Second time i've come here and gotten a quesadilla with it not even close to being cooked, it also looked like a piece of the tortilla was ripped or bitten off. This past Friday 3/3/23 I went thru the drive thru and ordered what I have for years from Panama City Florida to Vancouver Washington to Kenosha and Racine to find out from the cashier who's name on my Receipt is Kayla H to inform me I could not just order a side of chips with no cheese. I was told by a manager years ago I could and it was a side button for "side of chips" , the price is substantially cheaper for I don't like the cheese and throw it away. Not sure is it was Kayla H at the window when I was given my food and I questioned again the charge to be told by the woman who's is rude as hell to me that "that's the way it is " I asked her name to be told some name and she was the GM of the store. If she is the GM she needs to go back to GM school to learn how to be one and treat customers with dignity and respect. I know losing one person's business doesn't matter but I will never go to that location again and mind you I have ordered the same thing from that location the last year with no issues. I've been going to this TB for awhile. I'd generally say, they've provided good service and food. On my last visit I ordered a Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme from the drive thru. As I pulled out of the parking lot and took my first bite, I bit into a full ice cube. The experience was completely disorienting, and I'm lucky I didn't break my tooth. I first thought someone had maliciously put the ice in the food, and I was reasonably upset. As I drove back to the store I realized what most likely had happened, was that the ice came from the lettuce bin on the cold line. I used to work at Taco Bell and know that stores will put ice on the lettuce to prevent it from wilting under the heat. I took the item back into the store so I could speak to a manager. I was still frustrated that this had gone overlooked, and told the person at the counter I was trying to not be angry about the experience, and asked to speak to the manager. The two workers that received me were apologetic and showed concern, but before I knew what happened, they had taken the item away from the counter and went to get the manager. I thought the mistake was going to be acknowledged and fixed. But then while I waited, several people came to the counter and started yelling at me, calling me a liar. As if I had anything but lost time to gain from seeking retribution over a $4 error. The yelling employee was pulled to the back of the store as the manager emerged. I repeated my story to him, and told him I wanted my money back and for the item to be made correctly. Stupidly, as all this was happening, I literally watched another worker pulling ice out of the lettuce bin! The manager responded to my story with air quotes, sarcastically parroting that "if my food did have ice in it previously, then obviously if they made it again, it would have ice in it again." WHAT?!?!? Brilliant logic. Feeling berated and mocked, my impatience won over and I took the reimbursement and left without food. All they had to say was that they sorry I had a bad experience... they didn't even have to accept responsibility. Instead they added insult to insult and lost a customer. Dumb. I reached out to TB corporate and they couldn't bother to follow up with me. I've been an employee and lifelong fan up till now, guess I'm gonna Taco Bail. Bye read more

Insane how I was treated tonight at this location. There was complete disregard for my patience waiting in the drive through for 20 min around 8pm with 4 cars in front of me. I had not even had a chance to place order when I decided to go inside and place order. I said excuse me do u think it would be any faster to order inside?? I have been waiting already 20 min. instead of kindly addressing the customer. A lady shouts at me telling me she had a100$ order and for me to CALM DOWN!! OK. It is Taco Bell, so the food rely gets one, maybe two stars max. The reason I gave it five stars? Great service! The staff was very polite, the food came out quickly, and to top it off...when we were getting up to leave, one of the employees came to our table to offer us mints and hand wipes! The food is consistent and never disappointing (unless you just don't like Taco Bell, in which case why are you reading this). Bimmer could not have stated it better. Yes, this is the everyday Taco Bell. However, this one sets itself apart from the others, because of the service. The staff is friendly in their greetings and conversation. Not systematically, but the natural, friendly sense that's often missing from most fast food chains. I am only giving them a star because I have to as part of the survey. This is Taco Bell and Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food, but the staff I encountered were ATROCIOUS. First, the girl on the drive thru came out by the cash registers and thought it was better to snapchat funny faces to her boyfriend in full view of the customers than to come and clean up the garbage and dirty tables in the dining room. Also, as a fast food restaurant this is a family friendly environment. Or at least it should be. I'm glad I didn't have my three year old with me to hear the music that dropped F bombs every thirty seconds while calling girls negative things not limited to witches with a capital B. Every time I come here the workers are always screwing around in the back and they can NEVER get the order right, let alone finish it in a reasonable time. How can you put my request for no lettuce on the receipt, and still put lettuce on every taco even though there was only 1 item that was supposed to have it? I ask for a Baja blast I get a damn Pepsi, ask for no sour cream, get extra sour cream. It's ridiculous how messed up they can get your order. I never had any problems with this taco bell. But the last 3 times I've gotten food thru the drive thru, it was a nightmare. All 3 times I waited over an least 20 minutes to 1/2 hour for drive thru. My order is the usually a ten pack taco, 2 nacho bell Grande, and lots of green verde and hot sauce. After waiting a while for food to come up, they give me 5 pkts of green sauce and about 8 pkts of hot sauce. The box that they put the tacos, was not sturdy. When I got out of my car and walked a ways the bottom gave out and all the tacos fell put from the bottom. The last time I went was for breakfast. They say they open at 7am. I was there at 7:05 no one taking order, drove up to window and the worker was busy in kitchen cooking and saw me looked at me thru the window and continued to cook instead of asking for my order. Waited till 7:10, worker disappeared from sight......I drive out pretty upset and went to mcdonalds instead.. The drive thru needs some re training....or something. I don't kind waiting when it's busy, but there was maybe 2 cars in front of me and they were waiting quite a bit too.....1/2 hour for drive thru??? read more
