Food came out well prepared. Probably the best soft shell taco I have had at a Taco Bell ever. I ordered multiple things and it was all good, I'd go back if I lived closer. Only reason I'm not rating them higher is they forgot one of my tacos and I didn't notice till I got home read more

ONE OF THE WORST Taco Bell's in the area . Employees don't care foods awful and since they remodeled the place it's only gotten worst . If you're hungry do yourself the favor and drive the extra few mins to a different location . This place needs to be closed down for good . Years later and still the worst thing in Haverhill read more

a friend went for an interview here and the person interviewing told her to give him a couple days,, It has been a couple days, she tried to call to follow up and they dont even answer the phone,, pretty pathetic if you ask me read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL!!!!! On DoorDash, I ordered 2 deluxe combos and added ingredients (which all come at extra cost) and when my order arrived, they hadn't even put the original ingredients that went in each item let alone the ones I added at extra cost. They did not add one of the items from one of the combos as well. Everything tasted old and rushed. They put the avocado ranch I added to a few of the items on the side..... no straws of course either. Completely careless employees. No regard for how expensive Taco Bell can be especially when you add the ingredients that come with extra cost. read more

Wait in the drive thru line for 5 minutes just to be told to come inside. No customers in Drivethu or lobby so it's not a staffing issue. So I sat and watched 5 cars in a 10 minute period go thru the same experience. Undoubtedly this location won't survive with work ethics like this and everyone will be so sad when Taco Bell/KFC goes belly up or starts closing locations. Sad sad situation. I'd give it zero stars if I could. read more

Clerk had no idea how to operate register. Shift manager belligerent and wouldn't honor $5 box price as listed. Said "the computer says $5.99" Store manager eventually came out and made it right. Check your totals before paying!! Also - rule #1 the customer is always right. read more

The food is poorly prepared and done sloppy. Almost all of my tacos had their contents spilled and they were wrapped so poorly I could have made a salad out of the items spilled in the bottom of my bag. They frequently run out of flarge cups and will give you a medium even if you paid for a large. When I asked for 2 drinks to compensate for the difference I was denied. It seems that most of the staff are there to goof off and not work. Last time I was there it took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me in the drive thru. If I weren't blocked in by other cars I would have left. I will not be back read more

Left a 1 star review about a year ago for an hour wait in the drive thru. Gave it another chance today, 40 min for 2 chalupas. Still the worst Taco Bell in the state . read more

This is the worst establishment I have EVER gone to. I have given it multiple tries. They always get the order wrong, employees are rude, and there was one time I had a $10 order, when I gave the guy a 20 he walked away with my 20 while I was at counter waiting. I was waiting for 15 minutes then he finally came back out with my food (Which was wrong btw lol). I asked for my change, he said he already put it away and couldn't give it back. I told Him I wanted to speak to a manager and he said they weren't available and walked away. He basically just stole from me lol. Never got that money back to this day. Never go here read more

How hard can it be to follow the corporate standards for making taco's? Somehow the management at this location just can't do it. I have been here 4-5 times since they opened a few years ago, every time they butcher my order as if they had kindergarteners working the line. In writing this I feel I am being too harsh... 5 year olds would likely do a much better job. How this place has a rating of 1.6 is beyond me. Whoever would rate this place above 1 must have the expectations of a flea. This Taco Bell should be shutdown, it's an embarrassment to the franchise. read more

Good food for the most part. The drive-thru can delay you a bit if they are busy particularly in the evening. Same prices anywhere in this area. T6 is good and my favorite. I try to get a drink with no ice so i can drink later otherwise it turns to water. Staff at the drive thru are Always friendly to me. read more

Well, I just waited in the drive thru for 56 minutes. Literally 56 minutes. If I hadn't paid ahead on the app, I would have left. Last time we came here we waited about 20 minutes, but figured they were having a busy night (totally understandable!) so we gave 'em another shot. Staff seems very overwhelmed and unconcerned with anything happening around them. My goodness, avoid avoid avoid this location. read more

I went out last night and bought an order of Nachos Bell Grande; I asked for extra cheese and extra sour cream....Paid an additional $1.60 extra for his...I was shocked when I got home and there was almost no cheese and no sour cream...........I called immediately to speak to a manager. Surprise! NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried another 3 times and NO ANSWER!! Don't give this place ANY of your hard earned money!! read more

WORST experience you can have! You can't call this place a fast food. It takes forever!!!! Can't believe they're always under staffed. Close down then. Even worst is the fact that they can't even take an order without messing up! I get ground beef and I don't even eat meat, which means, you wait over 30 min to then get home and realize you don't have your food. Of course you won't go back there to complain. You're already frustrated from waiting so long for a wrong order. Unbelievable!!! Seriously, this place is a joke! read more

I was the first car in the drive thru line and I ordered a spicy potato soft taco. They put spicy ranch instead of chipotle sauce. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito with cantina chicken they were out of cantina chicken so I asked for the regular chicken. Got the burrito with no creamy jalapenos sauce and they put BLACK BEANS . I ordered a Baja blast and apparently they were out of Baja blast. My friend ordered the Crunchwrap meal with beef, they forgot the Crunchwrap and gave her chicken in her hard shell taco that was supposed to be beef. I told them they forgot the crunch wrap they said give us two minutes and had us pull over to the side. It took 20 minutes and we had to knock on their door twice to get the crunch wrap . Again they said they had no beef the second time we knocked on the door for the crunch wrap and asked if we wanted chicken or steak she wanted steak and they gave her chicken. It's like they asked us what we wanted and decided to do everything wrong and opposite of what we wanted. And on top of all that the employees were all fighting with each other like they ran out of beef but HAD BEEF WITH EACH OTHER. Also most of them were just standing around doing nothing when they could have just been doing their job and I could have gotten my order in 10 minutes max rather than 30 minutes. Worst Taco Bell experience of my life . I asked them for hot sauce and they gave me kfc hot sauce . Like wtf. read more

The bar is set pretty low for fast food, and when a taco bell can't meet those expectations it is really bad. Service, slow, half an hour wait for food. The receipt was right, and that was the only thing on the order that was right. When your more expensive chicken soft tacos are beef, with crunchy shells on a few of them. The bean burrito has meat and nacho cheese. Even the tortillas were stale. read more

I went to this establishment tonight to get 3 tacos. Got there at 5 pm. At 5:45 still had not got my order. Man working drive thru had his back turned away and on his cell phone. The other 3 workers were no where to be seen. About 10 people waiting for food and no food was coming out. One employee was arrested for unknown reason to me...but the manager there was talking loudly on the phone letting all customers know what was going on! So unprofessional. I ended up, after 45 minutes, getting my money back and canceling my order. I will never go back there! Worst experience ever!!! Do not go there!! read more

There is ALWAYS an issue when I go to this location, which sucks because it's the most convenient and has the cheapest delivery price for me on uber eats. They're just about always slow, but I can deal with that. More often than not, they make the order completely wrong or just make it poorly. I paid EXTRA to get a crunchwrap with less in it than a normal crunchwrap even though it was printed correctly on the receipt. I'm sick of spending the money i work hard for and getting excited for food just to realize it's inedible. read more

Hello, if I could I would rate this place -10 stars I order door dash from this place and they didn't give the DoorDash person all the food. I tried to call them and they picked up the phone and hung up . They didn't do any of the request we had for the food. Horrible service. read more

Terrible. The wait time is ridiculous and they forget your whole order. Just go to plaistow..

This place is the worst. I don't expect much from a fast food joint but these people take it to a new low. They might as well tell you when you pull up they don't give a crap. God only knows what goes on in back. I will never go back. read more

This place is awful. Unfriendly yelling when I walked in an unlocked door and dining room not open. Drive through is not an option, who really eats in a vehicle they paid over $40k dollars for?!? If I wanted to eat at home I would have stayed at home. Food is mushy and uneatable even if you do live rather close by. At the very least put a sign out drive thru only and take down your "Dine in open" so we don't waste our time with you. Do what you feel the need to do during the whole COVID thing but at least get proper signage and reflect your limited operations in Google Maps etc. so people can avoid what doesn't fit what they are looking for when wanting to stop and eat. read more

Robbed me. Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos and nacho fries. Got to the window and payed then the worker proceeded to tell me to pull forward and wait. I asked for my card back before pulling forward and he told me that he has already given it back despite it being in his hand. I pulled forward and waited 5 minutes for the worker to come out and tell me that there was a 20 minute wait for beef and I could just leave. I explained that I didn't order anything with beef and he went back inside. I back up to the drive through window as there was no one els in line and the manager immediately opened the window and stated "what's your problem". I explained the situation and he said " I gotchu 1 minutes, you gotta pull up Though if you want your food cuz we have a timer to meet and your parked on the pad" i pulled up and waited 10 minutes for the worker to bring me out a bag with 3 random burritos that consisted of just lettuce and no fries. read more

I don't know why I continue to come here. The staff is disorganized, not helpful, loud, and would rather talk with their friends and off duty staff than address customer needs. I often stand waiting for someone to take my order. For fast food it takes a long time to get your food, and quite often the order is not correct. Condiment bins are empty and today they didn't even have mild sauce. Today I told my daughters that we will not visit this Taco Bell/KFC again and have given them permission to slap me if I suggest it. read more

Worst drive through in the the area ! Always 15/20 minute wait in the drive through , super slow even if you are just getting one thing . Paying takes just as long they take your payment and it's about another 10 minute wait at the window ! None of the Workers say hello or your welcome when being thanked , my tacos are filled with mainly cheese and rotten tomatoes , they never have any cinnabun delights it's been about 6 months and they are always out everytime . read more

I would give it a zero if I could, the employees here don't seem to know what a taco is. Expect to wait two to three business days for your completely wrong order. read more

Seriously KFC, WTF? I don't do chains often & even more rarely do anything with a drive through. It was late, I was tired & hadn't been to the grocery store in awhile so I figured I'd stop in KFC and grab something quick. Since I don't like drive throughs, I went in to the store. Big mistake. First of all, I stood there waiting while the workers stared at me for more than 3 minutes. One of them finally called out to a girl that there was a customer. Well let me just say that the counter girl Brianna was dumber than a stump. I don't expect much from anyone working at a KFC but seriously, this chick couldn't speak in coherent sentences. I'm usually pretty patient but when you have difficulty ordering a numbered meal at a KFC counter, there's an issue. Is it stating the obvious that when I got home I had the wrong food? So bottom line, I've remembered why I don't go to places like this. I'm just going to hope the girl who waited on me gets better meds 'cause the ones she's on now aren't cutting it. The visit was such a train wreck I even emailed KFC to discuss the visit. Never heard back, surprise surprise. Edit: This is a KFC/Taco Bell combination store. read more

As excited I was to see a KFC combined with a taco bell, the service was very slow, I ordered a small amount of food and people with larger orders who ordered after me got their food before me. The staff seemed friendly but they had friends who were visiting that they seemed to be more interested in. The food was still good despite the wait. read more

I had good luck here. The drive thru is awful if you come in through the parking lot side. It's hard to get into. I ordered a kids meal chicken strip meal. It came with 2 sides, a cheese stick, and a soda for $4.04 total. No wonder kids are fat nowadays. I couldn't even eat it all. It was tasty for fast food, but I definitely felt fat after. The window girl was pleasant. Overall A-OK. I heard they now have chicken pies. I will come here to try one. Also, note: when you leave you have to turn right to go downtown. it's a one way street. I have never eaten the taco bell food here. I hate taco bell food. read more

don't ever door dash from here. i have ordered from here twice now on separate occasions. first time my dasher contacted me and said they didn't have the ingredients to make my order and then told me to cancel it myself 10 minutes before they closed when i placed the order almost an hour before. second time i ordered and the door dasher said the line was so long and that they apparently fired an employee and became too understaffed to make my order. absolute shit show! read more

Still trying to figure out why I chose to come here for a quick bite to eat. Things are NEVER quick here at Taco Bell/KFC in Haverhill. It doesn't matter if they are busy or not you will wait and wait and wait. On top of it all this location is always filthy. I didn't think it was possibly for Taco Bell to mess up my order 3 times in the same week but boy are they overachievers in the wrong department. I would go back and correct my order but I don't have another 25 minutes to be the only car sitting in the drive through. My order was definitely not worth $12 even if it was correct. You have lost my business read more

Guys, it's Taco Bell. What do you really expect? Authentic? No. Greasy, quick, and tasty for what it is? Yes. If you take a Taco Bell for what it is, which is quick, fake Mexican food, it's great. You don't go to mcdonalds for a fancy burger. You don't get great pizza at dominos. You don't go to Taco Bell for great Mexican. You come here with a hangover and expect an oily coating throughout your digestive tract, helping with the acidity from puking your brains from one too many crappy vodka drinks the night before. I like their tacos, quesadillas, cheesey fiesta potatoes the best ! read more
