They need to get rid of their AI thing that takes the orders in the drive thru. It NEVER gets the orders right. Usually an employee will jump on after 5 minutes of this stupid machine unsuccessfully trying to get my order right. Today, the employee never came on, so I just drove off. I guess I could have went inside or just pulled around to the window, but I was so frustrated with this stupid machine I didn't even want to deal with the company that thought it would be a good idea to piss all their customers off my implementing such a poorly functioning tool for us to deal with! read more

Absolutely awful location! I ordered a cantina chicken flatbread with NO CREAMY SAUCE and it came ice cold and smothered in cream sauce. The cantina power bowl also came with no chicken. This is THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I am a huge fan of Taco Bell, but I'm not sure how this place survives. Let's start with yesterday. I ordered (for the first time) through the mobile app and submitted at 11:07 am. My friend ordered 11:20ish am online as well. We get there at 11:35am. He has to wait 5 mins (after getting past the order taking screen) for his order, I wait 5 mins more after him for mine. That's almost a 40 minute turn around on a mobile order for me. Also, we were the only ones on the line. Even if you were to say "its because they are making it fresh when you arrive at the screen" tell me how 2 orders take 10 minutes with basically an empty parking lot. Day 2: Friend orders at 11:20 am, I dont see the point so I dont. We arrive there, there's a line of about 7 cars. So me, that friend, and another friend go into the lobby hoping maybe it'll be faster. All 3 of us stand there for about 10 minutes without any greeting, no "I'll be right with you," not even a glance our way. We also noticed as we get in the place is as quiet as a library - something we've never seen in a fast food restaurant and the workers are moving at a snails pace despite their long drive through line. There is absolutely no sense of urgency and absolutely not customer service. After that 10 minutes of quiet, I give up and get back on the drive through, I leave at 11:55am. My friend who ordered online at 11:20am stayed in the lobby with the other friend up til 12pm for his order. He says he's never coming back there adamantly and I completely agree. I love Taco Bell, but I have a 45 minute break and the wait times, lack of customer service, and lack of urgency makes this team an absolute joke. I will not be coming back here as they seem to not give a damn if they make any money, let alone about their customers and their time constraints. Also, tell me what is the point of mobile order if it takes sit-down diner level times to get it once you arrive. This place badly needs better management and maybe better workers. Insane. read more

I had the chance to have Taco Bell last evening. This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell on earth, like a previous post said. The ground beef and the steak and even the bag that I received smell like old school, wet Alpo dog food. I was so disappointed because I am a Taco Bell fan, but it was literally taco hell last night. (I was Dashing for DoorDash) I was coming to pick up 2 orders, and I saw one on their pick up rack. So, I decided to wait until they call the name. Two other people came for their orders and they said the name of the order. After a while I finally went to the counter and I was trying to get an update on the order. When I say they ignored me like the PLAGUE, they avoid me like I was one of those dashers who just shove a phone in their face and not say a word. It was kind of funny, but not funny at the same time. Finally some came up, but she was putting up an order so I had to catch before she rushed back. She was very nice though when I asked. Low Carbing at Taco Bell! This is a take out review. Someone from work took orders for lunch at our Taco Bell here in Huntersville. I need to stay low carb, so no beans, tortillas, etc. I discovered that I could order stuff as a "side", and either have them put it all in one bowl, or do it myself. This is the second time I have ordered like this, and they were great about it both times. This was 4 sides of lettuce, 2 sides of chicken, 1 side of meat, and one side each guac and sour cream. They came in their tiny individual containers, but they also put a large empty container in so I could put it together at the office. It may look tiny when desperate, but together, it made a delicious filling lunch. And only $5.50! Yeah I know, it's Taco Bell, but it is still great when they are willing to make something the way you need it, AND get it right every time! So kudos Taco Bell! read more

There is very little more disappointing than ordering something and it doesn't come as expected. I ordered a nachos bell grande combo and asked for no beans on the nachos. It came without the beans but also came without tomatoes. Where were my tomatoes? Needless to say, I was unable to finish these delicious looking nachos because they were extremely salty. They were pretty disgusting this time around. It will probably be awhile before I return to Taco Bell. I also ordered hard taco supremes, which were good. Ok so yes it's a Taco Bell. However, this one is clean and fast! They always get my order right and they get me in and out quickly . Apparently they serve breakfast here but I don't know what food is on the breakfast menu. It's super busy at lunch but they fill seem to get me in and out quickly . I'm not usually one to complain, however the past few times I've been here there have been issues. This afternoon my fiancé and I went through the drive thru and were handed less than a third of our order. We pulled around and went inside to retrieve the rest of it. It was all haphazardly thrown into a bag and the tacos were barely wrapped so we came home to a makeshift taco salad in the bottom of our bag. The quesadilla we ordered was entirely glued to the inside of the wrapper it came in and couldn't be taken out without the whole thing coming apart. I love Taco Bell, hands down one of my favorite places to eat. This location has a very nice and clean inside dinning area. Unfortunately I know this because I've had to go inside to get my correct order of on more than occasion. Not sure who is running the drive-thru but he needs to cheer the hell up. The food always comes out fast (though I do notice they tend to get the drive thru taken care of before those of us who come inside) and the food is always tasty.
