I love taco bell and always have. Every time I go to the drive thru and order a taco the bottom of the shell is completely cracked, it is halfway wrapped, and the contents of the taco is in the bag. read more

Only selected one store because zero stores was not an option. Absolute worst service. They never get your order right in the drive-through and you're lucky if you can get through the drive-through to even get your order. we ordered online and paid. Just needed to pick up in the drive-through. One hour later only four cars had moved and we still did not have our food. Needless to say after calling in the building three times with no answer and an entire family upset we canceled the order and left. Has to be my worst Taco Bell experience ever in the past 10+ years. Worst restaurant and customer service I have ever received. I placed my order 30 mins ago and I come and they say your order isn't ready and give me a lying excuse that they only receive orders 15 mins after I place them which is a lie bc I have a relative who owns a Taco Bell and told me that's false. They end up getting my order wrong as well when I get it and when they "try" to fix it they get it wrong once again. But beef instead of beans 2x. Worst Taco Bell employee too. One quit on the spot when I asked nicely if I could get napkins and a fork since they didn't give me any and when I tried to knock on the door for them to come fix my order, the lady working showed me the finger and said no to me. Crunch wrap supreme and regular order of nachos/cheese...HORRIBLE. Nachos tasted old, couldn't eat. Crunchwrap was dry, tortilla dry and brittle, not filled half-way. And it was over $6. Never again. read more

The restaurant is always dirty and the culture here seems to be lacking in quality control. Of the times I have been here every experience is the same. The employee working the cash register either has their eyes down or not paying much attention and will never greet you once you walk in the door. The tables are filthy so be prepared to grab some extra napkins to wipe down your own table. It appears that they do not set aside any time to keep their dinning area clean. Lastly the quality of the food here is down right disgusting and not just because it is a Taco Bell. I have been to locations where the meat isn't soggy and the taco isn't just thrown together to complete another order. There really needs to be a culture change here and more accountability for the staff and store manager/owner. This location is bringing Taco Bell down. read more

While the building is a bit dated, the staff are usually helpful and always friendly, and the food is pretty good (it's taco bell, so I'm not expecting a 5 star gourmet meal). Unfortunately, I have to contend with several food allergies and sensitivities, the staff know this and are more than happy to assist me in ensuring my order is correct and that the foods contain as little of the ingredients I have to avoid as humanly possible (often managing to avoid most of them altogether). I'd definitely say this is one of the better fast food restaurants in the area, and recommend that everyone give them a chance to show you that they're more than capable of providing service that goes above and beyond. read more

If you're expecting authentic Mexican food you're in the wrong place but if you're expecting atleast decent tacos to be done quickly you're there. If you can get over that 50% of the time your order will be wrong and that the workers care extremely little about their job going here should be a fine choice otherwise just go to Pericos or pepitos it's right down the street and might be a little more pricy but you get your money's worth. read more

I've been waiting in the drive through line for nearly 20 minutes. There were only 2 vehicles in front of mine.

Orders are wrong here nearly half of my visits. Most food I get here is lukewarm. They run out of certain drinks and basic ingredients frequently. The lobby rarely has any mild sauce. The soda machines usually have at least one drink that is not mixed correctly. There are a small handful of very nice employees, but most are teenagers that are playing around behind the counter, talking about customers (as if we cannot hear them from 10 feet away) and just generally being unprofessional. Me and my family usually will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the Taco Bell in Sumiton/Dora. The food quality is much better, as well as the staff. read more

I told him I wanted a steak burrito and they gave me chicken and then I told them no guacamole on the steak and they put guacamole on it and I'm allergic to it so I called them to tell them that they put guacamole on it and then I'm allergic to it and they had a bad attitude about it and told me to come back tomorrow and bring the receipt and then they can see what they can do.
