I wish you could give no stars went up tonight went through the drive-through ordered two tacos with no sour cream got home. There was more sour cream than there was meat. Couldn't eat them. I took one bite and my throat swelled up. I'm allergic to sour cream it's like my kryptonite and these pricks didn't care. Called up there maybe I'll just give them my hospital bill. They don't care. How time has changed this place. Years ago this place was a gem. Something akin to nostalgia, when you think back to Taco Bell in the 80's, and something you looked forward to when traveling. But what is happening to fast food chains in big cities has made it to this small town joint. The seating area is disgusting. Every surface felt like the table tops were in the need of a cleaning, sticky and grimy feeling, worse they need to be sanded, refinished, and sealed. The ordering system is the only reason this place gets one star. The order was brought out with several errors and the staff looked at me and said it's all there, not once, but twice. The customer burrito supreme was missing the extra sour cream and was not grilled which was on the ticket. The side of cinnamon twists was missing entirely from the bag and another employee caught that mistake after the two "it's all there statements". This place has really gone downhill! Service is shit and the sanitation here is pathetic, the workforce is lazy and the management is non existent, the health department should be called, what a joke. One employee refused to serve me and there were no repercussions for that employee. read more

I've been a customer for years but the last several times, like for 4 years it's been a pretty terrible. We spent 20 minutes waiting for food inside last night when it really wasn't busy, 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 people ahead inside. We were going to eat there but it was so dirty we left, I guess Lee county doesn't have a health department because I can't imagine anything about that slop hole is legal. They are always out of everything and dont pick their phone up. i called three times to see if they had anything and nobody picked up. then i got there and they were cleaning their fryer and grills 2 hours before closin. then i came again a couple weeks later at random and they were out of tortillas as a taco restaurant. read more

The immature Teen age shift manager said he could refuse service to anyone and I needed to get out of his drive all I want is rest of my order I said so as I pull away he yells your a pussy so I pulled around front and went in to speak to management. Always out of something. This week they are out of shredded beef for the BRAND NEW grilled cheese dipping taco (which they probably didn't order). Drive thru is really slow most of the time. Ice machine has been broken multiple times in the matter of months, and staff is not very friendly. When they open the drive thru window you are hit with an old grease smell that's off-putting. The only thing I would recommend is the basic items on the menu/breakfast crunch-wraps in the morning are ok. Overall, not a great Taco Bell to go to. read more

Ordered and paid online. Got to the store to pickup order and they said they didn't have ingredients to make my order. I said they could substitute. They said they weren't allowed to do so. I said, give me a refund then. I was told they couldn't do that either. I asked to speak to a manager. She said if I had a problem I needed to call the 1 800 number. She was off the clock and wasn't going to listen to my complaint. I then went to my car to look up complaint number. Manager then sends clerk out to tell me if I didn't leave the premises, she was calling the cops to have me arrested for trespassing. So I received no food, no refund, ( almost 40.00) and threatened to be arrested. What is this world coming to. I have never seen such poor customer service in my entire life. read more

I asked for extra cheese on my taco and the manager told me only if I show my big toe. I was wearing slides so I said sure. He had me put my toe on the counter to show him. I paid and when I got my taco it had a normal amount of cheese. Very disappointed that I went through all of that for a normal amount of cheese. My Baja blast was good though. read more

Poor experience at lunch today. Dining area relatively full some open tables. 5 in drive thru. Placed order with 2 people in front of me. Counter lady Ellen very polite and effective. Issue 2 male workers basically messing around throwing ingredients into shells and paper wraps on floor. 4 others came into dining room to order. ISSUE is they were all served before my 3 tacos. Ellen apologizes and gave managers name Madona. Went back to work called Madona after getting thru another "manager". She was not real sorry went right to offering something. That was not point of call it was to inform her of the poor service and representation that her employees were giving her store. She hung up while still speaking.
