the middle of the night...they would compensate you somehow...barely got a "oh sorry about that"...on top of that, the crunch wrap I had to go back for was mediocre at best...it was maybe 1/3 full of ingredients. The food was good however they messed up our order twice. When we first went through the drive thru they forgot to add a tea with no ice to our order, we told them at the window and they were out of tea so they gave me a mountain dew instead (which is perfectly fine) but they gave me ice. I didn't want ice. Then when I was eating my food I noticed they didn't give me 2 soft taco supremes, they just gave me to regular soft tacos.
