This Taco Bell has achieved the impossible -- it's worse than every gas station burrito I've ever regretted eating. I've traveled all across the United States, stopped at more Taco Bells than I can count, and somehow this location manages to set the new low bar for fast food. Congratulations, I guess? They run out of beef an hour (or more) before closing on a regular basis. Anything labeled as a box doesn't come in a box. Apparently, it is just all stuffed in a bag, with all mislabeled wrappings, and missing several items. VERY disappointed in this Taco Bell location . Disappointed in Ryan, the night manager to be exact I mean the Taco Bell is ran by a bunch of kids that blast music and talk crap for everyone to hear so can't expect much right? But tonight had me . I went through the drive through and had my order taken by Rylan , worst attitude ever like he hated his life (can't blame him) . Pulled up to the window and a younger guy handed me everything first , then I asked him to add a freeze to my order . He took my card without telling me the total and handed it back . I let him know what I was missing and he said "it's not how it works and to have a nice night" I pulled to the window and he had the worst attitude asking what I want and I said the rest of my meal shakin so my food wasn't spit in at that point and he told me I was never rang up for my meal so that I need to pay again . I asked for proof because I can see my card was charged and he told me i can either stick my head through the window and look or leave because Taco Bell would love to steal my money . Ridiculous so I can to pay AGAIN to get the rest of my meal that was now cold . Got home to like 3 chips in the chip bag and cold food . The BEST part that still has me in a choke hold is that my change got thrown into my bag with all my terribly wrapped food so now I got dirty food and a baby that won't be able to eat it now . I called this location because they forgot items in my order. From the moment I walked back in the doors a crew started making threats and member had a problem with the fact they forgot what I paid for. A gentleman stated "Find out if anything else was left out" I commented "No that was it". The crew member in question said "who are you yelling at". Said individual, became violent and threatened my safety. She then proceeded to sling a displayat me. She became violent towards me. The manager then came off of the office telling me "your band". I worked at Taco Bell for over 10 years and if anyone had ever done that they would be fired on the spot. First off 5 stars for the sweet drive through woman. HOWEVER today I visited the drive through asking for just a bean and rice burrito. It was suggested they do a certain burrito and hold the cheese. I am a vegan. I Love that Tacobells accommodate. I was unsware of a cream sauce used so I decided to go bk inside to ask to have it remade. The female manager( no name tag of course) informs me she heard the order being taken, and that the particular burrito is made with the cream sauce.....Okay great, but I literally asked for beans and rice tho.. ..crickets....can I get it remade or just get my money back....she refunds me ....?..... Okay let me make this clear I have never been a fan of Taco Bell. With that being said you know that this place had to have gone above and beyond for me to give them five star rating. First of all this Taco Bell is located near Fort Riley therefore there's a certain type of standard that automatically comes with businesses that are near the military. The next thing parking lot was ample, the building look like it had just been remodeled. It was very clean inside. My order was taken correctly, it was done efficiently and most of all it tasted wonderful. I'm finding that I am beginning to enjoy eating further away from my neighborhood. it seems like the service and the food is better. I don't want to jinx myself so I will say this Taco Bell at least reminded me of what I missed for so long. read more

It's fast food and to me that is middle of the road quality in food and service. Sounds harsh, but it's usually get in, get out and hope you've the right order. The service I've received here has put this store above my middle of the road experience. I've stoped in several times and used the drive thru as well. I always seem to get the Bell grade w/ taco meal or the steak quesadilla meal. I'm picky, always no sour cream or tomato, no sauce on my quesadilla. I've only had them mess up once, it was when I used the drive thru. Of course being in a hurry, I was pretty ruffled. However, the staff made up for the mess. The gentleman at the counter was nice and had my food fixed immediately. The young man that was on the the line gave me my fixed order and apologized personally that the mistake was his. Got to love honesty! The complaints would be 1) the saltiness of the nacho chips. Whomever does the prep, really needs to hold back on how much they dump on the chips. 2) the beans on the Bell Grade the past couple visits have had the consistency of paste.
