Solid Taco Bell. We were just passing through to get to our Airbnb and needed something to eat after the drive up from Mesa. We have been to this location a few times over the years. Friendly servers and literally fast food. Made right and made hot. Can't go wrong with that. We have not ever been inside the store, but it always looks clean and has people inside. Friendly staff, food was gross though. There was not a long line, wasn't very busy. Cold fries, super hot cheese sauce, all the tortillas were cold and firm, everything else was cold too. Not served at a safe temperature for consumption. Most of it was tossed in the trash $$$ read more

When the nacho fries first came out they had a nacho fries supreme. They don't make that anymore, so I asked a crew member, Sebastion, if he could make one like that. I ordered thru the app the following: My Cravings Box - drink, chips & cheese, 5 layer beef burrito, and a Crunchwrap supreme Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito (2) When I arrived I let them know I was there so they could make it (what I've been told in the past). I asked if the bag sitting on the counter (without a box or a drink or name or order #) was mine. I was told it was not my order. Then they had to find my order to make it. So I'm waiting for them to make it. The manager calls out my name for something else I ordered when I arrived and I told him I was waiting for my app order. He asks his employees and they tell him it's on the counter. Now, they told ME that wasn't wasn't mine and I had watched multiple people go up, open it, and look inside. It had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes - as it was there BEFORE I arrived. So the manager tells them to remake (even though they should've already made it according to what they told me!) ‍. I show him my order. I made sure to tell them without tomatoes, no chipotle sauce, extra ranch.... Well, the chicken burritos were mostly tortilla with lettuce and tomato....one had 5 little cube pieces of chicken...the other had 3 little cube pieces of chicken. Very little ranch. No cheese. The chips and nacho cheese....cheese was good and warm. Chips were chewy and stale. The Crunchwrap Supreme was flimsy and had hardly any thing in it. Nacho cheese...maybe a teaspoon? As a regular customer of this location, I was disappointed when I ordered at the drive thru on Monday May 2, 2022. I ordered the Diamondback 5 run special of 3 free crunchy tacos with purchase of a large drink. Lady taking orders said " we don't do that". This taco bell has given me good service through the drive-thru; the staff always seem friendly. It's the food that needs help, I'm not sure why the food tastes more bland and drier than other taco bells; since it seems busy I would think product turnover would be higher. This Taco Bell was well managed. The staff were all great. I have a severe allergy to milk, they paid attention and made sure my order was perfect. Was shocked to find a Taco Bell with not only good food, but a great atmosphere. The restaurants was tidy to top it off. The management at this location should be proud of their workers. To make sure I pin point the exact location, I am referring to the location near the Flying J here in Kingman Az. We travel across country and this is the best I've seen so far. GREAT! It IS taco bell, you can't expect a red carpet, but I think this one was the cleanest I've ever been to. The cook Justin (who is insanely tall) is hilarious and made me laugh while Brenda got my order perfect with a smile on her face! Serenity is so sweet and she has the most adorable drive thru voice! You can really tell Ryan and Jacob care about their jobs with how fast and correct they do things. Deanna is so sarcastically funny and you can tell they have good managers.
