Had an extraordinarily large order to be picked up very late at night. I arrived early, and everything was already neatly prepared. Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, they even helped load the food into the car for me. It was easy to place an order at the kiosk by the entrance. The dining room was clean, and we found a seat to wait for our meal. Our food was ready fairly quickly, and our order was correct and tasty. Nuggets, a chicken taco, a Chalupa, and all of the nugget sauces and sour cream were included as ordered. As far as Taco Bell goes, this restaurant did a great job and I would be happy to visit again if I am in the area. read more

This particular Taco Bell is just off of the interstate and made for a convenient little snack (remember when Taco Bell was pushing the concept of a "fourth meal?"). The staff was friendly and the one girl said that if I wanted to wait a few minutes, they were going to drop fries so I could get them hot and fresh. Of course, I said yes. This Taco Bell looks a bit dated on the inside and could probably stand a remodel, but let's keep in mind that this is fast food, very Americanized Mexican food. I had a Domino's Raco Loco and nacho fries and all in all, it was a good little snack. I would definitely recommend this particular Taco Bell if you are in the Joelton, Tennessee area and craving this fast food franchise. read more

This was a clean, convenient stop for some food on the road. The service was underwhelming - I think we caught someone who didn't want to be working that day. Just flat. The food was fine, but they didn't get one of our orders right. While they fixed the order, it would have been nice that they walked it out to our table instead of making us come up to get it. I mean, WE didn't get the order wrong... But, in short - the food was okay. But I've had better Taco Bell elsewhere. read more

Is that how it goes? ;) I'm only slightly ashamed to have been counting down the days until Taco Bell Joelton opens. It definitely is its place in my heart...mostly post one too many adult beverages, and my sustenance through college, but nonetheless...a significant place in my heart. I went through the drive-thru one Sunday afternoon for no exciting reason other than it sounded good to us. We splurge for our usual and well, I'm realizing this might be a boring post because...nothing exciting happened. Service wasn't bad. Food was good. They keep closing early than the time they are supposed to. And they keep closing earlier now it's closing at 11:00. This is the only Taco Bell that I've been to that's doing this. I don't understand why a fast food restaurant job is so hard these days read more

Actually so upset right now. I'm not someone who writes reviews and I also understand that people make mistakes but this was ridiculous. Went through the drive through tonight and ordered, drove up to window & the lady (who wasn't wearing a mask or gloves) told me to pull around to front of building to wait on my order. Waited 10 mins & guy brought out a bag of food. I checked the bag and it wasn't my order. Went back through the drive through and told the lady "I'm so sorry, I don't want to be complicated but, I think we got someone else's order. She then proceeded to ask me for the bag of food back (which is disgusting in itself even before we had COVID-19 due to not knowing weather if a customer has touched the food or not.) I gave her the bag back. I hope they threw it away. she asked me to pull around and wait again so I did that. After another 5-8 minutes she brought me out ANOTHER wrong order and had a horrible smirk on her face. I decided to go home after this because if I said it was wrong again she seemed like the type to spit in your food. I will never understand people like this. I was polite and got jack squat in return. I really hope that all the workers there either get fired or grow up. I realize it's just Taco Bell but I spent $20 and left with $10 worth of food. Lost money and I'll absolutely never eat at this place again. Rude people and bad service. And may I add that it was not busy at the time I was there. There were only 2 other cars in line. So 5 starts for Taco Bell? You betcha. Every once in a while I crave the bell. This one is new in Joelton. Everything was nice and clean. The staff were all pleasant and positive the manager was engage and checked in after I was served. The food was as good as Taco Bell ever is. read more

Since this is closest to my house that's nowhere near anything I go here sometimes late after work. I'm giving 3 starts because my order is never wrong but it's always minimal. I feel like employees here are encouraged/expected to skimp on filling up the food with the good stuff because this location is out in the middle of nowhere and doesn't do a lot of business. A lot of times I feel like a more economic option might as well just go to the store and get tortillas and eat them by themselves. It's also annoying when I squirt sour cream all over my house after eating half and finally getting to the side of the burrito where all the filling is. But since this seems to be the one Taco Bell that gets my not complicated at all order correct, I think it's earned 3 stars. read more
