I ordered the lingua burrito minus beans but add a little cheese and took the mild hot sauce on the side since I'm an old white lady and can't handle the super spicy stuff now. About 10 minutes later, they called my number and I sat down to open a to go box that contained a beautifully toasted burrito about the size of my head. The first bite knocked my socks off! And that's saying quite a bit because the first bite usually has nothing but tortilla and tomatoes and rice in it. From top to bottom this thing was jampacked with delicious tender lingua, but it was the fresh greens, delicious Mexican rice, the super yummy salsa and grilled onions plus whatever else they've blessed me with. Let's just put it this way: It was SO good, I left a $10 tip. The only cons I could find were a lack of napkins set out for self service or in my bag, and some ice for the sodas would be nice, but I don't even care. I moved here from California and have had a real hard time finding authentic Mexican cuisine. The only way you could make Valdiva Brothers any better as if they also did El Pastor and added the ice and napkins. It'll be on regular rotation now, I almost ate the whole thing.
